Excellent selection. I moved here from the Houston area so I am used to walking into a Beauty Supply and finding what I need. This. Beauty Supply has everything I could need and more. I found some things I had not seen yet for instance, I use Hawaiian Silky to moisturize and I always find the moisturizer but here I found all of their products. I will be going back soon to stock up. The afro puff and other items I purchased are on point. Looks fabulous! Thank you for the great Customer Service too!

It was suggested for me to try this store by another company that only sold to professional hairstylists.The staff was so friendly and helpful! The prices are terrific. I recommend you try this store at least once ~ then you will go back.

Would rate this place a no star but obviously not an option. Called ahead to confirm that they had what I wanted which was icy blonde real human hair CLIP in extensions the guy named Richard said yes. When I got there he showed me their extensions which I presumed were clip in and was lead to believe they were so I purchased knowing their return/exchange policy. I would have been fine with that, had I gotten what I asked for. I was sold extensions that were not clip in. Once I saw that they weren’t what I asked for and expected,I called and was told that “if I could put them back in the original packaging” that I would be sold what I initially wanted. I went back and got a full refund but definitely won’t be going back. FYI, the extensions were very poor quality for the price.

I went to the spot about two months ago there was a black very nice beautiful lady that help me get some oil for my hair growth. Want to thank her because my hair is growing like crazy.

They have all your hair care needs

Have a lot of different products you cant find in other stores. However, the shelves are hardly stocked these days. I drive an hour plus to get supplies so my only critique is to stock the shelves please.

I recently shaved my head. I went in fully expecting to pay some good money for a wig. No employee came to help me out. Didn’t acknowledge my presence. Was in there for a good half hour or more too. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I get my real hair extensions here, false eye lashes, and glue for my extensions (which is impossible to find anywhere else right now) and always feel good about the product and the price I pay.

Not very good service. Cashier was rude and he was cursing using the f word. The line was super long and he didnt try to get any help.

Has a great hair product selection. So much stuff...huge selection of hair. Not alot of high end quality hair...but ok short term use hair. Order your high end hair online.

The customer service is good. Hard to pick and choose because the display on the hair arent as clear to see price and style but throughout the store is clear and clean with lots of choices. Great Prices.

There were 4 people in front of me at checkout with 2 registers open. It literally took 30 minutes of standing in line before I got to the register, and another 15 minutes to checkout. Their checkout takes about 15 minutes per person because their system is slow. No one had anymore than a few things. Wasnt worth the wait. Some people behind me waited about 20 minutes and just put their stuff down and walked out. I would have if I didnt need the lash glue for lashes coming off my face for someone I was meeting up with immediately after. Horrible. Ill go anywhere but here. Literally.

Usually good customer service, but bought a flat iron that was already used. They put it back in the box and back on the shelf. Asked for money back and all they offered me was store credit. Very disappointed.

Dinghy place not very clean, stuff is not either where its supposed to be or in its just not there. You would think a place that dose hair and or nails it would be nicer, cleaner and that they would have items there at all times, if this is a whole sale wharehouse of beauty supplies it should have more product on its shelf andt tons of products to choose from, now dont get me wrong great prices just wish it was more organized and cleaner but seems they would rather put their money in servalinve and watch ur every move rather then stock the shelves. Again not saying its a bad place cause ill still go there for my girls hair dye and whatever else she may need but I wont go out of my way to save three bucks a color.

Prices are fair, depending on what you are looking for. Word of advice (as it has happen to me a few times) check your receipt and change BEFORE you leave the register! They are known for over charging and giving you incorrect change. Not clean. Do Not Use their restrooms. No refunds. No exchange. Buyer Beware. I go here as a back up when others are closed. I have been going here for about 6yrs.

They don’t even have salon shampoo hair products, asked where the Matrix Biolage shampoo and Biolage conditioner balm was and got told by four different staff they never even heard of that brand... ARE YOU SERIOUS????? If your coming here for salon shampoos you won’t find what your looking for. If your white, just stay away all products or for African American hair. This place is disgusting, very dirty specially when you first walk in, has a very musky smell in the building. Waste of time going into a place like this. I don’t even know how the state allows this place to be open with how dirty it is.

I had to leave before I was served. The young man was very nice but he got busy with another customer. I waited for awhile. I thought it would have been more appropriate if he had at least left the other customer and assured me that I was not forgotten . They should wstchvtg as t area more closely and keep it covered better. (Trying on the wigs)

Diacriminative staff. I have vitiligo. Im a hippie. Get over yourselves. I dont need to prove my blackness. Dont shop here. They dont like people who are different. I want to turn around and return my hair. But I have a shoot coming up. Will never shop here again and have been coming here since you opened. The worst experience.

