I only gave 1 star for the opportunity to post my terribly disgusting, dissatisfying and over charged food Ive ever had here. Doordash driver got here quick, not surprised my location was a hop skip and a jump away. Not a problem with them as I tipped 25%. My issuse were not being able to add or subtract toppings on my bagel sandwich. In such i ordered a tasty Turkey which has been my go to for years now. This time around i wanted to add bacon and avocado but there was no option to do that, nor was there for no onion toasting the bagel or adding cream cheese. Soo, ended up ordering the plain old tasty turkey, plus had to buy a separate avocado toast on a bacon jalapeno bagel...this is what I got. A jalapeno only bagel, 0 bacon smeared only partly with nasty brown old avocado. The tasty turkey I couldnt even eat it was so rotten and thrown together. Not even a coating of cream cheese, 1 piece of turkey and heres the kicker, rotten brown gummy like veggies and a nice curly little hair.🤮. $32 bucks for all this. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!

An absolute favorite go to spot for a breakfast sandwich. they have a really good lox and cream cheese. excellent hazelnut coffee! plenty of locations near you! they are also associated with brueggers bagels

My family & I used to come here several years ago. This customer service wasn’t outstanding…needless to say, some things never change. I ordered through the mobile app and opted for the curbside pick-up option. I felt bad, because as I was placing my order, there wasn’t a gratuity option. I headed over, but another red flag, (aside from my apprehension due to previous experiences with staff), was there were no front parking spaces labeled for curbside. I parked in front, in hopes one or two staff members may be assigned to check for curbside orders. I saw a few people seated at a table (the only) out front. I saw a couple folks walk out with orders, but no one who looked to be a staff member. I called the number on the Google, because also there is no posted number outside to call, and no one answered. I headed in and wasn’t sure where to go. I observed area for the delivery drivers. I looked at a bag, but didn’t see my name. I approached the counter and called to a lady who didn’t hear me, (I guess) so I called to her again. She was basically right in front of our food, thankfully. I asked if they had curbside, (I mean come on, Applebee’s next door has signs for curbside parking and the phone number) it’s not that hard. She says, we do, but we’re busy and I didn’t see you. I turned and pointed to my vehicle out front. I said, well I didn’t know, in response to her “we were busy” statement. She throws her hands up and says in a slick, snotty tone (as if I were the one not doing my job), “no worries.” I wasn’t worried, if I were I would’ve asked for a full refund. I simply wanted my order. If you don’t want to do your job, just say that! I sure hope no one else has an experience like this. Or just certain people are treated that way?

This is one of the only bagel locations in this area so they are definitely busy! Staff were on top of their orders and were very friendly and courteous. Thank you!

I came in at 12:20 (they close at 2) for a brunch sandwich and the lady working the counter let it be known that I was interrupting her closing duties. When I needed cream for my coffee, I stood around the counter, after making eye contact, for a minute or two while she explained to her colleague everything she had already cleaned and completed for the closing duties and the only thing remaining for her colleague to do was clean a coffee pot. Again making it clear how much of an inconvenience I was.

Why are they still requiring a mask to enter? Also, why aren’t any of the tables open to sit inside? Seems like they are just lazy and don’t want to clean the tables. I ordered a simple 2 egg, bacon and cheddar biscuit and didn’t get any bacon and didn’t get my extra egg. You had one job!!!!! You need to do better Einstein’s.

Havent been to Einstein in a while, but the food I ordered left a lot to be desired. Online ordering is nice, but my food still wasnt ready when it was suppose to be.

The Nova Lox was abysmal. A $7.00 bagel should have all of the ingredients. When I came back to inquire about the missing capers, I was nonchalantly told, Oh, we didnt put any in because we are out of them. Why did you not tell me this so that I could decide if I still wanted The sandwich? The onions looked old and the salmon looked like it had been ripped into chunks and slapped on the bagel buns. I dont want to be overly dramatic about this, but the manager was very flippant and disinterested in the fact that not only was the lox a loss, but all of my cream cheeses that I had ordered to go along with a sizeable bagel order had been forgotten. No offer to give a complimentary item. . .just an air of impatience.

