Great selection of new jewelry and gifts along with furniture, home decor, womens clothings, shoes and purses. You will be pleasantly surprised not your typical resale store more of a boutique feel. Clean and well laid out.

This boutique is my happy place. I always find just the right item at every visit and I really enjoy talking with the friendly staff and owner, who Ive gotten to know well over the years. I would have never been able to pay retail for many of the upscale designer purses, shoes, and sunglasses that I have purchased resale from Boutique Repeats. I love that whenever I visit, there is always something new. I visit as often as I can so that I dont miss out!!

They deserve zero stars!!The owner of this place is horrible! A few months ago she claimed that her computer system crashed and everyone’s accounts were wiped out. She then made those of us consigning come in to rummage through her store and try to find our things. She then issued checks in whatever amount she wanted in essence potentially not paying us the full amounts we were promised. A few weeks later she phoned everyone to say that she was going out of business and we needed to come pick up our items by 10/24. Admittedly a day late, on 10/25 I phoned and left a message requesting a call back regarding my items and any money owed to me. No call back. Today I called and she’s refusing to issue any checks or return my items. Her store is still open and she’s continuing to sell items and profit but is keeping expensive items like my designer purses and shoes I had trusted her to sell and refusing to issue me any money that I’m owed. Her response was I could have a “store credit” to come in and buy something so she can profit off of me further. She’s incredibly untrustworthy and it’s no surprise this business failed!I wish that I could give them negative stars, they don’t deserve any!

Drove 40min to have some items looked at and I had spoken to someone previously about selling these items. I was just told they don’t do that. Didn’t seem like she wanted to make money! I’ll take my items Somewhere they will better service me. Thanks!:)

My mother was just in the store today, and she indicated that she has experienced the BEST service in Aurora. I wish I could score higher than 5 stars. So PLEASE support this local business it is OUTSTANDING.

Bad business practices here. Dont consign! I had a terrible consignment experience here awhile back. I consigned my prom dress and I set the price. When I went to collect my dress, they told me the dress had sold but for half the price I had set. I was so upset! They told me they discounted it because I asked them to discount it... I NEVER asked them to discount my dress. I would have rather kept the dress rather than sell it for a whopping $30 (thats what I made from the sale). The woman I spoke with was so rude about the whole situation. She blamed me the entire time and had no empathy whatsoever. After continually blaming me for what happened, they didnt even offer more money for their mistake or make any amends. If I called and asked the store to discount my dress, why would I be upset after it sold for the price I supposedly agreed upon? Bad business practices here. Dont consign!

I’m so disappointed, because my friend and I sincerely assumed the owner was a Christian! Do not take your clothes to this boutique! My friend and I will donate our clothes to various charities before weever take it to this location again. The owner is dishonest and deceitful!!

Two weeks ago while visiting relatives, we were taken to this store. We purchased several items including a table which we were not able to transport at that time. However, we did pay for the table. We returned yesterday to pick up our table, we were told that the table we purchased was not for sale, and a sign with our name on it had been placed on another table. This was an 8 hour round trip for us, no apology was given, just a statement that there had been miscommunication. There was absolutely no miscommunication, the owner simply lied to us on our arrival. My anger has calmed, but be assured, the unethical practices at this store were observed by others. Take your business elsewhere, this hole doesn’t deserve your money.

I cant figure this place out. The ladies who work here seem to want to sell the clothes, but only to certain types of customers. They do have good selection and I have made purchases here but last time I was chastised (no kidding) for wanting to put my purchase on a cc and it was under a certain $$. There is no sign for cc min purchse, so dont chastise your customers when they want to buy stuff from you.

Worst consignment experience ever! I took in about 40 items to sell not consign. I was told that they wanted to take so many of my items that they wanted to do consignment instead of cash out. I said okay. About a week and a half later I got a call saying I needed to pick up some items that the owner now decided she didnt want .I got there to find half of my items in a small basket, not on hangers like I had to drop them off on. I asked what happened and the lady, not owner, told me the owner decided she didnt want these items. WOW, you had my clothes that long and never put on floor just threw them in a basket to wrinkle up. I took items and left . My consignment is now over and I called to ask about it and was told that 4 of my items sold but my total was $27. I belive one of these items was worth this price alone. I will never sell nor consign my items at this place again. I was also told when I come to pick up unsold items I have to walk around and find my items they dont have them ready. So go on a hunt wow! Very unprofessional and lazy if you ask me . Dont take someones items and then make someone come back over a week later to find the items in a basket. Hang them up on my hangers like I gave them to you. Really disappointed in this experience and will never recommend or go here again. I hope i get my hangers back for the items that didnt sell Im not donating hangers. Sorry but feel very let down. PS update I picked up items spent long time almost 40 mins looking for my items. Lady was not sure what was actually sold. Two of my items were not found nor sold. Missing! So now I am waiting for owner to come from Vegas to find out what is going on with my 2 missing items.
