Customer service was great. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The only issue I have is the app was telling me my tires are low and I assumed they would be checked/rotated upon the inspection of changing the oil as part of the package. For $70 it should have been included. But I guess not. My app is still saying my tire pressure is low.

The people in the service center are very nice, but it took 2 days to get my car back for work that only took 1 and a 1/2 hours. There were no updates on my car, I had to call them many times. I had an appointment for 7:30 am on a Friday morning and they still hadnt started on my car by noon the next day.

We have had our Chevy Cruz in at least four times in the last year. Every time was an expensive fix. I have been a loyal Chevy brand owner my whole life. We used to love coming to Ed Bozarth to not only have our car serviced but to purchase new vehicles. We loved the expert service people who were available to help when you brought your car in. Ed Bozarth has gone fully downhill. They don’t have experienced service people anymore when you walk in. They don’t have any cars on the lot or in the show room. You have to wait on the phone for 20 minutes before you can talk to somebody. And even after making an appointment to bring your car in you still wait 20 minutes for someone to get off the phone to help you. Then after waiting all day until 5 o’clock I call to see if my car is ready because no one had called me with repair costs, yet the repair costs were already listed and waiting for an ok to start work. And previously when we had our car in took over three days for a repair. After hearing our next repair would cost $4000 the part only $1500, and after already shelling out over $ about $3,500 already this year on this car. We decided to get a new car. We picked up our car the next morning even after waiting on hold over 20 minutes to see if it was ready-which no one ever came back to the phone so we just headed over. We picked up the car-drove to Ford and purchased a new car that day! I’m done with Chevy after almost 40 years. I’m sad that I won’t ever get my Camaro, but the Mustangs are really nice too!

This is a busy place but they manage to get to you very quickly. Service staff are courteous and professional. The facility is super clean and the customer lounge is comfortable. It is equipped with workstations, so you can either relax and watch TV or bring your laptop and get some work done.I was very satisfied with my entire service experience and highly recommend them for your service needs.

Always a good experience since I bought my car from there.However, the last I was there I waited over 2 hours without someone telling me my car was ready. I was tired of waiting so decided to come and check and my car was already ready (not sure how long it was sitting there).But overall the experience has been good.

I had my car in for an oil change.. bought the car there .. drove it in.. no lights on.. just an oil change...... they got it in and out fast enough. The wife drove off and every light on the dash with abs and Trac control came on... well I received a few phone calls about her blowing up... after checking things out... (breathing) drove it back up and the service manager Roberto Monzon took the vehicle to the back and said a wheel sensor was bad.. but it wasnt when it came in.. he walked her back to the car and showed her the Crack with rust.... replaced it and had her out the door in an hour.. but was very friendly and not rude or (not my problem) makes me glad I bought my car there.. thanks again to the service crew and Roberto..

Scheduled an oil change and a check engine light for Saturday, September 25. Receptionist said bring it in Saturday we will handle it. Showed up 11:50 AM, they said they do not check engine light on Saturday only oil changes. Told them to change the oil rotate the tires and please wash the car if possible. Left for two hours, came back car sitting outside representative I talked to first time not there. Car wash not completed, no printed Work order available, nor have they emailed me of any work performed! This is the second time in one month I have had bad experiences with your service department. First time bad attitude with Jose. This time asked to speak to Isaac, but neither were working that day. I would appreciate a follow up thank you Val Morrison

The worst customer service EVER. We have been customers of the Aurora dealership for nearly 20 years. I was give an appointment for oil change on Thursday. Arrive at my appointment time and was told I could not get service and shoud not have been given a 4:30 pm appointment as the technicians were soon leaving. I was then given an appointment for Saturday morning at 8am. Was told I wound be in and out (as I had an appointment). Arrived Saturday morning promptly at 8am .Upon arrival there were already approx. 12 cars in line. Alan (very new & young) told me I wasnt there at 8 when I asked whats going on. I told him I was absolutely there at 8am as instructed by him, he then said you were not here at 8, how come youre at the back of the line then? INFURIATING and INSULTING!!! So now Im called a liar by your employee! Are you kidding me?! Later I was made aware that customers had been lining up since 6:45am. NICE!!! The WORST experience E V E R!!!!!!!! The appointment system is deplorable and completely ineffective!VERY angry, disgruntled, devalued customer (who has purchased THREE vehicles from this dealership). WOW!!!!

I decided to wait for my vehicle which was a mistake, had I know it was going to be that long a wait I would have gone home till it was finished. I feel if you have an appointment you should get priority but I guess that means nothing.

