Small building, which is fine but poor customer service. Mean girl energy from sales cashier.

Today I went to the store and took a bad appearance, the lady who was attending, had very bad character and gave me very bad service, did not help me at all in what I asked and had all the intention of buying something but only it made me angry and I soon left ahy😤😤

My husband surprised me with shutting the tukwilla store down so I could shop. THEY WERE AMAZING! I came to this store to return a pair of jeans because I decided I wouldnt wear them. The gal that returned me items had horrible customer service as if I was disrespecting her and her store because I wanted to trade them out for something else. Id rather drive to Tukwilla to spend my time and $!

This store has been awful the three times I have been. The clothes are unorganized, piles of clothes in the dressing rooms. Either being ignored by staff or they had no answers to the questions. Wont be giving it another chance
