Poor service tried to sell him a phone and was looking to get a quote over the phone because Iโm literally 1 hour away as he is the nearest, and after I told him I was that far he wasnโt interested. This dude is bad business. Donโt recommend it save your breath & time . .
Wouldnโt recommend to anyone. The guy sells lemon phones and tries to make you pay extra for fixing and doesnโt refund a phone that is considered stolen or locked. Definitely only open to peek customers pockets.
One star is a lot I dont recommend anyone going to this store Guys customer service is terrible I went in to try and get a screen protector for my new note 20 which he didnt have in stock so I had to pay for it in advance and was going to take 3-5 days when I asked what is the warranty he pretty much to told me it is what it is. I had went to best buy after to pick up an online order I asked about their warranty and they said lifetime anything happens they replace it and they had them in stock. So I called him the following morning to cancel my order because my phone was getting scratched up and I couldnt wait that long so he started yelling after I explained to him I was going with best buy and he just hung up on me. Went I went to go get my money back I told him thank you when I got it and he didnt bother to say anything Im not sure how hes still in business. His brother has the same store on Federal and I have done business with him before and Ill tell you it like night and day between the two take your business there.
I have dealt with this store for 5 years an though it all they have been consistent. Issues have been fixed. They fixed all issues an and have fair prices. I will continue to do business with this millennium trendz keep going your greatly appreciated.

Took me for my money knowing I need a working phone for my doctors to call. He told me my transaction would take from 2 hours to 4 days!!!! Super mad!!! Scamming single mothers with disabilities and disabled children!!! SMH!!! Whats that news channel I could call!!!

Worst in the world for customer service. Only Negative attitude. I took my HTC One M8 for LCD screen fix. They got the deposit amount from me for parts and was told to come after 3 days and get the parts replaced. It took more than a week to get the parts. I have been told to call every other day. Whenever I call them, they were irresponsible in providing the response. After the fix, i got a new problem on the phone - speaker issue. I suspect they intentionally plant for it. I would never go again.
Screw job company, me and my wife went here to get a charging port replacement on her samsung galaxy after leaving this place we got half a mile away and had no service anywhere other than within a half mile of their facility took our phone to our service provider where they told as they have broken the internal wires and antennas.came back today where is the owner slash manager refused a refund on and/or repayment for reimbursement come to find out they also stole my wifes a SIM card out of her phone I would not send my worst enemy todays place they are a shade tree repair service center in your phone company will not replace your phone or repair itavoid this place like the plague
Eveything is lightly used and they price them as of theyre new. The owner or manager (asian gentleman) knowingly does this and legally robs people. Joke of a business.

This isnt the nicest looking place in the world and I have mixed feelings about the establishment! But I went in there the other day to get an idea of what was wrong with my phone. The young gentleman there named Darwin really helped me out and had awesome customer service. But I cant really say the same about everyone else. I later went in to get my Samsung galaxy screen fixed hoping Id get a good deal but the guy that attended me wasnt really customer service oriented and treated me like I was whatever. But in the end I got my screen fixed in no time and has been working ever since!

Do not go here for anything. Scammers and FRAUDS. They ruined my cell phone and stole parts from it. It only had a cracked screen and was a waterproof phone when I got it back there was glue all over it and the screens were coming off in front and back. But then the owner threatened to break my phone if I didnโt leave and threatened me with violence if I didnโt leave. All for asking for my money back. Horrible people. THE OWNER was the one who repaired my phone and threatened me.
I went in to repair my htc sv cracked screen. They had it ready with in 2 hrs and it looks like new:) I had gone to different places to check out the price and they were ridiculous. millennium trenz did a very good job and for the best price I could of found in the area. now its been about a month and I go back to get everything that I need from them. plus the people there are super funny and nice, they talk to you enough to feel comfortable !
Very bad customer service. Asian owner guy completely ignored my request to see which charge cables he had for my phone and served another customer who had just walked in while I was waiting. I was intending to buy a cable and this experience resulted in losing a customer forever! Id pass this place until they go back to school and learn how to conduct business and treat customers with respect.