I’ve bought a couple wigs from here now. I’ve gotten two synthetic and one human hair and I love them!! The staff here is always so nice to me when I come in and very helpful! The prices are super good too!

This was the 1st time that I have visited this beauty supply location since the pandemic. Even since the beginning of the year. They are still trying to gather things together. They were getting products together to stock, however they have a huge array of products, product lines and choices. The only reason I gave it two stars is just due to some products not being on the shelf and available. The diligent staff was being smack dab in the middle of trying to put things in a doable order.

I have been to better beauty supply stores that were smaller and had more. It is really unorganized and the staff is too busy smoking to be attentive to the customers. They do have a variety of hair choices which is why they got 3 stars. Hopefully they get it together soon

Unfortunately, I am shocked this place is still open. I went in to get more hair for extensions. The staff was rude, and there was a limited supply of hair available. Most of the shelves were empty. Not worth the drive down. I asked one of the employees questions, and the Asian man rolled his eyes and completely ignored me.

The people are so nice, and products for days

I had to pick up one item. Drove a couple of places. They have so many options. We had trouble finding the item in question but the associate who helped me persevered. It was helpful to get assistance. May need an extra person out helping but great nonetheless.

It was not the cleanest, but other than that their was great customer service and the lady that helped us was really nice and patience

The place is huge, there is plenty of product to choose from, the service is whats missing here. I asked three employees for a non-clip hair extension and nobody had an answer for me and they just kept suggestion oh ask him, her.. pointing fingers at other people across the locations. Need to train staff to make sure that everyone is in the same page. Prices are reasonable. There is also a barber/salon inside the location just FYI.

Items are overpriced compared to similar stores! Sales reps cant even give solutions to your questions. Store layout is absolutely ineffective, messy and for the Love of God, pour some salt in your parking lot....thats a freak accident waiting to happen.

This place is amazing, at the front the have really cute dupes of louis vuitton,Gucci,Chanel, and some extra bag that i dont think are designer.They have wallets too and thats just the front of the store! When you walk in there’s a barbershop and the you walk a little longer to the check out desk. For me I personally think this place is so fun and would go there like going to the park as a kid.I’m not gonna spoil it. But their drawl string pony- tail and wigs are amazingly good.

I was skeptical about whether I would be able to find what I was looking for at first but I walked in and was pleasantly surprised! Its huge! I was approached by an employee, April Turner, who was possibly the nicest person Ive ever met and she was so patient with helping me pick out a new look. Shes very thoughtful and her accent is soothing. If you need help ask for April! Ill be going back for everything I need. Worth the drive.

My favorite place to go for extensions eyelashes make up and any of the endless supplies this huge warehouse has for a fraction of the price of normal retail. At first I had nothing but great things to say...... But after my 4th visit. I noticed I got over charged. And the cashier acted as if I should be ok with an extra $12. So you close down wigs at 7:30 when people are still shopping. You guys do get people get off work late🙄 its not like Id want to come here for my off day to get an expensive wigs thats on sale anywhere else. And you guys are rude. Great service and prices

The warehouse had the hair and color I was looking for to do single braids. Got the last ones. Had alot that i didnt expect to see.. But....The companies cant make other customer stay 6 feet away all that can really be inforced to the public is to wear a mask or no service. I think the cashier was afraid to say no mask or no service, either that or just cares about making the money while everything is still open.(this store is considered non-essential, they were closed during quarantine.)Other than the cashier wearing masks, Im not sure any disinfectant between customer use. The customers them selfs while I was there didnt seem to social distance or even care

They need to change the name to Wigs and Extensions R Us!While their wig selection is extensive, their service is the worst. I asked an older lady working there where eyelash brushes were, she didnt know. I asked for help with some makeup questions, and she said she never wears much makeup....what?!You work in the largest beauty supply store and you cant answer basic questions about makeup?The makeup selection was hit or miss with many items missing.The nearest Rite-Aid has a better stock to choose from.I was looking for some foundation for a cosplay costume and needed something caucasian to help blend my latex prosthetics in with my face. Im serious. The only pale makeup in the lightest three shades was the tester. The woman at the register discounted the makeup so that was the only star this converted roller rink got.I had to use the mens room and the stench was awful. Ive smelled nicer porta-pottys. Seriously, you know the smell when urine is left to turn rancid smelling? Takes at least a day to get that nasty. Fire your janitor!So, I drove all the way from Sheridan, under the assumption Id be able to find everything at this enormous dump. Fool me once...(Oh and would someone tell the old lady that the eyelash brush is on the endcap of aisle #2, its part of a kit. Just in case they get another customer that isnt shopping for day-glo hair weaves.)

This is what you get when you ask for a silk press! This salon is a joke and the manager didn’t do anything to help or fix the situation... I will be calling state. Your salon needs better stylist that can actually style hair. Also they need to have licensed stylists at all times.
