Lovely cashier. Had a copy of a key made here. She was pleasant. The store was quite empty at the time. Im sure they had every thing you would need for a home project.

Ended up having what I needed. Store seems like it at least needs a floor remodeling cause it makes the store seem filthy. Kinda interesting layout but they had the things I needed that another store didnt so hey whatever 4 stars.

Made a lot of key copies for me; this my go-to place for keys! Priced some Craftsman tools there, about the dame as Lowes, with more familiarity.

It says on here this location Closes at 5:00 pm? Man I wanted to shop local, I was planning on swinging by and picking up a few hundred dollars worth of paint and gardening supplies but it looks like they close right as folks get off work. Guess I have to go to a big box store now, sad.

So much better organized than any other hardware store, and they consistently have what I cannot find elsewhere. Im a customer for life! 😊

Called twice, was put on hold 5 different times, spoke to 3 different people. All to just find out if a product was in stock. Would have taken less time and energy to drive the mile to the store and check myself at that point.

Staff is always looking to help. Small hardware store that has all the must haves for a “mom and pop.” Frequent this location and always delivers.

Even though they cant have everything the other nly thing they didnt have in the last 20 years was a heating pad. They have had obscure items like window cranks for windows built in 1953 and outside faucet handles. Bug poisons and grass feed. Light fixtures and paint. If you go in and they dont have it in sight, they are all wired and can ask for help from anyone that might know in the store.They will help load your car if you need it. They are a great step back in time when a well stocked hardware store meant you never had to stop that household project. And courtesy isnt an afterthought it is the norm.

It is a true hardware store that has parts pieces nuts bolts. A very knowledgeable staff very helpful when youre looking to find the right part and get the fix done

I have been into this hardware store on a number of occasions. The people in here are always polite and courteous. Obviously they are not as well stocked as a big old box store but i have never left this hardware store empty handed. Give them the chance to help you out. they deserve it.

This ace is usually very busy. The owner Steve is a wonderful man and extremely helpful. His manager Sam is the greatest Always willing to help. Hunny is a pleasure to deal with and has great customer service. Good store little overpriced.

Poor management. Took a screen in for repair and no phone call when complete. I understand all that is going on but customer service is even more important. They dont even answer the phone, they just let the computer answer.

What a waste of my day, one cashier, at least three employees standing around, and I was the 14th person in line. Almost 30 minutes later I finally get to pay for my stuff and was told they were “understaffed.” Two younger guys were in the back talking about “avoiding the front” and then one older guy standing in front of the fan on checkout 3. Never shopping here again

Came here to get my propane tank filled. No issues doing business here and I will continue to shop here.

This is my go-to for finding the little oddball things that the big box stores just dont seem to carry. The employees are very outgoing and will usually walk you to the item you ask for rather than pointing or guessing which isle they thought it was on. Im very happy that this company has been able to remain prominent in this ever changing environment were in. Keep up the good work.

Was hard to find what looking for.

I came into Ace to purchase a replacement fuse for an amplifier that failed on me recently. I knew that particular amplifier needed a specific high-tension fuse and thats what I asked for. The clerk, Ernie, who helped me ended up selling me time-delay fuses, not high tension, and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong about what the markings on my fuse meant. When I brought up that the fuses hed given me, had different designation markings he said different brands do that. As a gigging musician and professional sound engineer of almost 10 years, I dont appreciate being talked down to and lied to by anyone, when I know exactly what Im looking for. I would have preferred he told me the truth, which is that while Ace hardware has a good selection of the correct size, amperage, and voltage fuse, they didnt carry high tension version that I needed. I humored him, bought the time-delay fuses, and brought them back the very next day to show how theyd been vaporized immediately. I was brushed off by the manager, Nancy and told that Ernie’s mistake could not be refunded because the fuse was burnt out. They will never have to worry about me returning.

Great ace store. Not the biggest ace Ive been to but great quality of products. The staff has always been helpful. Great big parking lot. The layout of the store works well. Havent been there for quite awhile but my only complaint was they didnt carry pellet grill pellets that some of the other stores carry.

