Great place to work and most of the staff are like family. There are a great deal of difficulties when trying to balance training and work demands, but the helpful staff always work with you to make it easier. As for the participant side I see a lot of mixed reviews. The unfortunate truth is its not for everyone. They set high standards to ensure successful job retention and that can be difficult to face if you arent ready. I am proud to work here and watching others succeed in the work place is why I chose to stay.
My name is Noah Abraham I started training with this company. When I wa with them I felt like I was with my second family. The people there are highly respected. They always help you with your future. When you go into training your life for the better. God bless Orion and happy holidays!!✝️✝️🌷
I worked here for quite some time in there temporary job training and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I wish I had got hired on at the time but I had no such luck. I was quiet and worked, it was nice. Id do it again.
Lack of leadership and lack of help for those with disabilities! decent pay but its only good for people living pay check to pay check. If you want to go something in life and have big dreams dont work here
When I visited for the Wednesday tour the guy who oriented me to the place seemed nice, but when I tried to contact him later he didnt contact me back. I have the feeling Im not the kind of person they want in their training program anyway because Im the college bound type, but seriously!!! Should have freaking told me that!!! I am livid and shocked that someone from Orion, which is supposed to help disadvantaged people find work, wouldnt respond to my phone call or email!!! That I absolutely cannot and will not tolerate!!!
1 out of 5 stars for a reason!! Save yourself the time the trouble and if your trying to improve upon yourself and advance your career id say it wont happen at this place at least not in the warehouse I can say that much!!! The manager is a joke as are the employees all they do is throw anyone under the bus so they can cover up their mistakes and if you ever have a problem can you get help!?! No.... youll just be treated as you cant do anything your wasting their time youre stupid ect.... As I was saying the whole programs a joke!! If they want to succeed clean house hire people who actually know what theyre doing to help people follow their dreams progress their careers and make them want to come to work everyday.
A lot of the people here are very unprofessional. Theyre promise to help you get a job and work with you and dont. They just blow you off and dont help you at all. A lot of hype and not much help. Very rude people. Would not recommend.
I did there intake orientation and passed there background check and deign test they said I was a great candidate but they need further steps from my vocational counselor to let me in the door which was out of office for weeks havent heard anything back from them have left multiple voice mails seems like there misleading dont actually care.
Im a former participant in the office skills program. While I did manage to find work through here with help from my job developer, I thought there were too many clients per developer. This caused my job developer to say she would help me write a cover letter but she didnt get a chance before the job closed a few weeks later. Also, avoid being the front desk participant unless you actually enjoy being spoken to like youre stupid, as you will be spoken to in a condescending manner.
Needs more continual training for mentors. You need more mentors like ceron.
I do not work there anymore and 3 months later still trying to get my 401k......
