When coming into your location I figured it would be just your typical get in get out experience. This was not the case. Tbh y’all should just keep that nice gentleman up at the front cause he’s polite and makes the experience really nice and friendly. I hate dealing with the lady with the glasses...she’s so abrasive and rude and legit sometimes I just drive all the way to Good Chemistry instead just to NOT have to see her.Otherwise I actually like this location a lot, the rest of the staff is really nice.

I had a really great experience here! I went yesterday (4/20) and Adrian helped me. He even offered to go in the back and look for other products when I didnt see one I liked. Then, when I decided on the pie crust, he let me choose my favorite pots out of several. The truffle was great too! Though, fair warning, take a small bite and wait. The one I got was pretty strong and my dumb*$$ thought it was a great idea to eat the entire thing. Even though I know better.

We needed to get a new bowl for our BONG so we decided to check out this place to see if they had any since they sell bongs in the back. The front desk lady with glasses didnt even know what a BONG was so she message the manager to ask if we could bring in a water smoking device with us to the back. I kept correcting and saying we have a bong she decided to ignore me and said its okay to go. Once we got back there we were kicked out for having the bong with us. Would have been better to tell us at the beginning not to bring it in instead we were confronted embarringly in the back and had to leave. Never going here again.

This location is fairly clean. Miss Hollie was very expeditious on greeting me upon entry. She knew her products and was able to speak briefly on each strain. Overall good dispensary experience. They make sure you know about their rewards program and encourage you in a friendly manner to register as a member, plus its free and you can do it from their application. It makes good sense to register if you visit dispensaries often.

I visit TGS every trip to Colorado, different locations.... I WILL NOT shop this location again.The decide what you want and get out approach June gave me didnt sit very well.I probably would have shopped and spent quite a bit more time and $$$ in this store but my unflavored cartridge that says blueberry and tasted like blueberry will suffice.

Came in looking for a 1:1 cbd cartridge. When I entered no one was in the lobby for several minutes, not even security. When the employee gets back to the lobby, she confirms that its my first time being to a green solution but doesnt explain their check-in system and instead asks me if Im going to be a regular customer. Its my first time ever going to any green solution location, how will I know if Ill come back and shop here regularly? The answer to that question is no. When I got onto the sales floor there were 3 employees seemingly doing inventory and not a one greeted me or asked why I had come in. I proceeded to browse their selection of products and found they only had 1 brand of 1:1cbd cartridge and were all but out of them. They were also cleared out of incredibles edibles, or hadnt bothered restocking. Bad inventory, bad customer service the only reason I didnt give them 1 star is because they werent out right rude though they came close. Went to terrapin not 5 mins away, they had better selection and were on top of their operations.

I walked in earlier thinking that they take credit cards so i ordered a half and a joint and when i was ready to check out, a kind staff named Sabrina explained that they only accepted cash or debit,so i said i gotta go back to the car to grab my card and she was so nice to hold my order while i went back outside to retrieve my debit card. When i walked in the lobby, i realize that i wasnt sure of my balance so i checked and unfortunately,my budget was only $35 while the stuff i have ordered cost $63.30. I was embarrassed but didnt have a choice because i was in a rush to go somewhere. Sabrina asked what my budget was and i explained. She then told me not to fuss about it,she hooked me up with a quarter and a joint of the cosmos flower and i swear i cant believe it only costed me a few dollars shy of my budget, and as a bonus, i am satisfied with the stuff she picked… thank you so much Sabrina and thank you Green Solution for an awesome experience, hold on to this staff- she did an amazing job of gaining a new customer today🙏🏽☺️

I like this establishment because the customer service is great. I ordered online . It was easy to pick up my order because of Jonathan G — who was my cashier. He was Friendly and Really easy to talk to. Good Customer Service. And I did not have to wait to pick up my order either. . I was in there for about maybe 3 mins. So that was cool.

I purchased 2 clones on 5-27 Deep Chunk Sour Diesel I did not notice that one had clipped leaves. I planted on 5-28 one was completely wilted in the morning of 5-29. I confirmed that my purchase would be returnable if any issues, I was told they were. I was NOT told that you make sure to have receipt or they are not returnable and of course I tossed my receipt away.I will never purchase a clone ever again with this company. I purchased Willie Nelson Gelato for $65 after tax for the 1/8.this product is not worth the money. Over priced products!
