Great store. I was able to locate the item I needed online then follow clearly marked aisles to easily find it on the shelf. Store is spacious and well stocked. Great shopping experience.

Accidentally left some groceries I had paid for at self checkout. I live 40 minutes away, and when my partner called to explain he was greeted with an attitude from the associate, and we were told there was nothing on their list of put back items, meaning a lazy associate saw that we left items and just put them back without saying anything. Thanks for ripping me off after I made an honest mistake…

Update for 7/2021:Today I went shopping at this store and had a far worse experience all because of one employee. I have lowered my stars because of this experience. I was walking around with my brother while pushing a shopping cart, and I noticed that one security officer was somewhat following us. He peeked around the aisles to see if we were there, it was somewhat creepy. At one point we were just walking down one of the main aisles and I noticed that he was about 15 feet behind us. I stopped and waited for him to pass. He approached us and said that someone complained about us. I asked him what we did wrong and he said that we needed to “calm down”. We weren’t doing anything wrong or causing a problem. Later, I was in one of the toy aisles with my little cousins. He said that they were causing a issue by looking at and touching the toys. He left our aisle and went to the people in the aisle next to us to tell them that they were causing a problem. What a ridiculous experience. I have visited this store many times, as well as other stores, and have never had this issue.Original Review:Great Target store. Average service, but what you would expect to see. They really should have more employees in the electronics section because if you need assistance it can be difficult to find help. The summer outdoor section is not as impressive as other stores.

The employees here are unable to follow their own no pet policy, which is a health and safety violation since they sell food, and is a problem when me and my trained service dog visit here. Target isnt going to do anything about this issue, as it is an issue at not only this target but any other target Ive been to, until someones service dog gets hurt and theres a law suit on their hands. Sucks that target doesnt care about their disabled customers

I didnt have to go into the store. Received a courteous smile asking if she could be of help after she had finished helping someone else with their order. I gave the attendant my order and ID. She said, she would be right back with my order. How good is that? Thanks for all you do TARGET!

It just keeps going downhill, a mess in every aisle, nothing ever on the shelves. Carts full of stuff at every corner. Never can find what you are looking for. Store is lacking management for sure.

Very easy from putting items in your cart to the picking up.. the app lets you know as soon as your order is ready. Once you are your way you just click saying your on your way! Once you get there you click saying you are here. They are very prompt with any size drive up order I have. Friendly and helpful!

Clean, but I went here many of the employees werent wearing masks at all let alone wearing them properly. At least 50% of the customers werent wearing masks and werent told to wear one. Im from Vermont where our covid numbers are very low, in town for some training and wanted to use my target red card. Doesnt make me feel safe to shop here.Edit, I came back early in the day instead of 7:30 - and they seem to have really ramped up making sure people wore masks. Increased from one to three stars for the effort. Will revisit again in a week to see how they do late nights.

Courteous employees and great prices.

I went into the Augusta Maine Target today 9/23/20. I had three employees help/ wait on me. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Great employees like these are hard to find. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience at your store was a good one. You need to make sure you keep these three. Their names are Amy, Karen and Garrett. I will most definitely return to this store to do my shopping.

Not sure if I like their new department store concept. Feels a bit chaotic versus their classic organized style. Reasonable prices on their cheese and butter. Was amazed to see 90% off of their Christmas items..

It is such a simple and pleasant process, I can not say enough good about it. Even if an item is out of stock you are given ample time and access to replace/ substitute on your own before you pick-up your order.

I was charged 29.99 online for a pick up in store item on the shelf priced at 24.99. When I asked the associate how often I was being overcharged she said, sometimes it works out in your favor, sometimes it doesnt! So they will rip me off whenever they feel fit?!?! No explanation, no apology, just terrible service and a terrible experience!!

Do not order online! I guess ive never had this happen before, maybe 24 hours not 7 days. I went to purchase something online, found out part of my order was out of stock, canceled my order got refunded the 12 dollars (part of my order) but I am still waiting for the other 106 its been 6 days they said by the 7th the hold should be lifted. Fingers crossed, just learned not to buy online for pick up EVER again. I do not typically shop hear either. So the store in Augusta is probably awesome, however the online aspect of target has made me just not want to go there.

It had everything we came to get. I think they rely heavily on self checkout, which I have no problem doing. The place was clean and I had to ask an employee a question and he was professional & friendly.

I love this store. I went in for the first time in years today and oy once before today anyway... Its clean, friendly and helpful staff ...also I thought the prices on alot of stuff was fair... The clothing is a bit pricey for what I thought it was going to be. But all and all I love it. I will be shopping their for now on ...except probably not the clothing so much. The snacks n food prices I love ..I have 2 young growing boys so thats important and its name brand stuff too 😁

It had a large variety of stuff a lot of empty shelves and a lot of clutter everywhere but we are really close to Christmas and every section was easy to find. The associates were quick and friendly even though they were clearly overworked.

I found what I was looking or fairly easily and I thought it was reasonably priced.

If you suffer from medical condition(s) making mask-wearing impossible, you will be begrudgingly allowed in the store. However, you’ll likely will be subject to unprofessional roadblocking from staff (“Are you SURE you’re medically exempt?”) and harassment from other shoppers who feel they have the right to break social distance in order to demean someone without knowing their specific medical issues. Walmart, Sams and Hannaford however are very understanding and seem to have more respectful staff and customers so I highly recommend those stores if you’re sensitive to rude people.

