Helpfully people that are super nice!!! Limited selection (its a small store) but enough to get the job done. Prices are a bit high for many items but you are paying for convenience and knowledgeable, competent assistance.

Good location as there is a lot of new construction in the Lake of The Pines area. Very well managed. There are even more workers than customers 😂.

It a convenient store to have around the neighborhood, but doesnt have as much as other hardware stores if you want to drive. However this time I found exactly what I needed for .49 so, yay!!

Extremely helpful and attentive. It makes your shopping quicker when you don’t have to wander through Home Depot looking for something. Feels like an old fashioned small town hardware store but they have so much stuff. I was surprised how much they have. The only thing they don’t seem to have is lumber. But they have every kind of gadget and gizmo you could possibly need for your home repair or building project. They even have pool chemicals. Wish I knew that before! I’m looking forward to learning their names and being on a first name basis with them.

I liked this store before the pandemic, but Im disappointed in them now. Their staff and customers dont wear masks. I like to support stores that play by the rules, and that demonstrate a commitment to courtesy and basic decency. We should all be in this together. I shop elsewhere now.

Local and convenient. Has.most household and maintenance things. No lumber, furniture or larger ag stuff.

Lots of employees but never one that is willing to help. Store is cluttered and difficult to navigate. Always seems as though you are bothering them when shopping.

I went to buy paint with two very small chips from my walls. They were able to scan them and make the exact color I needed. Very, very helpful and courteous.

Great local hardware store. The shelves are packed with a lost everything you could need. Caution, you walk in to get s nail, but then you see the new hammers, the new screwdrivers... lol, self control is required. The always have a few green kids in there but most the help is very knowledgeable. You might save a dollar driving to the big box store, but it will cost you five in gas to do so, and here they care about their customers.

This privately owned Ace Hardware has minimal inventory at high prices for an Ace Franchise. They are there when there is no other way to travel the short distance to Grass Valley and save approximately 1/3rd the cost of what you had just bought from LOP ACE HARDWARE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B/C HARDWARE, BRUNSWICK BASIN, GRASS VALLEY WHO IS ALSO AN ACE OUTLET WITH A MASSIVELY HUGE VARIETY AT DOWN TO EARTH PRICES.

Mostly helpful staff and they got as much merchandise as they can cram in that little place. I try to do as much purchasing there as I can accept on big projects. I try to keep the little guy alive I DONT want to see little guys lose to the giant box stores

This hardware store has quite a large inventory I purchased some wood chips for my smoker and several Plumbing fittings pipe fittings friendly staff I never have to wait in line here and if youre hungry you could get pizza next door and if you need to go grocery shopping pretty convenient location prices are a little bit High but thats okay driving to Auburn or Grass Valley what waste a ton of my time so Im just glad this hardware store has just about everything I need, I am a plumber I dont know how much wood or Lumber they have but Im impressed with the plumbing section.

I always find everything I need there and the staff are very helpful!