Supervisor on duty wasnt pleasant when I asked for the cream to be refilled, so I didnt even bother letting them know that one of the coffee containers was empty. Food was just okay. Skimped on toppings. Dont think Ill revisit anytime soon.

Horrible service. When I walked in the older white lady gave me a digusted look before I ordered my food. Ontop of that when she was preparing my moms food she didnt wash her hands after touching the registry or put on any gloves to prepare our food. She was rude and didnt follow proper sanitary rules.

The lady who took my order was very welcoming and was a great conversation about what I should get next time since I only every get bagel and they give you a free sandwich on your birthday with there rewards program

Been ordering from here every Friday for the last year. Without fail my orders have always been wrong, the food quality poor, or Im missing something. The online app doesnt allow someone to claim missing items so you have to go back to get your missing stuff. Ive given this Einsteins location countless chances because I do really enjoy the Einsteins restaurants, but I will no longer be ordering from here. If you have other options for breakfast, avoid this place.

The food was decent. The brisket bagel sandwich was really good, but the hashbrowns and blueberry muffin were not that great. I ordered ahead on the app and applied a free iced coffee to my order. The app said you could get cream and sugar curbside, but didnt offer that as a selection on the app itself. When the employee brought me my food, they were rushed and didnt give me a chance to ask for it before running back inside.

Food ready in a few mins and tastes great. Staff was friendly.

I stopped here to get whole bean coffee for my wife. While I was there I decided to get iced coffee for the road and it was great!

Sunday morning June 20th for Fathers dayEmployees were rude and service was terrible. They had a sign on the front door saying that they were closing early because they were short staffed, but the employees were sitting in the dinning room eating.

Stopped in to grab a coffee, breakfast, and lunch on my way to roxborough. The cold press coffee was delicious, as was my bagel and sandwich which I enjoyed later on. The staff was friendly and quick to fill my order.

Not as good as Panera but more food to choose from than Starbucks.

If i can give them negative stars it would. I don’t recommend this location at all. Every single time I come my order is never right. & When I ask them to correct it it’s always with a very rude attitude. I order online to make sure it’s done and I have to wait every time for a simple order. They need better people and I won’t waste my money here ever again.

This place makes the most amazing bagels. The avocado toast is to die for and dont forget about the marvelous pizza bagel. Good for breakfast or lunch.

This place does not keep making fresh bagels once they run out of something they refuse to make any more. Ive been here the past 3 sundays in a row and even by 11 they are pretty much out of all the good bagels and they will not make any more. The cinnamon twist was the hardest snack Ive had in a long time, even after throwing it in the microwave to warm up it did not get soft. Also the lady that took our order was really rude and basically threw the bag down with our sandwiches on the counter.

Was an empty lobby, employees just gathered around, didnt seem like doing much. Waited around 15 minutes before being helped, decided to just leave.

Have never had Caribou Coffee before. Paid about $4 for what appeared to be a cup of steamed milk. Ordered a caramel high rise, and they forgot an important ingredient... the ESPRESSO! I dont know if maybe it was just a new employee that messed up, or if their coffees just taste like milk :/Anyhow, will give this place another shot because now Im curious about how their coffee actually tastes.

Ordered a coffee, went to go fill it, and every flavor was empty. Of course I let them know, but it still took over 10 minutes to do anything after I told them. Ended up leaving with an empty coffee cup and an unfulfilled coffee addiction. Figure it out.

My friends and I were super excited to purchase food from here this morning. Sadly it turned out AWFUL. Our order was missing food and some of the food we received was wrong. All bagels were burnt af and the ones that were ordered with cream cheese barely had any. We also asked for condiments upon pick up, they assured us that they were in the bag. They were not. We ordered hash-browns, instead we received uncooked, grainy, cheesy, potato balls.The one star goes to the muffin. The muffin was delicious.

