I got the new Pecan Pie Blizzard and though delicious, it was a bit disappointing. I can only guess that the creators have never eaten a pecan pie. The blizzard uses pecan pieces (yum) and small cubes of caramel (yum yum) so it was YUM YUM YUM, but it doesnt taste like pecan pie.

It had been a long time since I craved a DQ treat and today was the day. The new drumstick blizzard and the raspberry fudge blizzard are delicious.

Horrible!! The young girls are always so, condensing and rude. On several occasions I was waiting at the window, while both blondes walk right by. It happened last year and this year as well. Not many DQ left, with this type of Customer service this location may be the next! Where are all of the managers to monitor these kids?

This place is by far the most customer oriented, courteous and family friendly places in Kennebec County. I shop at a lot of fast food places during my work week and the service from most of these places is mediocre at best.The young people at this Dairy Queen are to be highly recommended for their professionalism. The owners/managers and team at this DQ are truly head and shoulders above the rest.

So happy the one on Bangor Street in Augusta will be open year round!

It was an okay visit. Certainly nothing spectacular, out of the ordinary, or memorable. They were out of a lot of the simple ingredients (ice for example) and because of this, a lot of the menu was not available, or required substitutions. The two shakes were okay, not had, but certainly not above and beyond. 1 blizzard was ordered, And the (in my mind) crucial topping was forgotten or neglected. I preemptively ordered extra ingredients in anticipation of a sub par blizzard after receiving the shakes and was definitely glad I did, as even withextra, there wasnt a whole lot. The staff was alright, but seemed a little lackadaisical. Not my worst DQ experience, but certainly not close to being in the list of great ones.

Need to get a person at the drive-thru that is not snooty to customers

The young girl who served us and took our order was, I felt, a bit clueless, to wear a (what was once), a WHITE face mask which Id say shed wound up getting a whole days worth of left over samples of every customers order that rang through that day and then transfered all remnants to her face ( mask ) . 🤦Now, I realize this is just a soft serve ice cream place . BUT, its not too appetizing to see a grungy filthy mask on your servers face that looks as though shed mopped the floor with . Just saying.....

I loved this place I came here few years ago and I had to come back when I was in SF! Ugh steak wasnt how I wanted it to be... it was cooked too much. Didnt want to cancel so had to ask for a new one then just took it home. Prolly wont come back how sad

Very disappointed.. ordered a banana split was told they had no banana... Ok so make a Hawaiian blizzard without bananas... So they gave me vanilla ice cream with a couple pieces of pineapple and NUTS....I HATE NUTS.. and I know they dont put nuts in it cause I have had them before and nuts werent in it...it was awful and I ended up throwing it away..

Wonderful thick chocolate milk shack but drive thru was 20 minutes slow, that was way too long and at window they keeper asking same thing over and over.

General manager of both locations is extremely rude and informed her employees that I am not allowed to order or eat at either location because I was unsatisfied with a shake I ordered that was not made the way I wanted and she was rude and said that all of her associates were incompetent but her.

Buster bars are great but they have changed the size there slot smaller. Will be going to a different ice cream shop

My daughter had to repeat order 3 times and they still got it wrong.

Cones were great, but the wait was a bit too long.

Pumpkin pie blizzard -- pumpkin flavor very faint. Ice cream not cold enough and was melting before the could get it out of the window. Crew did not appear happy at their work. Given the high cost, I will probably not stop there again.

Service is really slow. There were two people ahead of us who left and multiple vehicles in the drive thru that left before getting ice cream. The employees didnt seem rushed at all and very disorganized.

I didn’t know you could mess up ice cream this bad. Waited over 15 minutes to get a blizzard the consistency of moonsand and a hot (cold fudge sundae which was bland and half melted by the time I got it. Maybe it’s a Dairy Queen thing bit no whipped cream or cherry either. Slow service and bad ice cream, what more is there to say.

Disappointing, only wanted a cone and the clerk was more concerned with his nose ring and showing off cheesy tattoos. Got my cone that was an ugly mess and he dragged the napkin dispenser across the top of my cone taking ice ream off. No apology, no offer for a new undamaged cone...nothing and didnt even respond to my polite thank you, just spun around and ignored me. Will not go back! TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING!

Today was the second time in a month that I have recieved the wrong order. The kids who apparently run this store really need to pay more attention....or maybe if the drive through speaker actually worked, they would have half a chance.

This DQ could unfortunately use some work. Very old and dirty location, employees are not very friendly and service is generally slow. They will often give you cups, cones, etc covered in ice cream (on the outside) or shakes that are more like a cup of milk unlike other locations.

Summer berry cheesecake blizzard is to die for;)!!!

3rd time in a row theyve gotten my order wrong. Its not even complicated. Summer Berry cheesecake blizzard. Its a featured item. So far I have gotten a strawberry cheesecake (almost understandable) an M&M blizzard (what the actual f&@k?) And a twix blizzard (seriously?) I wouldnt be so annoyed if it didnt take 15 mins to get or if I wasnt allergic to cocoa.

Horrible customer service. 4 people behind the counter and none of them wanted to wait on us. Then when they did they were rude punks. Took 2 people to break a 20$ bill. Very small portions for the price.

Service was extremely slow, and when it was my turn to order the girl was very rude. Got to the window to get my blizzards, and was handed 2 blizzards covered in ice cream on the outside. The boy working was irritated that I asked him to take them back and clean them off before bringing them into my brand new car. Wont be going here again.

I stood at the window for 15 minutes while they served 3 cars full of people and they never said a word like we are busy, be right with you. I think they hire everyone who gets fired from McDonalds.
