Ice cream with a Mexican flavor twist. If you love chocolate and strawberry you cant go wrong with the Gansito flavor. I also highly recommend the Horchata flavor.

I’ve gone in several times with my boyfriend. The customer service is horrible. There’s this oft that’s always there, always has a itch face acts like she doesn’t like working there, I don’t Know her name but she’s literally always there. Tonight we came in and ordered several stuff while we were waiting on our food a homeless guy came in asking to BUY a cup of ice. I 100% understand that during this pandemic we need to be careful, and so did the homeless guy. He was trying to do his best to cover up his face with what he had he stood by the door not bothering any customers or cashiers just simply asking to buy a cup of ice. The cashier then proceeded to ask the her coworker which then said there was no ice. We had just had rested a drink that requieres ice so her statement didn’t make sense . They then asked the guy to leave bc he didn’t have a face mask. I then went to my car gave him an extra on while he waited outside the ice cream shop. I tried to get a cup of ice for him which I was also willing to pay but they refused saying they didn’t have any, but we’re able to give us our drink with ice ??? The whole thing left a bad taste.

3 people worked on my order and they had a line. I would recommend the ice cream because I didnt like the raspado, agua o tostilocos. (I didnt even order ice cream) lolFound this place because Denver Food scene recommended 👎🏼

We wanted to ignore the fact that this unsanitary ice cream room was just a hole in a wall and just give them a try. Not only did they knowingly over charge us for 2 ice cream cones @ $5.78 x 2 + tax= $19.85. When we told her about the price, she corrected it down to $12.78Yeah, No.If you buy, ask for a receipt. I know they need the money but stealing from customers is not the way. Thats why you respect people that are trying to help you..I told the cashier on the photo about the over charge and she played as if she didnt know any English at all (mumbling), laughing and giggles with her Family, making jokes about the customers and taking orders with a low voice..The cashier and her family started yelling and screaming in front of other customers cussing us out making us look like bad customers..The experience we had overall was pitiful,Disgusting and they should be ashamed of them selfs..My advice would be to them is if yall dont want to be selling ICE CREAM yalls entire life and hate on people with money you should probably think about another job..They walked around grabbing different wet towels that laid around their work area and they used them to wipe their hands and fingers every time they dirtied them. (YOU CAN SEE ONE LADY WITH A WET TOWEL ON THIS PHOTO) Who knows how long they owned those towels, reusing them and touching your food and cups, etc. If you know wet towels hold bacteria, mold, infections, and you cant remove those with just soap and water.Health hazzard.

I love Neveria La Mexicana. Woman owned and operated. Everything is fresh and organic. Not to mention authentic Mexican. Friendly workers and tasty food. I love coming here.

This place is a gem. Its not much to look at from outside but coming from California, this place made me so happy. U can get Mexican street snacks, and fruit desserts and all the deliciousness. They are also very helpful in helping you choose the right item.

Best Mexican icecream place in Colorado, outside of Colorado its mediocre, but I would definitely recommend this place for the best mexican icecream in Colorado. You probably should learn spanish before ordering because its just way easier that way, and orders go way smoother. Although the new staff is a bit off for me but whatever.

A snack shop on the West Side of Aurora. This place has food, juices, paletas, raspas, ice cream, fruit cups, and other treats. A place to bring your kids after school when they have been good. I like this place, the staff is friendly, and make things fresh. A nice place to hang out on a warm afternoon in Aurora. Go check it out.

Used to be really great, the icecream is still really good but the staff just keeps getting worse. I was there and waited for 10 mins without even being acknowledged by the staff, then I try to ask them something but was completely ignored and dismissed. Honestly I like the icecream but I dislike it when staff is rude, definitely not going to go back until staff learns some manners and proper customer service.

Today I went and checked the content they have on the screens and what I asked for said: fruit with yogurt, granola and coconut. The lady who prepared them put honey yogurt and granola on it because I didnt ask for coconut, but when she gave it to me I said yes because she put honey on it if I asked for what it said was fruit yogurt and granola and she told me that tmb I had honey and I told her that I did not want honey because there was just another one that was flaky (I think) and there yesiiiiii it said HONEY, therefore I REQUESTED THE OTHER THING FOR THAT ... and the already annoying lady throws the garbage in a rude way the fruit that I gave him back !! ...Because Im going to eat something that I didnt ask for 🤷🏼‍♀️ and she still gets upset because she was to blame for preparing it wrong !! ...
