Im a food blogger and cooking is my passion - so good cookware is a must! I have quite a few Le Creuset pieces and I love them! The outlet is great because you can find awesome pieces at a lower price, usually discontinued colors, etc.I have a few different sizes of the braisers, dutch ovens, and the toughened nonstick pans. I also have some of the baking dishes, mini coquettes, plates, and bowls.I stopped in today just to browse, and ended up getting a couple of the cute Dutch oven magnet sets for my refrigerator, and a set of the pinch bowls.

I purchased an item online as a gift with free shipping. The recipient did not wish to keep as they were not thrilled with the design. I inquired about returning and was unable to get in contact with a person for over a week (3 emails, 3 calls, and 45 minutes on hold). Let me add, you have to contact customer service for return authorization, plus there is a 45 day window for returns- so time is sensitive. Ive been ignored!I live near 3 locations, however you are ONLY able to return via shipping yet the cost is out of you own pocket. I purchased a $300 cast iron wok.. so Im not sure what shipping will look like yet, but the box is large and heavy. Looking at $20-40 on an item Im not even keeping. This is not a $20 item I purchased from a cheap website, this is a $300 item whose reputable company would rather sell items than please customers.This company, their policies, and their customer service are not the quality they claim they are and its definitely not worth the hassle. If this is how you treat your patrons, I will never put another dollar into your company. Le Creuset, you have lost a customer.

This store is a showroom. There are quite a different array of pots and pans with marvelous colors and displays. There is not much in the way of other cookware. The knives and other instruments important to the process are not given much notice, but the store is very nice.

I just visited the Le Creuset Outlet is Aurora and had the BEST experience. Roz was the associate who helped me and she was the kindest, most knowledgeable employee Ive encountered in a looooooong time. She was patient and talked through every possible option for new cookware. I never felt pressured to purchase. Her intention was truly to help me make the best decision given my budget. I cant say enough good thanks about Roz! Le Creuset should be honored to have an employee like her.

Anna was extremely knowledgeable on product and offered logical suggestions. We appreciated her attentiveness and knowledge. The store was well organized and well stocked! I will definitely frequent this store.

I am a huge Le Creuset fan. I had several stoneware pieces that had chips. I went to the Rosemont outlet with my pieces. They said that they could not help and gave me a 1-800 phone number to call. I called the number and they were very helpful and gave me the right information to submit my warranty claims. When my pieces arrived they were different from what I had submitted. The dinner plate was too small due to discontinuation. The bowl were too small and not the ones that I had requested. I called the Aurora outlet and Jillian the manager was very helpful! She said to just come in and she would replace them. Very helpful! Very enthusiastic to help any customer!

Jillian is awesome. Very sweet and warm. Her customer service is awesome. She is an asset to the store. Thanks for remembering me when I come into your store. I love the product!

Helpful staff and good products.

Just had a great experience at the Le Crueset Outlet Store in Aurora. The Manager, Jillian offered great advice, that saved me money, and helped make the right decision on the best Dutch oven pot for my family. I will definitely be back!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection, great quality. Wish it wasn’t so expensive, but you pay for quality. Would recommend to friends and family.
