Good stuff will come back

If I were rating on the items and inventory it would be a 5 but the sales lady inside was horrid! Id rather take pliers and rip my entire fingernail off one at a time then ever go in there and have to hear that God for sake goody too shoes things shes better than everybody else Lady ever again!!

The experience I had at the Lovers package was awesome the lady that checked me out was very helpful very kind I wouldnt mind even having her phone number thank you very much youll see me again

I had a great experience! I was shy but Jennifer made me feel comfortable and Ki Ki knew what she was doing because she suggested some things that turned out to be a perfect fit.. Confidence I have now!

My last shopping experience here was terrible very very pushy sales women greeted me at the door and would not leave me alone to browse.These same women basically put a whole bunch of stuff in my hands (that I didnt want) and tried to get me to buy everything.I put most of the stuff back but I still got more than what I wanted and not in a good way.I really did not like the experience at all and when I left I felt like I was really cheated out of the overall shopping experience.I really just felt like I wasted a lot of time and money. So, personally I do not recommend this particular location.Some of the other branches are a whole lot better but this location sucks.

It was bad. Me and my girl friend went to return a toy that did not work. The work kept trying to sell us more and more and more products. They actually ripped me off. They never credited what I brought back. And sold us stuff we didnt even want. I guess it was kinda our fault tou see my gf was in the store first. Then I walked in. Then she got a phone call and had to step outside. And thats where they got me. Con artist

Such great customer service! The store was clean and the ladies working were friendly and knowledgeable.

Was only my second time ever in this store, first time I was 18 and now Im 37. The staff here was very knowledgeable and very very respectful, kind and polite. They could tell that I was a bit uncomfortable being in the store and they all went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable with my shopping experience.

Employees are super helpful!! Explain everything to you n give you tips on how to use certain items. Definitely coming back to this store.

Stopped for something small, lady helping (holly) was beyond helpful answered questions for good half an hour. Was super helpful and helped me find just the right item.

It was great. Not a first tine shopper. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and friendly. If it is your first time, they make it a comfortable environment for you.

This is the best lovers Ive been to. May not be a large store. But the service is great. I usually find what Im looking for, or find something I didnt know I needed, and walk away satisfied. Elise is very helpful and will answer any questions you have. Dont hesitate to ask for help.

I just love store the staff is excellent and fairly knowledgable about their products... would give the last star but the store is too small and doesnt have many gay friendly toys but if they did I would definitely give 5 stars...

I had a great experience here the other day. Elise was amazing. There was also a gentleman working as well and they were both very knowledgeable. I definately recommend this store

Nice selection and fair prices but the lady working the floor was very pushy and wouldnt leave us alone to discover and discuss. She also didnt answer direct questions on midlevel products. She continued to push highest price products on us until I said we were not willing to pay those prices.Other than the salesperson the store is worth another star

Slim selection, over priced

First time visiting and a very knowledgeable employee helped us. They have a large selection of adult stuff and the customer service was great.

Door says open 11am to 8pm Sundays. Not really open until 12pm. Bummer. Sat in the car for 30 minutes waiting. The opener felt bad and let us in early.
