I stopped in to the aurora farms location today and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection they had. The store was neat and clean and organized. I found exactly what I wanted. The manager was great and helped me talk through what I needed in a shoe and the girl who rang up my purchase was also great. I didn’t get their names but it was a great experience and I will just go back there the next time I need to get shoes!

We stepped in to the Outlet on Labor Day. We were greeted pleasantly by Rachel and she spent so much time with us and patiently answered all questions.. She measured and checked the fit of every shoe that my husband and son tried on. In spite of the high customer walkin sale day, the service was great. She was quite knowledgeable and addressed all queries. Thanks for the ultimate customer service!

Came on a Saturday. Us and two couples were waiting outside at the door and following covid guidelines. The store inside was pretty much empty and customers were constantly leaving. But every time us or the other couples tried to get into the store, the manager was very rude and nasty and yelled at us “WAIT OUTSIDE! I AM NOT GOING TO LET YOU IN OR HELP YOU RIGHT NOW!” So us and the other couples decided to not wait outside in the cold anymore and left. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. Stay away from the store before the manager attacks you.

Only shoes that fit me and made in USA. Manager very helpful. Spent a lot of time with me.

They close much earlier than advertised. Rude, negative and lazy customer service.

On 3.20.21 there were hundreds of ppl out shopping.We traveled over an hour to go to the New Balance store. We get there, young lady says there wasnt enough help to open the store!!! How abt letting 3 ppl in at time!!!! I meed to talk to cooperate office!This was totally unacceptable!!!😖😖😖

The staff was excellent! Very nice and helpful. A lot of great shoes and many sizes. I have very small feet and I ended up buying a few pairs of shoes because they were so good. Plus everything is on a good sale right now.

We learned that the store was temporarily closed after making the 30 minute drive. The business info on Google was out of date. If I can figure out how to post the temporary closure, youd think the staff at the store could

A year ago I would have given this place five stars, but Im downgrading to 3 because of today when I was in the store.No one offered to help me as they used to do right away. Also, a male associate was complaining loudly to a female associate about how much he hated working there while she giggled. Not exactly friendly customer service.

Manager Amanda was extremely accusatory and confrontational even though purchase was returned with tags and receipt, claimed it was not their merchandise (even though it was marked new balance with their tags and bought there a few days prior)Previous experiences at this store have been very positive, we were saddened to be treated so poorly by this manager