Do not drop screens or windows at this ACE location. Quoted 2 weeks in late June. 10 weeks later and screens are not ready. Excuse after excuse. Awful service, not even the owner seems to care about the poor service.ACE at Florida and Holly in Denver has exceptional service. Worth the extra drive if you need screen or window repairs.

I LOVE ACE HARDWARE!! But y’all I just went in and tons of employees were wearing masks with their noses sticking out. My dudes what are you doin? It’s all or nothing!

We have found somebody to help me he was extremely helpful. The gentleman assemble some of my plumbing and when I got home I attached it like he said and it works great.

Ive been a loyal customer of this Ace for several years. The last three times I have visited, the computer systems have been down and I have spent time gathering the things I need only to be told the registers arent working. Today they couldnt even accept cash. I like this store and the people who work it, but wasting time over and over again due to register issues is frustrating. Unfortunately I dont know if Ill be willing to try again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, less aggressive about immediately helping find what you came for & then walking you to checkout. Nice to have time to browse & see new products that you didnt know you wanted! Other Ace stores may be trying to step up their Loss Prevention (hustling to provide no time for shoplifting?), but thats a mistake. I spend much more money on interesting finds and have time to remember what else I should have had on my list if allowed some time to wander.

This is not your typical ACE Hardware. They have everything, including hard to find plumbing items.

Great customer service

Usually a good quick place to shop or get keys made but today was not it.Waited a long time to get a key cut then he tells me he doesnt have a key. They looked pretty well staffed but they were moving pretty slow today.

I come here a couple times a month for various projects. 95% of the time they have just what I need, the other 5% its a specialty item and I end up at the appropriate store eventually. Staff are always outstanding and knowledgeable. Great store.

Usually good. Not this time. Got there at 6:30, looking for a nut for a trailer ball. Person helping me runs off saying there was a situation up front. Never came back, nobody came to check on me, and they turned the lights out on me while I was still shopping. No apology from the employees up front, and did not seem like they really cared one way or another that I had not been assisted. Id find another location.

I went to Ace Hardware even though Google Maps took me to the other side of the street. But I did find it in the end on the opposite side that Google Maps tells you. As far as the store is very clean and organized and the people there are very very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend going to this location.

Come to this Ace Hardware since I was 17yo, now im 36 and the store feels like a Relic and time. all the miscellaneous parts you may or may not need reside in this store. Someone I knew from back then Bob still works there stop by hell be happy to assist with any issues you might have. The place feels like a small mom-and-pop shop and great for all us DIY guys and gals.

Ace tends to have slighlty higher prices then the big box chains but they have something much more valuable then Home Depot or Lowes and thats competent people who know what they are talking about. Theres always somebody available for assistance and Ive never been given a bad piece of advice or tip from anyone over here. I like the fact that they hire and value older workers for their experience and knowledge. Ace is the place to be if youre looking for that 1 little odd item, screw, bolt, etc they have it. I dont even bother going to the big chains first if Ive got a specialty item because 9 times out of 10 they dont have it but guess who does ACE Hardware. Theyve got some of the coolest stuff here. I go in spurts when Im at Ace depends if I have any home improvement projects going on. P.S. Ace doesnt have a customer bathroom but when my plumbing went out and I was waiting outside for them to open they were nice enough to care and let me use the bathroom anyways. Thanks.

Not impressed with the gal at the paint counter. Dont know if she was drunk or just stupid. Came in for 3 gallons of paint. Picked the color from THEIR samples. First, Goldilocks swore that my color choice could not be made. When an older gentleman came over and said it could be made, it was one of their colors, she stormed off with an attitude. Next, I go to pay for my paint. And once again, I find myself having to interact with Goldilocks. In the middle of paying for my paint, her phone rings AND SHE ANSWERED THE CALL! Told me to hold on and went outside to talk!! This is ridiculous. I can only imagine that she is the great granddaughter of the stores owner, because her sense of entitlement and lack of customer service are zilch! Ill stick to the Colfax location from now on.
