I have used this location several times to send out packages. They have always been very efficient and accurate. This is a very large location with all kinds of services. You can copy and print, buy office supplies, get onto the computer and use the different workstations and many other things.The employees here have always been very courteous and helpful. It has a really great location and is easily accessible and quite visible from the road.I have used this place many times and would recommend others use it as well.

I just did an international shipment through FedEx in Auburn, Maine. It was a great experience. Joshua was knowledgeable and helped me get my package shipped without the problems I had when I tried to process the shipment through the FedEx website. The store was clean and he wore a mask. It is a place that is safe to go during the virus pandemic. Thank you Joshua and FedEx for this wonderful experience.

I was in town on business and used this FedEx several times in the afternoon without any problems at all, the staff was great! Stopped in early this morning to get some certificates printed and the employee was rude, unprofessional and had a really bad attitude. I ended having to go to Office Max who were very helpful. To be clear it was not that she would not print the certificates - it was her unprofessionalism that prompted this review. I used FedEx all over the country and have never been treated like this.

They lost my $55 dollar package and never found it, never gave me a tracking number

They do a great job here. Had photo made and came out beautiful

Emailed my label barcode so when igot there they printed it and i was greeted by a young lady and she went to retreive it. I had great service! Package was delivered as requested. Thank you!

Seemed to have an issue with a few shipments here, not sure if the problem was with fedex or the shipping label.