This is the first time Ive been here and it is slow! I waited 10 minutes just to have my order taken when I was the only one in line. The 2 employees here were playing a game to see which one had to take the next customers orders. Very unprofessional and dissapointing. This was my first and last time ever coming to Einstein bagels.

Been here twice. Thought the second time might be different. Employees look like theyre in purgatory, and theres half the amount of ingredients on this lox bagel than any other Einstein in the country.. that is a sad looking bagel. Even the bagel is sad.

They are very stingy with the cream cheese, even though I ask for extra when I order. My bagel arrives with a very light spread of it. They also consistently ignore my requests for a non-toasted bagel and toast it anyway. Even when there are not a lot of customers it still can take quite awhile to get your food.

Workers acted like they hated it there, they dont have the full caribou coffee menu. The drinks there taste nothing like the ones youd get at an actual Caribou. I couldnt even finish my drink. Also the bagal sandwiches were cold and just okay tasting.

Its okay, messed up my order but they fixed it and apologized but the bagel farmhouse was mediocre and I dont believe there was any hasbrowns apart of that bagel sandwich. Not the best Einstien location, but I had moved and Its the closest to my home. Not sure if I will be visiting this location again.

Worst location Ive ever been too! The first day they ran out of apple cinnamon bagel! The second day, I decided Id call up there before I go down there. Ive been calling since 850 am it is now 1030. It rings then goes to voicemail! I finally go up there and ask why they arent answering the phones!? She said she dont know she just got there and they JUST ran out of the bagels I wanted! I left furious! Second time Ive been there and left empty handed. Read this review and just go somewhere else. Its not worth it

Used to work for the same company and have been a looong time customer. Went there saw a coffee cup in the display wanted to buy it, took it to the register, the cashier says its a different price than posted. I asked her about the price posted, replies very very rudely and no apologies or any explanation about why the posted price isn’t honored. Even when I bought my food, she was very rude.But I myself found a solution, will go to STARBUCKS across the street.Was the lady white cashier working 08:56 am 11/05/20.

Grab a bakers dozen and a canteen of coffee, dont understand why some bagels would cost a little more, only got two speciality bagels.

Come here for breakfast for my crew of 10-12 employees. Out of the 6 times I’ve placed an order with them, they’ve gotten it right 1 time. Always wrong sandwiches or just flat out get shortened. It’s 50/50 if they’ll mark what sandwich you got. Most times I get a bs excuse why they can’t. You’re too busy to write 2 letters on the package? Maybe you need a new career then. So, instead of continuing to go here to see if they’ll eventually get an order correct, I’ll just get 10-12 people’s breakfast somewhere else. They seem to do an outstanding job at losing business

Good over all, service was fast today. They didnt have what I wanted but what I ordered was really good. Irritated by the whole social distancing thing but thats no reflection on them, except that they dont allow inside seating yet when a lot of other places do.

Even with all the bad reviews being next door to our hotel I wanted to try for myself . I’ve been eating Einstein bagel for sooo many years and this is the worst I ever had . Customer service was OK she didn’t seem enthused to be there. We got two bagels toasted both were cold with little to no smear. Bagels tasted old.

Great place to eat a quick breakfast or grab a coffee. I ordered a toasted bagel with egg white, cheese and bacon and it was good. I also had a chocolate croissant, which was okay. Coffee was delicious and service was fast. I will definitely return.

Service was friendly and the location was convenient on a trip from Denver to the Gaylord. I ordered a Ham and Swiss bagel that could have been any other combination as it had no flavor.

Self serve coffee was cold and I ordered an Egg white sandwich and I got a standard egg sandwich. Would not recommend.

I wanted this place to be good.... but it is not... very slow service... order is always wrong..always run out of some types of bagels..... they should close this location or change management..... very frustrated...

I got breakfast 3 days in a row. Food was good.

