The owner(s)/employees were tremendously helpful and also kind. I went to several hair stores today but I think Ill make this one my go to store from now on.I noticed there werent a lot of pictures of it so Im uploading some. Their selection had more variety than other stores, especially if youre looking for a curlier look.

They have it crammed full as most of those Asian beauty stores do. Their prices are average for those types of stores. The owner or manager is very distrusting & has a personality of a guard at a prison camp. He has security cameras everywhere & he stands watching everyone on a tv screen in the front. The quality is junk like most of them so dont expect it to last including the wigs. If u dont have time to wait a couple of days days for a online purchase than these stores are the next option. If u are looking for a wig, costume jewelry, or other things to use for a night out or a short time than all these types of stores can help with that.

Hair not so quality and prices are expensive

My favorite place to get hair from. The Hispanic chicks that work there dont seem interested in helping customers and dont really know to much about the hair.

I would like to give the store more points, but it seems a lot have changed. I have shopped at this store for years, but it seems that a lot of the staff has changed from Black Staff (Women), that knew what is needed for our hair to Women that DO NOT know about our hair. We as Afro American Women, are the majority that shop at Pink Beauty Supply, have shopped before the name changed to Pink Beauty Supply, help to built this store up and referred a lot of people to the store. I am not pleased that I am not getting my questions answered correctly when it comes to the products that we need for Black Women. I am reluctant to refer anyone because I do not know who to tell the person I am sending to ask for. Pink we need more Black Staff in the store. I am not minimizing who you have currently, but the staff you currently have, need help from Black Staff (Women), to understand the texture and the products we need for Black Women Hair and some of the staff need better customer service skills. What happened to the staff that we knew, that was knowledgeable about what products we need and knowledgeable about our hair?

If you wanna be stared down to the point that it’s uncomfortable for you to shop this is the place to go. As if I’m really gonna run behind the counter Snatch one of them cheap wigs and run out the store. Lol please.

Love pink beauty supply i have been going there for months love the manager Eric and his employees all do a excellent job. They have great wigs and hair products and amazing drug store makeup 10/10.

Up I had an emergency and had to come here. I found a decent steamer. Lil pricey but hey its a pandemic. They have a wide selection of wigs, weaves, and braiding hair as well as crochet hair, ponytails etc...it varies from other stores because they dont follow you around. And also they have a clearance with braiding hair great for practicing.The cons are...its not black owned. A few black owned brands are in the store though.

I’ve been coming to this place for years! And they have always done a voucher that allows you to get a wig 50% off the fifth wig you purchase. The last two wigs I purchased were January 1st and when I went into the store today they weren’t honoring the voucher anymore, and This would have been my fifth Wig purchase which should have been 50% off.... they wouldn’t honor it. They should at least honor everyone who has qualified for the 50% off, after all it is the last one anyway so they can just take the voucher when your done and throw it away. It just is tragic that I will not be shopping here again. The service I get here has always been great, the ladies behind the it counter have always been very helpful and very attentive. But the fact they couldn’t honor this one thing is a terrible way to run a business.

I always go here for my hair needs, though I also go to sallys for products but this place, as of about a year ago, was the most inexpensive for hair AND quality in the Aurora area. Today, i havent done much research about it again but it still does the trick for my hair needs. They even asked me once if I wanted to start working there! I would have taken the job if the times didnt collide with other life events. Overall, theyre nice people and I always am happy with what I buy from them. Ill keep going until i stumble upon another place thats cheaper WITH quality. 👌🏿

The Best Customer Service I have ever experienced! Pink Beauty is trash. The hair selection the service. I was told they dont allowed covered drinks in there store. Plus no restroom plus no this no that no no no. And you think I am going to spend my money here. I am an adult, with no kids with me at the time, whos capable of carrying my cover drink with a straw without dropping it or mu covered coffee. I absolutely give it 5 plus. The girls were so friendly and I appreciated their honesty when I asked their opinions on how the wigs looked on me.. Its very clean and there so much I didnt get to look at Make up hair accessories extensions beads you name it theyve got it.. Or 20th years I was super impressed.

I just left this store not even 20 minutes ago. I give them 1 star for the products they have which are great. But their Costumer Service is HORRIBLE. I went here for adore hair dye because Living Color was out of the color I wanted. I’m in the store with a Kappa hoodie on worth (100$) and a Michael Kors fanny pack. And I was watched like I was gonna steal there stuff. They really need to get together and have a store meeting to learn how to treat costumers their black employees included.

I like the store. The gentleman at the front door is very courteous. They carry a broad range of hair products and cosmetics. Over the years, I have purchased so many edge tamers that did not work. I was so impressed that the owner has samples of tamers for his customers to try before buying. I finally found one that works!

The prices are far too high...

The owner is beyond rude. She doesnt acknowledge the presence of the Black population which is the primary source of her income Im sure. When asking for assistance she completely ignores or gives false information. I have went to the store multiple times assuming she had s bad day, but the results are the same anytime me or my family go even separately. She should hire people that want to be helpful instead of working herself hating her occupation. The store is extremely messy, the hair on the walls are unkept and need to be shuffled through. I recommend going to one of the many other beauty supplies Aurora/Denver offer with ahhhhmazing customer service like BBB on Peoria and Mississippi!

Great customer service! Ive been looking for a unit for months and was told by the manufacture that this store would have it. Im over 100 miles away in South Colorado Springs so I decided to call. Sure enough the owner confirmed he would have the unit in a couple days and would hold them for me. I called back to see if he could possibly mail them to me (save on the travel and just pay for shipping). He said yes! I paid over the phone and hes kept me posted the entire time on the status of my shipment. Outstanding Service!

I like the store and the products but as soon as you walk in the store you have this elderly man and woman (most likely owner of the store) they followed me and my 6 y.o daughter around the store as if we were criminals. I understand the location is not in the best of area but come on. When go now anything I grab I will show the older man what I have in my hands and that is not a way to shop. They are constantly breathing down your back as you shop and quite frankly this is insulting to me as a young professional. The only reason I go there is for the colored contacts. Does anyone know of somewhere else they sell them?

I was there today staff was smoking by the door asking are you getting a full wig or half wig? I told the young women know the owner Eric was inside and when I needed help inside he said she will help you I told him well she let me know if I need a wig or half wig Im not getting that at all so he help me out with a lustant pony. I didnt listen to the reviews on here... Go somewhere else. There are plenty of beauty supply stores around the area that have better customer service. The people in here are rude and inconsiderate. Things are excessively overpriced anyway. Save your time and your money.

This is now Pink Beauty. I spent $70.00 on defective hair and the owner refused to take care of me as a customer. Even after showing him the transaction on paper. Ladies we have a choice on where we spend money.

Its so funny how they sale to predominantly black people but will watch your every move thinking someone is going to steal. If I had it my way I wouldnt go to any hair store owned by an Asian person because they all act the same.

This place has everything and they be having sales!! I will be back.

The old man is very very very rude!!! I went in to buy a wig I always shop here because it is close to my house I swear I will never give them another dime of my money. He snatched the wig out of my hand and followed my to every wig I looked at and then told me do not touch the wig just look at! he got mad cause i was taking them off the Manichean to look and feel them WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
