Great location, variety of food and beverages. Own bakery, deli, hot meals and a lot of fresh produce. Also prices are the highest in the area. They have Wells Fargo branch inside the store, so you can save a trip to the bank.

A clean, spacious, well-run grocery store. The produce appeared fresh, the meat counter large and well-stocked, the bakery and deli both up to par. Id have gone to a five-star rating, but the store layout includes a large central area dedicated to non-food items (e.g., shampoo, toothpaste, magazines and other picture postcards). Apparently owned by Safeway, it nonetheless manages to feel like the smaller, local chain which Im sure it once was. As long as Safeway continues to operate it this way, Ill be shopping here instead of their location closer to my home. Its just a more pleasant shopping experience, and Im not even going to bother with a price comparison as itd be apples to oranges.

Hagens is a great place to shop!! There is plenty of locally grown fresh produce and all your favorite fruits and vegetables, they have a Starbucks coffee just inside so stop and get your favorite hot or cold beverage. There are Three delis inside, plenty of delicious food to choose from. The f pharmacy is located in the back of store to help with all your medicine needs, and dont forget to go by the bakery and pick up Fresh made donuts, hand crafted cakes, cookies cup cakes and much more. The staff is friendly and this is definitely a great family store.

Love to go there for flowers and a card for my wife.Have never been disappointed.

Interesting store. Reminds me of California supermarkets. Very good delicatessens. Many choices of foods including standard chicken etc., Asian, and fully prepared entrees. Very helpful staff. Prices seem higher than other chain stores after casual comparison, but choice of products very good. Easy parking.Excellent produce

Yesterday, my wife bought a Powerball ticket and the customer service printed for 10 upcoming draws a single number, despite she mentioned it’s not correct we need 10 numbers for single draw, but customer service ignored and today when we revisited to correct this prior the drawing, the manager is saying ask Lotto to fix it, while it’s Haggens staff education gap. They should educate their unprofessional employees how to operate any machine/service they sell in their store.

I like this store. Lots of specialty items. Easy to get in & out of parking wise. A bit pricey.

I couldnt find strawberry syrup. The trip was overall great except for that. Please add strawberry syrup for ice cream to your stores in the future.

A very good experience coming here, I really thought when I walk in here I was in Safeway store but i started seeing everything full of products safeway dont sell. Very competitive prices, nice team working there. Thanks this is the first time on a Haggens store and I had a really good impression.

The best store for grocery shopping weve found yet. Beautiful layout of all their food with a huge selection of floral arrangements as well on display. Love their meat selection also. Huge wine section too.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the specific items our modified diets require. The availability was great the prices were lower than I had assumed, not cheap but okay. The store was clean and well organized and well stocked. Maybe there could be a more robust organic produce section. Everyone was wearing masks and stillchill and more key. It was a very pleasant to. I think this has potential to become my new go to store for groceries

A wonderful place to go for lunch. The best, freshest salad bar, as well as a large selection of hot foods and sandwiches. All delicious and fresh.

Recently remodeled. This haggens feels like your at a high end grocery store. Plenty of parking, great deli, produce, bakery, pharmacy, beer and wine pub, pharmacy and all the other stuff.

Bakery is bar NONE(even tho legendary is right next to it) the deli has many staples that we all eat in my house. Great freaking amazing people and just good food and seafood and produce. Definitely recommend it.

Went in to get some food today, the kind woman at the hot food helped us out. Everything went down from there. The cashier who rang us out named Teresa was extremely rude, despite us being nothing but pleasant to her. She refused to make eye contact, did not tell us our balance or to insert debit card. She just stood there silent. Being the mature one, I said have a nice day, again she says nothing, no eye contact. Gentleman behind us goes up to the register, behaves the opposite. Its as if she remembered how to do her job. Never have I felt so uncomfortable in a public place before. Worth mentioning that the cashier and man behind us were Caucasian, my friends and I are not. Sad.

Haggens is great. They have so many unique and thoughtful things. Thoughtful in that they are well thought out. Things no one else has thought of.

A bit pricey but convenient and respectful staff. Great choices for quick dinner and the liquor department manager is knowledgeable and friendly. They do not just tell you where it is, they take you to it. Wines, cordials, or other. They have a good selection in the deli, to boot!

I love this store but, the employees are too wrongfully judgemental in assuming who is trying to be dishonest. They need to leave that job to loss prevention. The cashiers are just making honest customers leave with a bad taste in their mouths.

You know, I dont eat a lot of fried foods but given the choices here on the West Coast (as opposed to the east and down south) they have the best fried wings around. I know right wth. Yes even better then those other AI called providers of fried chicken out here.

We drive 30 minutes to get here. For sushi, and almond dreams ice cream. They seem to have quit selling chocolate and vanilla almond dreams. They only have one flavor. (Its coffee flavored. Not a big fan) I guess now I have to find another place to get it. Im allergic to milk. Also soy and coconut, which are in most of the of the other non dairy ice creams.Emily replied to this message. I appreciate that she did. But Im allergic to soy and coconut. So adding more of those products doesnt work for me. Only almond dreams or rice dreams.

The Lake Tapps Haggen is the best grocery store in the area! At the cost of slightly higher prices, you get: better quality fresh meat and produce, better selections of many products including local beer and wine, produce, meats and cheeses. The store is far less busy than the Fred Meyer and Safeway in downtown Auburn, making it much easier to get in and out quickly - especially while social distancing. The employees there are always friendly and helpful. I have to drive farther to shop at this store, but it is VERY worth it.

One of the best stores Ive been to for customer service and specialty cake ordering. The variety of cakes, pastries from traditional flour to gluten free is amazing. I have ordered several birthday cakes and picked up their gluten free desserts when in need of a pick me up at work. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help.

Today was my sons 10th birthday. With it being a pandemic 😷 birthdays are a little different this year. No party’s so he was already bummed out. I thought the least we could do would be get a custom cake made, do cake and presents with mom dad and siblings. I called days ahead to have the cake made. They took my order and told me it would be ready today February 17th by 1pm. I had my wife swing by last minute after work. Only to be told they dropped the ball and forgot to make the cake. The lady had the order slip and said she didn’t know what had happen or why it wasn’t made. My wife was in disbelief. The only other choice we had was to buy a small pre made cake they didn’t even offer to put his name on it.

Pretty nice store. Prices are somewhat high. Apparently Safeway purchased Haggen recently, so curious to see what happens with pricing and product strategy. Huge wine selection and some nice specialty items. Butcher offerings are good...with some high value beef and some nice seafood. I shop there some as I like to support my local grocery store plus it is convenient.

Very, super clean, and the associated were outstanding. For stars because the prices are higher than, say Freds, in some cases quite higher. But hey someone has to pay for the cleanliness and quality of both their products and there employees.

I used to go to this store when it was Top in Puyallup, then changed to Haggen and closed down. So although it is a little out of the way to drive up there, I do because I love this store (Haggen)! Butcher case is my favorite in this area
