Huge store, which would be great, but couldnt go in. ?As some other stores have started requiring masks on again, they have reposted their signs. At time of visit, this store had a piece of paper 📃 that someone scribbled with sharpie, something about masks?? Then the one staff with mask on, behind plexiglass, 30ft away is saying something about Masks required. 😷?There were zero customers in store. Other stores in the mall, that required masks, had clear signs pointing that out. Was shocked by Gamestop, as were others that were turned away.

This GameStop doesnt have the selection it once did. Here you can find only the latest and most popular games and accessories, but nothing else. They have also shifted more towards merchandise, which isnt a bad thing, but the store has a lot of empty space that Im surprised they arent utilizing.

The shelves were half empty, and the floors badly needed to be vacuumed. Here is a radical idea- if the holidays are coming up, add enough employee hours to keep the store stocked and looking decent!

I stopped shopping here for the most part because although I find the games I want, they always give me the wrong game. I did start checking the game before I left to make sure they put the correct game in the case, but it shouldnt happen so often.

This only became a positive review because of the ( I’m assuming Manager ) stepped in and corrected the situation.Originally I was being told by the associate- that I couldn’t receive an exchange on a pre owned game I purchased 3 weeks ago, even though it clearly stated I could online.According to him, that was only correct if the game was defected... either way, the boss stepped in and took care of me- which was cool. Crisis averted

My Girlfriend went in here to surprise me with and Xbox come to find out she was taken advantage off was sold over the current sticker price not sure how GameStop does business anymore but if it was for commission find someone else to rip off extremely disgusting what you did and to give us cash back instead of recharging the card it took 2 seconds for you to withdraw from? Just Disrespectful.....

I love this GameStop, one of the bigger locations and makes browsing good.

Might as well go to Disc Replay or start making digital purchases. GameStop is severely overpriced but its not just this one, its all of them. This one sold my grandma a used power brick that (on her receipt) said it was new. It didnt work and we brought it back and they wouldnt allow the return because the one we brought back was used and the receipt said we bought a new one.

I love going here, even if I dont need anything I go.

Last week, I bought 4pcs of pre-owed PS4 games. I was convinced that all games are working before buying. Eventually one of those didnt work and I could not get my money back.

I bought most of my games here for a good price.

Place Rips You off. Bought a game for 50 and tried to return it the next day. They would only give me $16 back. Other stores gave me a gift card for 50 instead of an entire RIP OFF!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