So fast and brought it right to my car. I didnt even get parked before they were there waiting for me. No unbuckling and struggling with my toddlers.

The cashier, Holly, was cheerful and efficient. We had a lovely conversation while she rang up my cart full of stuff! The 50% markdowns on Christmas items will let this retiree wrap gifts next year more prettily, provide gifts for grands and others, decorate my home, and provide gifts for others!

They had a good selection of products but some of their shelves were kind of bare. They were restocking several areas of the store when I went in at noon. I would of thought they would restock earlier when less customers were in the store. Several employees were helpful & showed us where items were located when asked. All in all I thought it to be a good shopping experience.

They have great quality stuff here.Although during this covid thing these workers are rude. When i went in the worker at the door said you need to wear a mask, no exceptions here a lady infront of me said she couldnt due to medical condition. The worker responded well if you have a medical condition you shouldnt be here. I had one in my wallet. If he wasnt so ignorant i would have put it on but after that i just left.When places are respectful please and thank you i will wear one. But with their low lack of nice communication they will loose alot of people. I saw 10 walk strait in and out because of their ignorance. And you are hearing this from a 24 year old. They need to grow up and have manners.

I was there yesterday wearing my mask that the door clearly says we must wear and not even your workers were wearing them. Workers blocking isles restocking while talking to each other without masks! I’m very disappointed. I spend way more in person than on line but I think since you do not care about my health I guess I do not have to shop there!

5 stars for customer service and the store manager (supervisor?), Joe. Had a very complicated issue I needed resolved and Joe was very kind, patient and understanding. It took a awhile to work through everything but he was able to resolve the issue and I left feeling very pleased with the result. Before going in I was very frustrated but left a happy customer. Definitely will be back to shop again!

We love Target. We get treated pretty poorly by most cashiers in other stores, but Targets staff is friendly and personable. They have a great selection of vegan/vegetarian options in the freezer section, which we love. There are never long lines at the registers, even when its mobbed. The only thing that drives me a little crazy is the shoe aisle by the end of the day - its usually an absolute disaster, and Im a little bit surprised it doesnt get more attention throughout the day. But I still give them 5 stars!

The pharmacy in the store is great. The pharmacist Mike is very nice and friendly and helpful add informative. Also Ive never had a to wait more than 15 mins for them to fill a script!! The store it self is magnificent because they have a lot of name brand things that a lot of other stores dont have. Helpful and friendly service also

My home away from home! I love the vivid colors, interesting patterns & large selection of products. The prices are fair, the sales are great. I love using my Cartwheel & Red card for added savings.

Went to the store, had ordered 7 boxes of crackers. Despite having placed my order the day before, and requesting to extend it, I was not notified the store could not fulfill my order. My husband travelled 30 minutes to get one of the boxes I ordered. We were also charged the tax on the entire order, which was not adequately refunded. They did not offer any real assistance to my husband, nor apologize. I feel like I wasted my time, and money.

My daughter and I was looking for something specific...i asked 3 different people to help show me where to find what I was looking for....all 3 people pointed in a direction stated that the item was on an end cap or side shelf hanging up....we walked around for over 20min looking and we couldnt find it, finally got someone to help just as we was walking into what we was looking for.Oh and there was only 3or4 other people/couples in the whole place so its not like anyone was busy or with someone! Gee....Thanks for the help!Poor customer service!!!

Stopped in today to by Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker on 4K/Blu-ray and Digital copy. They dad some but not the one advertised . I asker customer service and i was shown how to order it online,it left me disappointed because I wanted it today. I was told they didn’t have it in stock on the floor and in the back and wouldn’t get any others in soon. This target location is not a great location it’s under stocked,the only thing they got going is they are friendly but the customer service is not great . Quantity of items are limited and i walked out i was told hopefully you can find it somewhere else . I am seriously thinking of not doing business at this location because this customer service that is lousy isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Other target locations are similar they stock the shelves Slowly and at a inconvenient time with movies at a lot of locations, having movies shipped is the only Choice to avoid this inconvenience it’s waiting and it arriving later tgan when released,you can by it digitally but if you like to collect blu rays/4K on a disk with booklet and especially target exclusives its the only alternative. The customer service Telling me hopefully you can get it somewhere else today well I probably could but to get the target exclusives i wanted to get it from target thats how educated their customer service is here . Its a disappointment and target used to be great to buy movies but they have gone down hill especially at this Augusta Maine location. .

I prefer Target to the alternatives almost all of the time. The prices can be a bit higher on some items, but most are comparable or a little lower. The big difference though is that this Target is just about always clean, well stocked, easy to navigate, and of course the Starbucks inside doesn’t hurt!

Clean, not packed full of people and generally a good vibe inside. I always find what I need here and dont mind paying five cents more for an item if it means I can avoid going to walfart for any reason. I highly recommend Target if you like more of a chill shopping experience.

Price match guarantee says theyll price match Walmart and Amazon but in store they say they wont price match from November-January. No mention of this on Targes website.

Every time i go there I get the run around when Im looking for Target exclusives. One employee laughed at me while he told me good luck finding them, they never see the shelves. We buy them before there put out and resell them online to make extra money. When something is in stock the employees go out back and say we cannot find them even though it shows them there in stock. This keeps happening on a weekly basis. I wont be visiting this store any more. No integrity whats so ever. Customers do not come first here.
