Youre not going to find a more knowledgeable staff, unbelievable inventory, and a company more dedicated to welding, than Pacific Welding. The people here (like Bob Henkel) are what put this place far ahead of any so-called competition. Ive been a customer since the 1980s, and if youre a contractor, this is your place. If youre a DIYer and youre curious about learning to weld, dont try your luck at Lowes or Home Depot, come here, this is your place too.

Rude Customer interaction. You feel like you’re bothering them. If I were the owner, I would not be happy. That one person who calls and asks for something they do not carry could be the one person who has a very sizable project and influence over large orders.I would take my business elsewhere if You value good business ethics.Central Welding Supply has better customer service ...... if that means anything.Good luck.

I purchased an Oxy Acetylene Flame Tech tip from PWS for school that was faulty and returned for an exchange with no issues, however upon arrival to class the new tip was also faulty. I contacted the manager who offered an upgraded tip at no additional cost to compensate for time lost in travel and fiddling with the darned thing in class.My thoughts on the issue are go with a Victor tip if its in your budget. No price too high for quality and saftey.Thank you for the outstanding service and help resolving the issue.5 stars because the issue was the manufacturer, not the company. Nice store, well laid floor plan, good selection of tools.**Consumers: Buy quality equipment. Makes life easier, safer and is usually cheaper in the long run. 👌

Customer service was great, very helpful. They helped me Find the best bang for my buck for what I was trying to do and didnt treat me like an idiot cause I didnt know what I needed or what I was doing, left with a badass cutting torch that got my job done!

Had excellent customer service exchanging 5lb and 20lb CO2 tanks. Will be going back for sure.

No size small gloves and the guy who came over to help me said another woman grumbles about it too.Which means they know they dont carry them or stock them because they dont give a s***. They will never get my business.