Went for oil change tire rotation and to fix a tire that had a nail . Tire didn’t got fixed got on the freeway and tire went flat completely went back to the dealer to get it fixed they made me wait 2 hours for that tire . Didn’t let me file a complaint and charge me for a service didn’t got done properly. I spent a total of 6.5 hours is unbelievable I could’ve gotten into an accident the least you could’ve done is refund the money

Came in with an issue caused by your previous repair. Noted the issue was intermittent. In less than one full day, was told vehicle was ready and nothing was fixed. Let tech know we are going to be hauling a trailer over the rockies and asked if we will be OK. Received the shoulder shrug and a solid I dont know answer followed by good luck. Poor customer service.

Communication was completely non-existent. I had to call near the end of the day my car was supposed to be done - which was the maybe itll take this extra day extra day. Then I find out my car was not anywhere close to being finished, and woul take another day.Sure, work care take longer than estimated. The complete lack of communication about it is inexcusable, especially with the added technology you are using. A text would have been enough. Some kind of communication that Im going to be without transportation is not an unreasonable expectation. This isnt the first time this has happened.

I would recommend that you stop letting people make appointments if you cannot fulfill them. My cars service was supposed to start at 10:30am and be done by 12pm per my Service Tech. I just got off of the phone with them and my car is still not done. I was told You should be hearing from your service rep within the next hour when hes back from lunch.This is unacceptable.

The overall experience wasnt great and only half of the services were done. My appoint was at 10:30am and we were there at 10:27am. By the time any of the team members walking around doing nothing or just sitting on their computer said something to me and got me checked in it was 10:45 or so. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. Not sure if the oil was changed since I cant see what is being done but the tires were for sure NOT ROTATED. I marked the tires before we dropped the truck off so I knew if they were rotated and sure enough when we got back home and checked they were all in the same exact place as when I marked them. Nothing was switched. I didnt call and complain because we left to go out of town that same day but now we are back and Im looking at a truck I just paid money for to have serviced and only half of what I paid for was done. I was going to bring my truck back for other routine maintenance and for the brakes to be done as that was suggested on my work order but now I dont trust the techs are really going to do the work I asked and paid for.

Great salesmen, bought my camaro here. Got a free key and full tank of gas with it.Edit: Extremely disappointed with the collision center here. My newly purchased car was hit, so I decided to take it to the collision center since I had such a great experience with the salesman. My quarter panel was really messed up but they tried to convince me they could repair it rather than replace it. It took them 3 times to get it right. The first time, they left the quarter panel wavy and there were buff marks all over the clear coat. They second time, they got the character of the quarter panel all wrong, you could tell it had been worked on and overall looked “fake”. I have a keen eye for symmetry and proportions, so this stuff stood out to me like a sore thumb. They basically tried to tell me they didn’t see what was wrong with it and made me seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about until I got to the manager of the collision department. Third time is when they actually replaced the quarter panel, looked good as new then. Thank you George for making that right for me, but overall I am disappointed as to the number of times it took to get it right and the length of time that it took, making me have to borrow someone’s car (about a month). Had they replaced the quarter panel in the first place, I would had have my car back in a week and a half or so, no problem. I attached pictures from the damage and after the second time they repaired it.I spoke to my neighbor and coincidentally he took his car to the same shop to get his body work done and he has similar experiences. They never call you to update you, despite promising otherwise, and when I was dissatisfied, they acted extremely annoyed despite their claim of wanting 100% customer satisfaction.

I went in to have my truck serviced today and they told me that it would be done today and I haven’t heard from them. They had no communication stating that they have to keep my truck or anything and mind you it on the Saturday and won’t be able to have it back hopefully by Monday morning. Definitely a worst choice by coming here. Now I have to wait! Carless. Definitely going else where.

Yesterday I had my appointment for oil change at 10:15am and it took them 5hrs to service my vehicle worst customer service ever. After checking with Alan multiple times he said my veichle was being worked on. Total lie they didnt service my veichle until 2pm after waiting on their lounge with my son since 10:15am. No one ever checked with me or kept me informed about what was going on. I had to go asked them every 2hrs and he kept lying that it was being worked on. What made me mad even more was that I requested to speak to a manager and no one ever showed up. Then Alan said his manager told him he was to busy to speak with me.I will never be back. I was overcharged for basic services. There was no communication about the length it would take to have my vehicle serviced. I made an appointment for 830am and sat for 2.5hours before I asked how much longer only to be told it would still be a few hours because the technician just started on my vehicle after 11am.my vehicle was not ready until after 1pm. Just overall poor customer service. My airbag light is on due to them repairing a recall on my vehicle.

