Absolutely amazing experience! I described a few details that mattered to me and the first dress I was handed was the one I bought. I was able to ask questions, get info, including helpful suggestions on tailoring, and everything was prompt and delivered to the store for pickup perfectly. Couldn’t have been happier and I could have loved my dress anymore than I did! Definitely recommend!!

I had such a wonderful shopping experience here. If I could give Catherine Simms more than 5 stars, I would! Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She wasnt afraid to be honest and made great recommendations. She was extremely accommodating and a joy to be around. Today I had the most amazing and memorable experience at Catherine Simms Bridal. Jessica is the sweetest person to work with. She made an effort to not only to help me get into the dresses I liked, but to actually learn about my personality and who I am as a person as she helped me along today. Jessica is an outstanding, fun, and loving person. I feel like she had known me for years! When I found “the dress” and wasn’t sure, she waited until I was confident before I “said yes to the dress.” I was not expecting this level of service but it was exactly what I needed! Highly recommend!!!

So glad that after stopping in the impersonal David’s Bridal that we walked across the parking lot to this gem! Walked in with no appointment and no idea what I wanted and although she was the only staff with other customers in the shop, Jessica was amazing and so helpful! Found my dress and couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service. Please go see Jessica- you will not be disappointed!

Catherine Simms was my fairy tale come true! I went dress shopping at 3 locations after I did research. We made an appointment and picked out up to 7-10 dresses that were all in my size!! (dress size 20) The first one I tried on ended up being the dress. My mom, sister, and mother-in-law all teared up as I stepped onto the platform and first saw my dress. Completely stunning but original (one that I did not see online with Davids Bridal or other local shops). It was a perfect fit and meant to be. I was able to call and schedule another fitting for my grandparents to see the dress before the big day-my grandpa still tells me that was the best memory he has of our wedding. So accommodating, very insightful with their dresses, and so nice! Im so glad I found this bridal shop and thank you for making a tomboy at heart finally feel like a genuine princess!!

My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful experience with all of the staff at Catherine Simms Bridal. We booked our appointment last minute and they were willingly to accommodate our large group of six on two separate occasions that day (as we returned later in the afternoon to purchase the final bridesmaid dresses following a less than satisfactory appointment at another bridal shop). Both consultants were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout our entire appointment and they both assisted each bridesmaid with their individual concerns, as I asked all of the bridesmaids to have different dresses. Overall, it was a great appointment with wonderful staff - I would highly recommend beginning your search for bridal and bridesmaid dresses here!

First I would like to say that I worked with Jessica one of the consultants and she helped me picked out my dress. She was amazing I loved her. I went yesterday for my first fitting with the seamstress at the store and I was told that the seamstress is unexpectedly going on vacation and I have to get everything done this week before she leaves. I am getting married June 1st. I had 2 appointments scheduled with the seamstress at the store. My last appt was suppose to be May 23. I was told I had to come back Friday to finish my alterations. I said I couldn’t. I was asked to change my schedule in order to accommodate them. The owner was there and I could not believe how rude she was to me about all this. Acting like she couldn’t care less and this was all my problem to deal with. I was told if I couldn’t make it work to come back Friday I can go somewhere else to get alterations. Non apologetic and extremely condescending. I still can’t believe this happened! I am now scrambling to find someone to alter my dress in the next 3 weeks. I told the owner I wanted to write a review of my experience and her exact words were “go ahead and do it!” So here it is.

The experience my bridesmaids and I had at Catherine Simms Bridal was amazing. We had an appointment, walked in, and were immediately greeted by friendly staff and were able to go look at dresses right away. They had a large variety of styles of dresses in the same material for brides who want to do different styles but in the same color. The employees offered honest advice but without being pushy about us choosing one style over another. They were very accommodating to my out of town bridesmaids and were able to get them measured that day, saving them an extra trip. I would highly recommend Catherine Simms for not only their employees and customer service but dresses as well. The quality is incomparable, great appearance and great fit. I had such a great experience with Catherine Simms and will definitely look to them in the future and refer them to friends as well!

I absolutely love this store! The selection is very unique and it has a cute boutique feel. The staff is knowledgeable and the seamstress is talented. We also got our bridesmaids dresses here, which were beautiful. Everything was very fairly priced would definitely recommend!

