Food is amazing, they also have coquito and Puerto Rican food.

It looks like they are giving you the elote in a cup for free you cant even taste the cheese or cream dont be cheap guys also there is not menus to know what they are selling and TVs were off.

I love the quality of the deserts they serve here but the service sucks. The employees there have the nastiest attitudes. Especially the lady with glasses. Whenever I order from there the employees get mad when it gets busy.

Delicious Mexican snacks! I enjoy this place for it’s tasty Elote en vaso “Corn in a cup”, one of my favorites. The Aguas frescas “Refreshing fruit drinks” are made with real fruits, and are very refreshing. The price is good in comparison with the rest of the places around. The service is excellent and helpful if you don’t know what to have. The place is kept clean enough to sit and enjoy your food, indoors or outside although they need to work on the restrooms a little. Caution is advised for the snacks here contain hot pepper powder so make sure to ask how much spicy can you take. My son loves the ice cream here but never finishes it as they serve quite a lot.

Me and my boyfriend always come to this la michoacana and it was always pretty good! We recently noticed a change in staff which may be the issue to our problem... we ordered a yogurt de fruta & Agua de fresa & we got very sick. We both got a stomach bug & it’s day 2 and we are still very sick. Sadly since this, I don’t think I’ll be returning again. I’m only posting this to let others know to be cautious of sanitary issues etc.

This place has the largest selection of Mexican icecream that Ive seen compared to all the other la michocanas.The interior is outdated and a bit run down but there icecream was pretty good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

While the food and ice cream is delicious, every time I go there as an African American woman I am treated with disrespect. I can speak Spanish and always order my food that way to be respectful to the workers and their culture. Not only did they try to serve other people in front of me but when she messed up my order and I kindly corrected her she made a face of disgust to another customer. When my Mexican boyfriend ordered her tone and facial expression changed drastically. She went from irritated to kind and I believe this restaurant is racist. Until management and employees change their ignorant views I will be eating at the location on rt 59, where I am treated with respect and integrity.

I went yesterday, and after waiting in line for 25 minutes, was able to enter the store. inside I spoke to the Hispanic woman behind the counter, I asked for the corn and she told me they were out, however while waiting for the rest of my order another Hispanic man entered and ordered the corn, which they provided to him, when I asked about why they had told me they were out of stock when clearly they still carried it, they scoffed and insulted me in Spanish saying discriminatory words. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was, when I asked to speak to the owner she refused. The racist and derogatory language spat at me was unacceptable for any store and I am quite frankly disgusted with this store! when I left another woman was waiting outside and claimed she had a similar problem. The fact that they continue to let this go is deplorable. I will not be returning

I entered the store yesterday and the woman at the counter started screaming about how only 1 family member per family allowed, as i was by myself I was very confused because i was alone, she pointed to another customer in the shop and claimed we were family members? both of us were confused and I stated that we arent related at all. I tried to place my order she claimed that they didnt have it in stock, then tried to deny taking my order at all and then back and forth it went. like what the heck? after all of this bad attitude and so on she finally decided to make my shake while taking and spewing insults. I was furious over this entire situation but she claimed that as manager, her word went for the store. after trying to get a name she refused, then refused to give me the owners phone number. I work in customer service an this is NEVER HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER. I will not be returning and filling an official complaint with the company

Ive gone to the michocanas in aurora but this one is far the worst one I do google reviews and if I say it was bad experience it was! the lady who worked on 03/08/2020 she seem bothered to serve ppl I mean it is if dont like the job just quit! Fresas con crema (the creme was like water type liquid . I been to ones where they make it way better then here! My corn was dry as well and the ran out of certain water flavor i wanted !! Who ever owner is you guys need to find people who really want to work not hesitate there job like they dont want to be there!

Great people, always patient with my sub-par Spanish skills and willing to help me in English. Great service, never have to wait, and excellent products, the mangonaeda is out of this world. Presentation is also great, I always get the fullest container that looks really nice, too.

Great Mexican tradition of an Ice Cream shop, ambient is almost like being in a Mexican town center, great flavors of both ice cream (cream and water based type) and drinks. They have fruit to make fruit coctails as well. Best time to go would be a Friday - Sunday evening for the best ambience, tacos outside next door, and outside hangout enjoying the food/snacks.

Just to let everyone know. I went on Sunday and I took my small Chihuahua with my family. When we arrive we sit outside on the tables they have outside the store then a saw one of the employees keep looking at us then I went inside to order my ice cream ND she was telling the other customers how can they have that dog on the table with them and bla bla bla. So I got mad and I notice the floor was so wet and no sign and then one lady came and ask me how can I help you and I told her tell that women ove there to put I sign that the floor is wet instead of her been so worried about my dog and the she ask me what happen and I told her what she was saying. How can some people be so ignorante against some poor dogs specially in the Hispanic business. Very dissapointed.

I took my younger sister to buy a Mangoneada today, they are delicious yet the customer service was no bueno. We walk in and didnt get eye contact or a greeting. There arent any signs that say to form a line yet we saw there was a line of people so went to the back. This line gets awkward because paying customers have to go through the line to get to the register to pay and again have to go through the line to exit the business. Our turn was next, we stood in front the ice cream to take a look at the flavors used for the Magoneada (which dont have labels either). The lady employee asked if we had our order taken, we told her, no. She then asked, why did you get out of the line? I looked at her confused and asked what do you mean? She then said that people form a line and wait their turn back there. I told her we were in line, back there, waited, and we wanted to see the flavors. She looked frustrated. I told her, your business should have signs or you should communicate that with people. That made me really uncomfortable, like it was my fault and it bothered her. The people behind us told her, they were in front of us, and she still told us she would take our order after them. Another lady made our Mangoneadas. The first lady again was trying to charge us for 2 Medium Magoneadas, I told her they were small, she admitted, oh yeah, I see it on the screen. What a way to make the customer feel like coming back. I dont ever write bad reviews but this is an opportunity to make things better for your business.
