I was really wowed by the attentive personal service that associate Maria provided. She went out of her way to help make sure a bouquet was received by my nephew - even though she took my phone call was right before she closed up. She took the order, went out of her way to describe and help find just the right arrangement, and then offered to personally deliver the arrangement to the room, after she locked up. Wow. Took the time to mail the receipt to me. And - she was very nice, listened and was compassionate. Shes a keeper Glass Promenade ~ truly gets Customer Service!