Terrible..Garbage..Horrible Service..I was paying a bill in store one day, and the guy TOLD ME HE COULD FIX (He Volunteered I said nothing) my MacBook because it was stuck on the apple loading screen..so I brought it back the next day and he said it would be ready in a few hours. He calls me later that night close to closing time and tells me its ready can you be here in time, I said no Ill come get it in the morning blah blah..ok next morning I go in and now its an Asian guy who I assume is the owner, and a Latin lady (Let me add they were both 15 min late to work) So I say, hi Im here to pick up my macbook and they both look at me like Im crazy..I tell them what it looks like and the go find it. Then he comes back and says its not ready I have to look at it...so they sent me home and didnt contact me so I did still not ready a week later...A MONTH AN A HALF goes by no contact so I go in the store and its in the same spot they had it when I whet before. Nothing done to it the whole time. So they gave it back and thats that..I have other experiences but all in all Terrible customer service, Lack of knowledge for the job,& They really just dont care at the end of the day.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Did I say HORRIBLE! I took my LG G2 in to have the cracked glass screen and LCD replaced after I dropped the phone and shattered it.Ill warn you now this is a long post..First off it took them two days to fix it. I should have known then this wasnt going to end well, but I was reassured TWICE that they had a six month warranty on all screen replacements, so I went ahead and forked out the $180.00 to get it done.When I finally got my phone back, the screen was covered in glue and the front panel with the glass was not completely glued down and was lifting away from the phone. I could tell the glue they used was either not strong enough or they did not allow it to dry sufficiently, honestly it looked like elmers glue to me. So I had to leave my phone with them for yet another day. When it was finished it appeared to be fixed. I got a case and went away happy.Then after about three weeks of having my phone back, the screen started to have streaks of different colored lights and black bars shooting through it, the screen was glitching and blinking. I took my phone out of the case to inspect it and one entire side of the outer screen was lifted from the phone yet again.I called the location at Peoria and Parker Road where I originally had it repaired, the kid on the phone had to have me spell my name FIVE times, MY FREAKING NAME IS ANGELA....not very hard to spell. He told me he couldnt find me in the computer. I asked to speak to the manager, and magically he found me. I explained the situation to him and was told Oh yea no problem bring it back we have a six month warranty on all screen replacements Me...ok awesome Ill be there soon...He told me I had to take it to their other location, which Ill add was an addtional 15 minutes away from there. For a grand total of 35 minutes away from my house.I went the the location on Mississippi and Peoria...youll never believe this, but the kid at this store couldnt spell my name either, and couldnt find me in the computer. I looked at the computer screen and showed him what he was doing wrong and found myself in their system. I had to then explain the entire thing to him all over again. He took my phone back to what I assumed was the owner, who also happens to be the guy that does the repairs.The kid came back out and told me they probably wouldnt fix it because it was dropped..well duh the scratch is from when I dropped it...a month ago before I brought it to you the first time. So now I needed to leave my phone for an hour so that they could inspect it.I came back in an hour and the owner tells me flat out the warranty is void (which by the way hes now telling me is only 30 days and Im over that) because the screen is cracked. Say What??? He said theres glass in there and thats why its doing that. I did not drop my phone after I got it back from them and I did not crack the screen. There was no crack anywhere on the screen.I said show me the broken glass. He would not, he never even removed the screen to inspect it. I pride myself in being an honest good person, and this guy was standing here flat out calling me a liar.I said dont you think, if it is really cracked. it would be your fault since it wasnt installed correctly in the fist place? He said no, he repeatedly said you cracked the screen its your fault. OMG I paid 180 freaking bucks for this. He refused to fix it and offered no other solution to the problem.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I will never again in my life go to this place. And I hope none of you do either, Im very disappointed that a business owner could be such a crook. I work hard for my money and this guy basically stole 180 buck from me. This place it terrible all the way around. STAY AWAY!!
Horrible service, i went into the store trying to get my screen and camera repaired, and a software upgrade as they called it. also asked to get an otter box so i could protect the phone. asked the guy to give me a call because he was on lunch when i realized that I should have picked a color, ended having to go back to the store a few hours later and they had already ordered the black one and couldnt change that. so i had to wait 4 days for them to get the parts, which i understand if they dont have them in store, i have a droid DNA and not many places carry parts on hand. I had to pay for the products before they were placed on my phone. well I had to call and see if i could bring it in the parts were in the store since that morning, they never called and i had to call them to ask !then when i took my phone in to get fixed the guy brought it back out 40 mins later and said good as ne and i turned it around and the camera was still broken! he said o i didnt know you wanted to fix that too ..... 0_o really! no i wanted a new screen and a camera thats what i paid for! then i asked if he put the software updates on the phone and he said no I forgot wow !!!!! so he said ill have to wait another 4 days to get the camera parts in and then i could bring it in and do the software updates also. So I asked him if he was going to call me when the parts are in, he said no you can call us to see. the store number is on our card. i demanded his personal number because the line at the store is never accepting phone calls. I tried to call him today to check on the parts and he gave me a fake number to a guy that work for MT down in centennial and couldnt help me because he was from a diffrent store! I am demanding he give me my money back and fix my phone ASAP! no response.... dont waste your time with this store, they are very unprofessional, do not keep documentation, and all they want to do is sell you as much crap and make you pay for it up front and forget abou tit later. Im not one to write reviews or complain, but this was beyond me of how someone can run a business with these work ethics!
I came in there the other day and had experienced the worst customer service ever very rude employees and cheap phones . Definitely telling everyone i know to go anywhere but there i remember before the asian guy that owned that place before always had Respect and good phones now its all bullshit
I went to Millennium Trenz on July 11 2013 @ 10 am. I needed to purchase a new phone and transfer my number from the old one, they told me to come back @ 1pm my fone will be ready then. I went there @ 7:19 pm my fone was not done,they told me they wer not sure as far as what they wer supposed to do.They have no customer service skills at all (2 Mexican dude). Im done with this worthless, rudeness, ALL of them should go back to skul n learn about customer services then get a JOB.