Customer service was nice. The cashier appeared to be in training and was very kind and helpful. Bagels are delicious. We ordered extra cream cheese on both bagels (to go) and returned home to find there was barely enough cream cheese on our bagels to cover half the bagel. An amount you would find insufficient on a standard order. Given we had already left, there wasnt an opportunity to ask them to correct it, which was a real bummer. The bagels and coffee are good, but attention to detail regarding orders would be my only suggestion.

I absolutely despise this location. I stayed at woolys hotel nearby for 2 days and both times I came here they messed up my order.On the 1st day I came up to my room and opened my bag. I ordered nova lox and one bagel was missing the meat. Like I couldnt believe that in order to fix this I would have to leave the hotel, go back to einsteins to complain. I didnt, I just ate my bagel and figured it wasnt worth complaining.Today was the last straw. I had my gf go in and order for me because theres not much service in the area and the app was causing issues. I went in there and got my nova lox and they were missing my chips and my hash brown! I was in the passenger seat of my car and told my girl to turn around immediately.No disrespect but how hard is it to do your job? Im not a karen/ken by any means but this is just ridiculous. Its the little things that make up the bigger picture. Please please please if you eat here check your bags before your leave the parking lot.

This place has a long way to go. Since most of everything is heated with either a microwave or a toaster oven, you still need to be prepared to wait upwards of 10-15 minutes to get your order. I dont think that they have an issue with poor customer, but more so just very slow at being efficient at getting things done in a timely manner.

Found this via maps because I was in the area and craving a bagel. I wondered about the low reviews - how could a fast food place be so bad?Well, it is. The staff are completely apathetic and in zero rush to finish their conversations in the back before taking an order. Then, when one registers receipt printer was freaking out on them, rather than opening the second one. They decided to call someone for tech support on the printer rather than assist the growing line.After 20 minutes waiting to place an order - we were at the front of the line the whole time - we left without a bagel.The gas station nearby has decent chicken breakfast sandwiches; go there instead.

Solid breakfast bagel sandwhiches. I went with the classic sausage, egg, and cheese and it was quite good. The bagels are on the thinner side, but I think bagels are often too thick for a good sandwhich anyway, so this really let the delicious turkey sausage and fried egg shine. I didnt have any coffee, but they serve Caribou Coffee which I have on good authority is very nice. Overall, the staff was friendly, the kitchen was fast, and the food was good. Nothing to complain about from me!

The manager named Barbra is the RUDEST person I have EVER met. She treats her staff and customers terribly. Brought my order back because they had made a mistake and she basically told me I was lying and that I was the one who made the mistake. I can’t believe she still has her job. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with her. You would think the company would want someone who actually cares to represent them. Won’t be returning. Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your money here. You’ll show up in a good mood and leave in a bad one.

Went here this morning and got a Santa Fe that comes with egg whites and they did not put egg whites on it and it was supposed to have turkey sausage on it and they put regular sausage on it. I will not be returning to this place.

The food is like any other Einstein Bagel shop, and we enjoy it very much, 3 stars because of the wait. Unfortunately every single time I go to this location my wait time is more than 10 minutes . Maybe it is because all other locations are so quick than make this one look so slow .

I love this place! Coffee and Bagels are a great mix. It is the only breakfast place nearby and close to all the hotels for the business folks! It is always clean and never very crowded which is a plus!

They never fail to get my order wrong. Todays adventure went like this. Id like the breakfast chicken sandwich please. Can i get that without cheese? Of course, would you like that with two eggs? My wife and I come here at least 3 or 4 times a week. Every single time that we come, the girl who works at the cash register is very rude. I figured that maybe the first couple times she was maybe just having a bad day so I decided to give her a few more chances. Every time we come in Jasmin ignores us when we say hello, she is very short with us, and literally rolls her eyes if we need a second to make a selection. It is completely ridiculous that she makes us feel like an inconvenience for trying to get breakfast at a bagel shop of all places. I would like to keep coming back, but that is just not how i want to start my morning. To top off my experience this morning, she got our order wrong and did nothing to fix it. Not a refund, not a new sandwich, not a coupon, nothing. Furthermore this girl was not wearing her name tag, so we had to check the receipt to figure it out. If you want to have return customers, i would suggest moving her to a position that limits her interactions with customers. She is not helping you sell any items (she said not one word to us each time we ordered) and she is VERY rudeP.S, the food is great, but customer service is lacking.