We needed major repairs to my daughters car. It took longer than they originally said and another item needed to be replaced which added another major expense to the total bill. I appreciated being called and informed of the progress. I was also very happy to receive 10$% off the total bill since it was way more than originally stated.Although I wish they wouldve have checked the tire pressure before we drove off.

I moved here from the Bozarth dealership in Lone Tree as I didnt care for how I was treated there. The Aurora store is much better and has a great Corvette mechanic. There were some communication issues with my last visit as well as shuttle issues, but the service manager, Dave, handled it for me like a pro. Ill be keeping my business at the Aurora store.

If I could give them a zero I would. The customer service was great. But they LIE I understand there job is to sale cars ... but why can’t you tell the truth and let the customer decide. They told me to bit the bullet with a higher car payment to get me in a car okay I BELIEVED THEM. They told me in 6 months to refinance my car and my rate would lower again they LIED. This was told to me by a “Manager” WOW!!Y’all real life updates I’ve been making the payment they talking me into without skipping a payment as they advised. The service manager or gm is an absolute horrible service manager and has zero skills talking to customers. To not acknowledge the issue at hand and allow your customer to walk away unsatisfied and not even concerned they will go elsewhere is just pathetic YOU SHOULD SHUT DOWN THE BUISNESS ITS RUN POORLY.

After 4 weeks of them having my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado with a blown engine after only 9000 miles, they have not contacted me once to update me on the status. I have only been able to get in touch with someone 3 times since they acquired my vehicle. They have given me multiple repair completion dates that have been not correct. When I believe the vehicle is done I have to make multiple attempts to even talk to anyone, only to find out that the “parts still haven’t arrived”. Finally I have had to contact chevrolet headquarters to start a case file to get any answer about what is happening with my vehicle.With regards to helping the customer per warranty protocol. They refused to give me a loaner vehicle and told me that chevy only covers 30 dollars a day for rentals. After contacting chevy headquarters I was informed that they absolutely should have provided me with a loaner vehicle or are liable to pay the rental charges. They were going to expect me to pay $5000 in rental car fees while they continually keep not informing me about the status of my car.This dealership needs to be black flagged by the head quarters and audited Ecuador there is definitely something inappropriate going on at this dealership. Between inaccurate information being provided about my warranty benefits guaranteed by chevy, claiming of continued back ordered parts when there was mention of taking parts from other orders (likely happening to my parts as they have been scheduled to be delivered 4 different times with mysteriously just not arriving) aka they are likely being used on other vehicles to make more money for vehicles that aren’t covered by warranty.As a lifelong chevrolet customer and with family who own and operate a chevrolet dealership I know that this dealership is not maintaining standards of care put forth by chevrolet. In no industry is 4 weeks without contact acceptable when a customer was guarenteed multiple completion dates that were not met.Jesus has been my service manager and has said he would contact me and has given me multiple finish dates but never followed up or been of any assistance. He is not able to answer any of my questions or even be reliable to put me in Touch with someone who could provide me with answers. This has been the worst vehicle and new car experience I have ever had in my life. This dealership alone has made me not want to buy chevy again and I wish I could just return and get my money back for my vehicle. Between the case files and the multiple reps that have been contacted, the chevrolet headquarters will now be aware to this facility and the fact that they may be completely soiling the chevrolet name and causing the loss of loyal customers.This dealership does not follow up but as a professional I sure do. So I will be sure to follow up with the headquarters further for this horrendous service at “It’s another beautiful day at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet”.

I financed a 2017 Chevy Trax MSRP 11,000 for 18,000 with 23% apr my credit wasnt the best and neither was my cosigners. We were not allowed to test drive the vehicle alone (unknown). But after just 2 weeks we noticed low fuel distribution when we turn on the AC.Long story short do not buy from this dealership I am stuck paying for a car that no longer works. I tried all my warranties, there was always an excuse as to what was covered. 2021 and my Trax needs a new transmission.I dont think the Trax was built for mediocre off road adventures now steep mountain hills. AWD sucks. And the finance team played us.

3 hour wait for an oil change that I could have done at Jiffy Lube in 20 minutes for the same price or cheaper.I just moved to Denver and was hoping to establish myself with a new dealership for maintenance. My car is a lease so I was expecting Chevy to cover the cost of my scheduled maintenance at 15k miles because its in their interest for the car to be maintained. That was not the case but my other expectation was that the dealership might offer some sort of new customer promotion or at least a complimentary car wash, as has been the norm at my previous dealership mechanics. In the end, I ended up just going with an oil change because I wasnt financially prepared for the $200+ full maintenance cost but I was kept waiting for 3 hours for that simple service.I just believe the dealer should welcome their new clients much better.

