This company should receive 0 stars. They have terrible customer service, and dishonesty abounds. Techs arranged service and then canceled. Machinery arrived damaged beyond use. After return, it has been well over a month and a half and the credit still has not been given by the vendor. There is no excuse for that. Calls and emails are mostly ignored, and countless excuses are provided but no solutions. All they have to do is provide the honest credit they owe as goods are back in their possession, yet they refuse to do so. Buyer Beware.

Beware of this Company! Man named Maurice called me said he was president agreed on a price for piece of equipment that I was showing locally. He told me to have it palletized and wrapped and he would wire funds. We held to our end but he did not wire funds so we did not release the shipment. His secretary said he didnt know what he was doing and refused to send the money or even speak with me. Not sure who is running the company but their word does not mean much.

Maurice Cote, the owner of Pamco is a dishonest scam artist. He sold me a machine he knew I couldnt use and when I attempted to return it for other equipment he only offered me about half of the value I paid for it. He claimed I took to long to return it even though the time taken was because I was waiting for him to find a replacement which he never did. I have heard stories very similar to this from shoe industry people all over the country. Buyer beware.