I came in the morning, about 7:15 AM, and when I walked in I said good morning and the woman at the register just stared at me. I said how are you? and again she did not respond, so I was already feeling uncomfortable. I came in this particular day because it was teacher appreciation day and the Einstein Bros website said I could get 20% off. I asked about this and she brought out what seemed to be the manager. The manager essentially said, rudely, that she hadnt heard about that promotion so too bad. I showed her the website where it said it and my teacher badge and she just shrugged and said she wouldnt do it. She was very rude and dismissive throughout the whole interaction and was completely unwilling to help even though I was the only one in the restaurant. I have gone to a few other restaurants this week for teacher appreciation deals and they have been so kind, going above and beyond to show appreciation, but these two women were smug and unkind. I will not be returning to any Einstein Bros locations.

The young lady who made my drink called my name asked if she said it right and before I could answer snickered and said doesnt matter, and went into the back to continue hanging out with coworkers. Yeah I can get bagels elsewhere without attitudes from 20 year olds.

Ive been to this Einsteins bagels plenty of times in the past and the service was always really good! Unfortunately my last visit was not the best, I came in Sunday morning to a pretty slow restaurant. I was greeted by nice cashier but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. They were out of everything, each time I asked for a certain item they didnt have it. No blueberry bagels, cinnamon sugar, or French toast, no hash browns. I mean come on guys what happened to replenishing items as the day goes on?? I finally ordered my two breakfast sandwiches and a chai tea latte, I had asked for a side of the honey almond smear. When I asked about it because it wasnt in my order, the gentleman in the back preparing the food asked what was it for! I mean how RUDE is that. Then they forgot to make chai tea latte, once I got it the flavor was terrible, tasted just like coffee and water. The sandwiches were not correctly made. I paid $20 for low quality service when I could have went elsewhere. I understand having off days, but Ill have to think before I visit this Einsteins again.

Ive been coming here for years with family and friends, but no more. But lets put aside the slow service, crappy coffee, the overpriced, cold food, the untrained staff and their constant mistakes with orders. Lets put aside the fact that they wont accept Caribou coupons because theyre Einsteins, but wont accept Einsteins coupons because theyre Caribou. (So, which is it?) Instead, lets talk about the upper management. The short blond woman (Barbara?) is a grumpy, manipulative bully to her team members and the customers. She has no business working in customer service. I would come back if this woman was fired, which is exactly what she deserves.

Heads up, this place can be super busy in the mornings, but they have done their best to get things out as soon as they can. Im giving them a five-star for the kindness that they give me every week that I come here. I order a simple Bagel and Schmear, and sometimes a bagel egg sandwich here and there. Ive been to horrible Einstein locations where they can even get a simple bagel and a Schmear right. This place has never messed my order up, and I do enjoy my avocado and egg bagels. Thank you for starting my day with such positivity! Sorry for those that do not experience the same, but understand the staff is under tremendous pressure to make the service quicker and accurate for us Type-A career people.

I asked for a cooler. Instead I got an iced coffee I insisted twice to the lady I asked for a cooler and she then blended the coffee. This thing tastes like blended iced water not like a white chocolate mocha!

Dont plan on using any money loaded on card or app to receive points, each and every time I attempt to use the money they have already accepted, the store claims they are unable to use app and then force you to pay again. They offer no apology or ownership. Despite Caribou being my favorite coffee, I will happily use their competitors that actually know how to utilize their own technology.
