My experience with Rainier Pallet, although limited, couldnt be much worse. I called and left a message after hours explaining my needs and left my contact information. I waited 3 days and never received a call. I shrugged it off, figuring that maybe I got lost in the shuffle. I understand. That stuff happens. I called again during work hours. Straight to voicemail. No biggie. I figured that theyre probably really busy. I called again and got ahold of a receptionist. I told her my experience thus far, and she said that I would best be served by filling in the online quote form. I did this and waited for FOUR days and never received a call or an email. NOTHING. At this point I was pretty frustrated. I called again and explained to the receptionist what has been happening and how I was pretty frustrated. She told me that the person that was responsible for for handling those online quote forms wasnt in the office but would be back in about an hour. She assured me that she would give him my information and have him contact me. Guess what? I have yet to hear a single peep from Rainier Pallet. I called a competitor (who will remain nameless as Im not looking to be accused of being a shill for another company) and was immediately given a quote over the phone as well as the direct extension of the person that I was talking to.In the age of online reviews and in the connected world that we live in, Rainier Pallet and Crating are WOEFULLY out of touch. I realize that I was probably not a big customer to them as my needs were small, but they could have at least done what we expect all businesses to do, contact their potential customers. Or maybe theyre too big to take on new clients? In either case, I dont care what kind of pricing they could quote me, theyve lost my business now and in the future.

Terrible management who verbally assault employees. They care more about the job getting done than any sort of safety rules whatsoever. The swing shift lead is the worse case of human disrespect and unprofessionalism that I have ever seen in my life. I was hurt on the job and told to keep my mouth shut and this same individual totaled someones car with a forklift and wasnt even disciplined. So as long as your in tight with management you can do what you want to who you want to. Sorry excuse for an employer.
