They said opens at 11:30. Waited and then a sign goes up and said 12pm. What kind of business are they running here? Calling doesnt work either. They dont pick up.

Me and my son are obsessed with the store we love jerseys and hats. I have 2 boys and every holiday, back to school and birthday we shop here. If there is a sale my oldest is like mom can you buy me something he knows i love my sales. 💕

They require a receipt to do even a simple exchange of a hat that was just purchased. Well that’s if they give u you one.... You can exchange a peace of wood at Home Depot with just having the same card as purchased. Strange that a retailer this old wouldn’t have that technology.

A quick stop to check for hats. If your a hat person you know what Im talking about. These are always a must stop especially when my brother is with me.

Lids is cool bc you have a rewards card that you could use that to help you save a bit money also they have a decent variety of hats in stock on collection and they have pretty good sales sometimes. My fav the buy one get one half off! which is probably the best part of it but theres some new hat stores out there that i just discovered that have 10 times more variety and colors that definitely beat lids!

Super helpful staff and great selection. They truly helped me pick a style of hat that makes me look sharp! Theyll also personalize your caps and give you options for threading and coloration.

Lids has great selection, staff is typically very helpful and friendly. Have had a couple times when they hover over you to the point of it being uncomfortable though, but most of the time theyre just there to help and let you do your thing checking out the hats.

The manager here is always friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the newest styles and customization options. Great selection of hats, jerseys and gear with sales on the regular.
