I was there a couple weeks ago, and it was a very unsatisfying experience. I was there to ship a few items, and I was told by the business owner that I had to leave my items with her to be packaged, and that I would be given a price later in the day. That was completely unacceptable, and a very bad way to do business. I ended up going back to pick up my items. She said she was overwhelmed, and could not do it at the moment.There were 2 people there including the owner🤦🏻‍♂️ I watched Steve run that business for over a decade by himself, so I have an idea of what the process is, and it’s not overwhelming! If you can’t provide service to your customers then why did you become a business owner? It was a very uncomfortable, unwelcoming experience, and atmosphere.The previous owner Steve ran that business amazingly, he was very knowledgeable about the business, and he really did care a lot about providing the best service to his customers. I used to ship a lot threw the A+ Mail Room when Steve was there, but since his departure I will regrettably no longer be using this location anymore since the customer service has terribly declined. I recommend using the FedEx by the US Bank near the Aurora Mall. I’ve been having a pretty good experience there so far.Well it’s sad to say that the A+ Mail Room will never be what it used to be. We sure do miss you Steve, but we know you’re off to better things.

The former owner Dave was very respectful carrying and hard worker, but now in reverse rather than just owner.

Its crazy how good this place is, Ive no idea how they even make money but I used the free services all the time. Very easy way to drop off FedEx, USPS and UPS all in one place. The guy is helpful and even tapes over labels for you. The only bad reviews mention no tracking number, you should never leave anywhere without your tracking number. Thats not the stores problem.

It is always a pleasure to do business at A+Mail Room. The owner knows how to run a fine business all my faxing, copying, mailing, is done at this establishment all the time NO MORE post office for me. He is also very discreet which is very important to me he work in a very timely manner with each of his customers which for most he knows by name. Thank you Steve for being there . A+ Mail Room is my go to “one stop shop” for all of my shipping, mailing, and printing needs. Steve is phenomenal! He’s always welcoming, upbeat, and helpful. In these trying times our community small businesses need our support! Ditch the big wig shipping centers for a change and allow Steve to meet your shipping needs

Steve is always so helpful getting my mail and packages handled. And always at competitive prices. It seemed to be business as usual even with COVID restrictions in place.

Fast, friendly, and helpful drop off services for major couriers like DHL, etc.Didnt charge for minor packing supplies like tape or customs envelope associated with dropping off pre-paid DHL shipment.Great service!

A Pus gets an A+++! I have been using A+ mail for over 4 years and Ive taken numerous things in to get packaged and shipped and A Plus mail does a perfect job each time. I even had a Roland keyboard packaged and shipped out recently and it was done professionally and I will keep using A+ in the future. I also had few things faxed. Go to A+Mail Room if you need anything done, they are truly the best!

Great service. Really great that they have many services available that made paperwork for the sale of a house extremely easy. Was able to do everything necessary (notary, copies and FedEx drop off) all in one place.