Very poor communication. It was consistently difficult to get in touch with our service advisor despite him giving us multiple phone numbers to reach him that he did not answer (text or call). We were told a part wasn’t covered under warranty and then 4 days later, after we were forced to find accommodations because we’re from out of town, we were told that it actually was able to be covered under warranty. We were told we’d get it back on Monday, then that was pushed back to Tuesday, and then not only did we never hear back on Tuesday, but we could not get in touch with anyone in the service department for an update. On Wednesday we were finally told, after 7 days of waiting, that it was ready for pick up. Very confusing, frustrating, and disappointing. We’re glad the part was eventually covered under warranty but the service was overall very poor.

Got us in and fixed alternator in same day. 2 star due to way over filling steering fluid (image shows how much past full line) this is just sloppy work that lucky I saw but now have to go buy a Turkey baster to drain excess before it damages my vehicle - completely avoidable. This is why I usually go to Auto Service House. And I see now that my oil is leaking after they did oil change - more sloppy work. Down to 1.

I’ve provided documentation nearly over a year ago to a prior employee and jmcdanold who I believe is still there. Now, I’d appreciate a phone call and for my reimbursement. You got my contact info.Update:I received a phone call from the GM shortly after posting this review. He informed me he has looked at it and would get back to me. I still have not heard back from them. My issue has gone on for more than a year. I’m not saying I should be top priority but I should have some priority. Payback for ride shares is part of my warranty and now GM is in violation of it.

I’ve had a couple problems with my 2016 Malibu premier in the past, awesome car by the way! The 2.0 turbo in it makes it a little more fun to drive. My family and I have purchased a couple vehicles from here and they always take care of us. From the sales rep, to finance, and to the service department, they always come through for us. This review mainly goes out to Jesus in the service department, special shout out to him! I haven’t necessarily been the best customer I’ve given him a hard time in the past, but he has lots of patience, he truly is a great employee at Ed Bozarth. He’s taken very good care of my car as well as my family’s cars and trucks. Jesus always keeps in touch while working on your vehicle considering communication is key he does a very great job at what he does. As one of the many tough customers to deal with I sincerely do apologize for giving such a hard time. Give that man a raise! He truly does deserve it, thank you for all your work and all that you do!

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation the other day. I was waiting in the waiting area with my 4 month old baby which was no big deal because oil changes usually only take you guys about 45 minutes. After 2 & 1/2 hours of waiting I went to the service desk to see why it was taking so long. The technician went to check and informed me it would be another 30 minutes until my car was done. I asked him to skip the tire rotation because I didn’t have time to wait for three hours with a baby. Had I known it would take so long I would have made other arrangements to drop off another day. I was not prepared for this amount of time and didn’t have any water or food with me. When I asked for a bottle of complementary water that is always provided, I was told to use the drinking fountain which is literally impossible to do while holding a very young infant. Not to mention extremely unsanitary durning the covid pandemic.I have been a loyal customer for years giving all of my business to the service department at Ed Bozarth for both my vehicle and my husbands truck that was purchased through you guys. The least you can do is have complementary water for nursing mothers and customers that are expected to wait three hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

I recently inquired about a 1500 Ram 2500(vin 3C6UR5CL5FG635480), at the Aurora dealership. Im quite a ways away so I asked the basic questions, as to not to waste my time, or the sellers time. I asked for the carfax, but was given the autocheck, I assumed it is as good as carfax, but I was very wrong. They do compliment each other; where one doesn’t have information on the vehicle, the other report may. I dealt with Wade, all through email, and was given -“ There is a lot to weigh out when buying a pre-owned vehicle. I wish I could offer more background on this truck. “ when I asked about anything being wrong on the truck and expressing concerns for getting the truck unseen and then finding out issues once getting the truck. All in all- everyone- Spend the $40 for carfax, if the dealership isn’t giving it to you, there’s something they are hiding. There was borderline moderate/severe damage done to both sides of the vehicle, the front and the roof of the truck. The dealership cannot say they don’t know this about this truck and Id say it’s a far stretch to say their salesmen wouldn’t know it either. It is beyond me how people can hide this from someone else, just to make a buck.I don’t recommend this dealership, they clearly have gotten away with this before.

Horrible service. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:45 for the airbag recall, was told that service would take two to two and a half hours. Checked website stated working on vehicle, I started calling at noon with no answer. Went to the shop after 2pm nothing had been done to my vehicle. Left without service being completed

I wasn’t made aware of the almost $90 diagnosis fee until I was called with a diagnosis. Jeff had very poor customer service when giving me the diagnosis; being told in basic terms what the repair is and the unrealistic cost they charge with absolutely no explanation or alternative solutions provided. It’s a severe issue that many, MANY Chevy Cruze’s and Malibu’s come across yet Chevrolet does absolutely nothing. They are price-gouging scammers, do not bother with the service department whatsoever.

