One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I chose to order various sizes, lengths, and types of steel from this company in early 2017 for an engineering project at college. I spent over $1,200 on the material, which I was told would be delivered within two weeks at most. It took countless emails and phone calls to figure out why it was not delivered after three weeks. They lied about having the material in stock, which was really back ordered. It took over 5 weeks to get the majority of the material we ordered from them and 4 months later they still havent shipped or refunded one piece they forgot. *see update*After sending very specific directions and delivery instructions, and personally meeting the truck driver to unload our stock, the sales rep tells me on the phone that they are refusing to drive their truck to us again because it was too hard to drive a truck to our shop... we are a commercial address that receives bigger deliveries from bigger trucks every day.The service was unacceptable, I heard every excuse possible from them. Luckily, there are plenty of other steel distributors to choose from. American Steel and Aluminum will likely put you behind deadline and over budget on your project.*Update: They responded to my complaints, apologized with an excuse and promptly refunded the money for the material we never received.