I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment to try on wedding dresses in August with 5 additional ladies with me. We were the only group in the bridal salon and received great service and attention from Louise. She made me feel like a beautiful bride-to-be, provided her professional opinion on the dresses, but wasnt hovering or pushing the sale, either. She (and my ladies in-tow) pulled dresses that were in line with what I was looking for. She listened and was very personable, asking about my fiance and the proposal. I ended up finding THE dress here, the first one I tried on! It is a beautiful and elegant gown from the Catherine Simms Private Collection, and was the dress on the mannequin. Louise got me a great deal on the dress as-is, and has been in touch with me about the minor repairs needed on the gown. I am looking forward to my dress fittings and continuing to work with this great bridal shop.

Im from Colorado and it was the last day of my fittings and was starting to lose hope in finding a dress within my budget ~$600. I cannot say more good things about this Bridal Shop. On a whim with an hour to burn before my next appointment I saw this shop and went in as a walk-in - so glad I did! I found the most beautiful, high-quality, gorgeous, stunning dress for my wedding at their sample sale. It really did feel like all the stars had aligned because this dress fit me like a glove. The staff Karen and Jessica were extremely helpful nice and genuinely made me feel comfortable. I cannot wait to wear my dress for my Mountain outdoor wedding in Colorado.

Had a pleasant experience shopping here for dresses. While I didn’t purchase my dress here the staff was friendly and accommodating. They let me try on more dresses than any other shop and we’re very polite!

The first time I went to the store I went in without an appointment (Im from out of town) and Karen was still so, so helpful!! She made it work even having other clients in the store. The second time I called them for a question about my dream dress and Jessica spoke with me on the phone for a good twenty minutes. She was so kind and helpful, and really went the extra mile to answer my questions and help me out, even though they didnt sell the dress in their store. Beyond happy with the customer service from Jessica and Karen!!! Thank you!

I purchased my wedding dress at Catherine Simms, and it was a wonderful experience! I had a style and price point in mind and was doubtful I would be able to find what I was envisioning. I described my desires to Karen, and she identified the perfect dress at exactly the price I was looking to pay. If you want professionalism, to feel special in the wedding dress shopping process, or to have a reliable place to buy your gown or bridesmaids dresses, then Catherine Simms Bridal is not for you!Heres a list of ways they messed up my wedding dress experience...1) Did not return messages or phone calls to 5 out of my 6 bridesmaids about placing their dress orders (where several messages were left by each)2) Lost a bridesmaids credit card order, had to go back to the store to reorder3) When we went to pick up bridesmaids dresses they couldnt find one for two days but oh jk it was actually in the store the whole time! Silly them!4) THEY ORDERED ME THE WRONG VEIL. As in a totally different, not even similar veil. they didnt compensate for this in any way either might I add. Oh and when we went to return the incorrect veil they tried to get us to come back another day because it would take a long time to find the order and double check that yes, that was indeed the totally incorrect veil and they were busy5) One lady who works there doesnt know how to measure and actually had my mom take my measurements for me.6) Theyre store hours are incorrect.7) I couldnt even get an alterations appointment in a time frame that worked.8) Im a teacher. Im a happy positive person 95% of the time. I have been very very unbridezilla like in this whole process, and theyve been nothing but rude and incompetent. REAL REAL INCOMPETENT.

This experience was ROUGH. Please read this before going here!Im the MOH & the bride chose this shop for bridesmaid dresses only. Nobody lives close, but driving once to pick out and order and then again to pick up seemed fine.During the first visit to pick out dresses, the employees werent overly helpful. They kind of let us browse, pick out whatever we wanted to try on, and try on ourselves. Pretty laid back and self-done. I suppose I was expecting more of a chatty, fun personality for our consultant. Fine, I didnt care.Once we chose the dress wed get, they did individual measurements of each girl, totally normal. Well, as I was getting measured the woman said wow! Youre really all over the place with sizes huh? ...what? Im 52 and 130lbs. I didnt have huge body issues but if I did that would be very offensive and upsetting. Fine, I ordered and didnt say a word about that comment.Then, the dresses came in. The shop contacted the bride only (I wouldve liked a call but I totally understand this).It took our bride & bridesmaids 2 visits, 6 phone calls, 3 Facebook messages, & 2 emails to get contacted by this shop. Their posted hours were crap because 2 of the girls made trips to pick up the dresses (after we tried calling and had no answers). Both times the shop was closed. The bride had to eventually send aggressive messages just to get them to actually communicate back.We ended up getting the dresses just 3 weeks before the wedding, they came in about 8 weeks early. All of the girls had to pay rush fees for alterations & the response the shop had was sorry and they steamed the dresses for us (they tried to make that sound special when really its just industry standards).Overall, avoid this place like the plague. The prices are high, the hours arent great, & the communication is appalling. Id give them negative stars if I could.