Where do I start? Have nearly 20 yrs experience working with this dealer, buying 5-6 cars & trucks, and I would not even remotely consider buying from any other dealership. Telling those who work there the main reason is SERVICE after the sale, as Ed Bozarth Chevrolet service is 5 Stars!It’s one thing buying a car, which only took a few hours picking up. But service dept is over the entire life of owning the car/truck. If you want to be treated like a million each time you bring the vehicle in, I suggest you look no further than these guys right here at 2001 S. Havana Aurora, CO.I rarely put my name on anything, any brand, or recommend any company, but you march yourself down to Ed Bozarth for next car or truck, having #1 in Service! Once I got past the chat with Jessica my experience was fine. you should delete that portion as I went round and round with that, after 25 min I was told that they we not allowed to make a next day service appointment for an oil change.

They didnt do anything I asked them to do. Argued me over a tail light I had to call the dealer where I bought the car to find out service didnt know what they were talking about. I had a really bad experience and to top it off no apology I get well in his defence he is kinda newCar is still broken!

Always appreciate working with Jeff in the service department. Very knowledgeable and does a great job scheduling and getting service work completed in a timely manner. During a previous visit, I had issues with my Duramax diesel truck not starting. Jeff was able to get me in immediately and properly diagnose and repair my truck the same day. Since that event, I started using this dealership for all of my service work.

I came in to this dealership with the intentions on seeing a 2021 Chevy trailblazer that I saw online. When I get there, they had NONE of the cars that I was interested in, including the Chevy trailblazer that I wanted. They attempted to sale me 2 Buick’s in which I was somewhat interested. After learning that I had a trade in that had some negative equity, they were no longer interested in helping me get into a car. The finance company would only offer me 4000 dollars when previous dealerships offered me 6. The finance company and also the sales rep became uninterested after learning my situation. They wouldn’t budge on the trade nor did They care about receiving my business. I have GREAT credit and I’ve also purchased a brand new camaro from this place 3 years ago and the sales rep was awesome. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to this dealership. Customer service is complete trash.

DO NOT TAKE A THEFT RECOVERY TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Everything they touched was half done,overlooked or ignored.They had my truck for two months,I finally just took it back.I continue to find details that competent techs would not forget or ignore( i.e.hose clamps on fuel tank that was replaced, Leaked fuel all the way to TX.door panels werent fastened back to the car door panel came off door first time i tried to close.Took them 45 days to figure out that i in fact did have keyless entry that worked before the theft,they keeped telling ins. co. that my truck didnt have it from the factory.and the list goes on. I know the time frame had a lot to do with the ins. co., but the incomplete work and lack of attention to detail is all on them.You would think a theft recovery would warrant a complete inspection head to toe,but never saw a charge for something like that.

Took my truck in yesterday to get the steering column fixed, they got it fixed but when I got my truck back and took it home I tried my door handles and the driver side door handle is broken and no longer opens. I called and took it back only for the foreman to argue with me telling me because I installed the piece that I didn’t install it correctly, I installed the piece last month along with the passengers side 3 months ago same parts from the same place. The door handle worked when I drove it up and when I left even Roberto the sales associate that helped me in repairs was even able to open it when I dropped it off. The foreman doesn’t want to take responsibility for the way his shop works and when I questioned him about procedures he told me “I don’t know that” terrible service terrible shop team and uneducated foreman. I am taking the truck back in today because the foreman told me to only because I brought up the saying “you break it you buy it doesn’t matter if it’s aftermarket or not if they break it I expect them to fix something they broke” but because it’s a part I put on he told me “if it’s a faulty piece I ain’t fixing it.” Those are the words straight from the owners foreman of his shop. I’ve already told my family and friends to never come to this shop for service because if they break something you installed it seems they will just blame you and say “welL yOu DiDn’t InStALl it CoRrEctlY”Took truck in and they fixed door handle along with an apology

I had a great experience even though I had a long wait time I chalked that up to the dealership’s quality of service and it being much sought after. I was very thankful that the service technician inspected my vehicle and found a very serious problem that I was not aware of and I was able to have it taken care of on top of what I bought the vehicle in to have service for!!

If you plan on getting work done here call SEVERAL TIMES up to the time you get there to make sure they have the part. Making an appointment is pointless I made an appointment a week ago just to get there and then tell me they don’t have the part and they don’t know when their going to get it a whole day wasted
