Went into the mattress firm last night decided to go about an hour and a half to two hours before they close their doors. spoke with Sam on the phone and I met Sam at the store what a great guy and super knowledgeable about every bed they have in store also very knowledgeable about the pillows and how to make me and my wife more comfortable sleeping. I took a lot of Sam’s time and he took the time to explain everything to me exactly how I can understand it, the one thing that kind of held me back from making the purchase on the bed was the price even though the bed is exactly what I’m looking for the price hold me back just a little bit after doing some thinking about this I’ve decided to continue to look at other beds to see if there’s anything else out there that would fit my needs as well as the Tempur-pedic. If I do decide to come back to mattress firm and buy a mattress it’ll definitely be with Sam and it’ll definitely be the most expensive bed they have in their store that is definitely the one I fell in love with.

All the reviews about Sam are true, he was great to work with! Super knowledgeable, asked great questions to make sure we were getting what we needed, and went the extra mile to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Can’t wait for our new bed to come!

Jay was super helpful. I can’t say the same for the warehouse in Denver. We tried picking up our mattress only to find out that the didn’t have it in stock and the lady at the warehouse was grouchy and rude. Luckily for us Jay tracked down a mattress for us. I gave a 5 star because of south lands store. I would give the warehouse a 1 star. You know it’s bad when my in-laws know exactly who the grouchy old lady from the warehouse is, due to a prior purchase from there.

Alex was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire transaction. Made it super easy to order everything over the phone and without any hiccups. Couldnt ask for a friendlier interaction. Definitely will be coming back to him when in the need for more.

Highly recommend! During covid-19, its been impossible to purchase clothes, try on shoes etc. Buying a new bed is one of those things that you just have to do in person. However we got into the store the manager allowed us to lay on as many beds as we needed to. Jay, the manager, was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and did not use any pressure sales tactics to get us to purchase a new bed. When the bed that we ordered was delivered to the store it ended up being the wrong one that we ordered. Through no fault of his own, he quickly remedied the situation. He make it right and even gave us a discount. I would highly recommend using the store as long as Jay is still the manager. Thanks again for the service!

We went into Mattress Firm (Southlands) and I look at the Temperpedic beds, not knowing too much about them but only hearing good reviews. Samuel Beckwith was very attentive and knowledgeable, and pointed us in the right direction of what would work best for us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Came into the store dreading the idea of purchasing a new mattress with all the options currently available. Kevin and Matt made the entire experience quick and painless. My initial delivery was pushed out an additional week and when the mattress arrived there was no box spring. The sales man did not say that the price did not include a box spring. So now Im waiting another 3 days before I can use the mattress. I buy a mattress once every 10 years but a salesman sells them weekly so he should have known to mentioned that they are sold separately and/or asked if I needed one. Im frustrated but hopeful that Ill be sleeping in my bed in 3 more days.

Adding my review 4 weeks after delivery of our Tempurpedic adjustable and we love our new bed. I have literally hugged it and whispered sweet nothings to the mattress as we drifted off to sleep together. Delivery was professional and on time, Jay provided excellent customer service throughout the purchase experience, and were sleeping better than we have in years.

Honestly one of the more frustrating shopping experiences Ive had. The salesman didnt seem to want to let us look around the store and insisted we talked to him about everything. He didnt seem to know very much about what he was talking about, or at least failed to understand what we were looking for. After the 5th time we asked if we could just browse around, we decided to leave. As we were leaving he then started recommending other places to get mattresses at. He also didnt have a mask on for the first few minutes. Didnt think my first time looking for a mattress would be so frustrating.

I had ordered a mattress, frame, and box spring from mattress firms website and while the box spring was delivered very quickly I noticed after checking the statue of my mattress and frame they would not ship until October. The website had said shipment within 7-10 days so I went into the south lands CO store to seen if they could help me out. One of the managers, Jay, was amazing in helping me out. He had me test out a mattress similar to the one I had ordered and worked with me to solve the issue. Now I’m expecting to have my full bed set by Saturday and I couldn’t be more happy. Jay was very professional and very helpful he genuinely wanted to take care of my issue and made me feel like a very valued customer. A great mattress shopping experience. My wife and my 2 little boys visited this location on Saturday as we had been entertaining the idea of a new mattress for some time. We we warmly welcomed by Jay who walked us through a mattress selection process. It was not a sales pitch! I am in sales myself and I know that customer education is the key... the byproduct is the sale of the item that is right for the customer. My wife and I believe that customer service is paramount and we didnt shop anywhere else because of the great service here. We made our purchase on the spot... it was not drawn out and time consuming like some purchases can be. It was quick and painless. We we not pressured in any way and the staff was not concerned about out 18 month old walking on the beds. My 4 year old was entertained by the Lego activity table they have set up. The delivery of the mattress and base was prompt with great communication. The 3 gentlemen that delivered and set up the mattress and base worked hard to adjust the base to fit my existing bed frame perfectly. I have only slept on my new bed 1 night, but I am pleased thus far. My only complaint (if you call it one) is that the bed sheets, mattress protector and pillows that we paid for are delivered separately and we havent received them yet. Im sure if there is any issue Jay & team at Mattress Firm will have our backs.

This was my first time buying a mattress on my own, so I was a little intimidated and absolutely dreading the thought of having to pick one. After a quick verification, he beat that price by 10%, just as Mattress Firm advertises they will. EZPZ.
