I love using solid body stain so much better than using latex. The best quality I found is at Sherwin-Williams

They were so busy but still kept their humor and their professionalism! I got there just before they closed!!! I felt bad but the line after me was out the door!!! They kept cool and worked to keep everyone happy in spite of their long day!!! I was impressed!!! Great store AWESOME people!!!

I have never provided a paint chip to get a match for paint. My entire house is the same color throughout even the ceilings were painted this dusty blue color so it was important that the match be correct as I had purchased the house already painted, 6 years ago, and had no clue what color it is. SW provided an exact, faded, match to the color i provided and I was able to paint without having to repaint the ceilings. The match is so good I was having a problem telling where I had already painted. The sales clerk was very professional and Im very impressed by her ability to match it completely. Spent 30mins here constantly being interrupted by phone calls which the person checking us out kept answering. Something that should have taken 10 mins lasted a half hour. No one has the paint we needed but it should take that long to tell us that

Greeted when walking into the store. The store was busy with 2 customers being waited on, 2 more in front of me & 2-3 after, the staff was able to muli task, mixing paint & cashiering. A huge difference between this store & the dead & unprofessional store in Federal way. Be sure to skip that store & drive the extra miles to come to the Auburn store!!

I really like Sherwin I believe their paint is the best but you need pay for the good stuff. After they bought Parker paint they kept that formula for awhile but now it seems as if the paint Ive always have been using is going down in quality. Im still a die hard fan of them. Their promar 200 to me is still the best value for the buck

SW paints are my go to products. I only use Emerald because it is simply the best paint Ive ever used. My local store is full of very helpful and friendly people.

I am a school district employee and was always a Parker Paint guy until Sherwin-Williams bought them out. Kayla and Eric proved to why their product is just as good or superior to Parker but, the most important thing is the service. As all of us can go to Lowes or Home Depot which is fine, but the Auburn Sherwin-Williams staff always had were professional at their job and gave me the answers I needed. I trust them.

The customer service in this store is amazing. They are so patient with all that come in whether looking for a particular shade of white or needing hundreds of copies of past invoices!! They are so helpful even though there were several customers in the store. The best customer service I have seen in a long time!!

Everything you need. I needed a way to tint my specialty paint they gave me a jug of tint for free. I buy all my paint there very smart people and great customer service.

Auburn way N. Location closest one near me, the guy taking the order, took care of me no issue. Got home, dipped a piece of cardboard white into my new paint, let it dry, way way darker then the sample card, not even close. No way is this the same color. Head back down to see if I have any option, and its alot of paint! Different afternoon staff from earlier, explained my situation, showed him the difference in color, he says there is nothing he can do, not enough void in the containers to ad more to brighten it up. I asked if there is something I can do, he doesnt seem interested at this point. So I give up. I drive to tacoma location, they are more then happy to make it right, and match the color on the sample card. So im not recommending auburn way N location.

I am going to start by saying Kayla was great. Helped me a lot. However, when she went to ask someone behind the fancy wall, he was a jerk. She was just asking for a suggestion on paint and rain. His response was Im sorry, call god and ask him to stop raining. Oh, thats right we live in Washington. I never said i was painting or even going to try to paint in the rain. She was just trying to get me the best solution for the possible wet walls. Then later mentioned, as long as its up there enough for a photo, they dont care. Really?? Your back room is not sound proof. Kayla could tell I heard. She was saying sorry and all that. If it wasnt for her, this place would have a one star. Unprofessional people behind the scenes.
