Dont go here.... horrible customer serviceNeeded to filled some stockings with mini bottles so I figured I would support a local business. Older guy with tattoos was on speaker with someone while ringing me up, then got mad at me and gave me attitude because I asked how much the unmarked bottles behind the counter cost.... he said you should have asked before I started ringing them up I actually told him I was looking for a few more bottles, so I wasnt done shopping, so he shouldnt have started ringing me up anyways. I dont expect people to be super friendly but dang... at least dont be rude. I will take the $50 I spent somewhere else next time.
A very friendly owner, anyways there working, always willing to go beyond to help his customers with their needs or request, even puts your kind of liquors in cooler if he knows you like it cold. Did that for a neighbor of mine. Plus he is not bad looking ladies.
Good Service. And If you want something special; they will order it.
Horrible customer service, clueless employees. During my last purchase, I asked about the tax rate, and the cashier couldnt be bothered to even answer. Normally, my visits were due to the convenience of the location. If I want to be grunted at and ignored, I can go elsewhere. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!
The older white guy with the tattoos on his arms was very rude I ended up walking out thinks he can talk to anyone the way he wants I have gone here for a few years and I wont be coming back matter in fact I will find out who the owner is and I will make a big deal about this and he better watch who he disrespects
Can i give it zero stars? Just a hint: when a customer calls in to ask if you carry a type of liquor and your employee answers 1. impatiently and 2. I dont have time to go looking for something if you arent down here in the store, chances are that person on the phone will never step foot in your store and will advise all friends to avoid you as well. Why would someone show up to be treated rudely in person, when they can just call the liquor store up the road from yours and get real customer service. Why even answer your phone, if you seriously have enough foot traffic coming in to keep your business afloat?
Price tag on shelf never matches what shows up on the register. But be careful not to ask why or else the woman clerk will yell at you and the male clerk will get in your face as if he was going to hit you. And whatever you do, dont ask for a refund unless you want money thrown at you and to be called names. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.
Over ppl riced Jim Bean, and they ripped me off on my bottle. I will be visiting them tomorrow, refund, or .......
