Called early in the morning for a Square D electrical pannel bonding screw.Person who answered the phone didn’t know the part number and said “I’ll call the manufacturer when I get to it”, I let him know my sense of urgency and left him my phone number to be call me back. I received no call back. I am not an electrician but I am in the trades and due to this counter person’s lack of customer service I will be sure to insist that all the electricians I know and come in contact with go to another electrical supply house. This counter person should be retrained or FIRED!
