Beautiful trailer park, absolutely one of the best Ive seen to this day.

This is one of the most welcoming and generous group of people I have had the pleasure to work with.

Rent is out of control here. Management is dicey. Manager knew homeless people were living in a shed and did nothing about it until her hand was forced. Residents are wonderful and watch out for each other, especially since there is no security.

This gated community is so peaceful and well kept. The club house is available for tenants to rent very accommodating. Even has a hair salon. Its not far from the freeway so you dont have to drive far to get what you need

Evil owners steeling everyones inheritance.They scam the elderly for alot of money.Dont buy or lease here, rent goes up and up and up.The more money you give them to live on Gods green earth the more theyll take.Leaving me with no inheritance and homeless.2 middle fingers up

Do not trust the office! They wont work with any real estate agent but Ms Bair, sounds like kick backs to me! We asked for a copy of the community rules and they wont show us, or give us a copy. I asked some current tenants and they said the rules are strict, such as, you can only paint your house a pre selected color. If rules are that strict, I want to see what they are before signing any documents. Be very cautious, especially with Viki.
