VERY tight backing. You can see that drivers have hit the yellow poles. I was suppose to be loaded with 20,000lbs. They maxed me out. So just an FYI. Nice people though. Shipping /receiving is to the RIGHT as soon as you turn into lot.

We own a vacation rental home in Waupaca WI. We bought three queen size mattresses in 2019. The mattresses have a ten year warranty and are not slept in every night. We felt the mattresses were very comfortable until recently, less than three years later, the mattress top is pulling away from the mattress causing a lump across the middle of the mattress. When showing the owner of the mattress store we bought them from we found out because we inadvertently removed the tags from two of the mattresses, they would not be covered under the warranty. I have never heard of such a thing! I am going to contact the company and while we want the mattress replaced that we have a tag for, I am very hesitant to give this company any additional business.Terri and Dennis Moe

It was fine. Tight and sloppy at the front docks thanks to snow and mud, but fine. Yard man was very helpful. I can see where this could be a frustrating pickup but I was in and out in under 2 hours for a live load. Entrance is north of the building and to pickup I made a paperclip turn off 31 NB and went south across the front of the building to back into the docks facing the highway. Dropped the trailer and then headed to the side parking area across from the drop trailers. They gave me a yell when it was ready.

Blind side dock for delivery and 4h waiting to unload load that takes 10 mins.

I was on time,waiting for dock 3h-unloading time 1h.Blind spot docks and plus you can leave your trailer tires here, please check the photo and you understand why......

They swept your trailer for you. And the amigos load you very fast. But you need to tailgate at every stop. Easy. Need backup from your blind side and drop trailer.

Place is congested for trucks, Docks are on right hand side of entrance. Dont go straight as you enter make a quick right turn. Staff is super good Loaded half truck in just 20 mins. Very friendly ppl. Have parking.

These people are generic, to say the least. The Mattress is terrible. It felt great at first, but after 1 month it began to sag. Now I can’t sleep through the night comfortably because it causes discomfort in my lower back. We bought 3 mattresses. All 3 have the same problem...

This company is very slow to deal with my business runs faster then this they just dont get it lost in space needs a new direction I switch to a nother company had 6 trucks in and still not one from this one wish them the best we. Gone to a new manufacturer I switch to a great company and so glad I did all around better prices better mattress and not any problems and delivery weekly if needed my salesman never even called from corsicana any but they much better for my business they did me a favor

Absolutely terrible place to work for. If i could i would give this place negative 10 starts by far was the worst job i have ever had. Management sucked my manager ripped me off of my hours. I used to work 12 hour shifts, i worked overtime and didnt get paid for working overtime. Matter of fact they even put down i worked less hours then i actually did. The higher ups in the company are just straight up rude and look down on you. I dont suggest anybody even try working for this place.

Mattress is sagging and making noises. Customer service told me there is a warranty EXCEPT I bought it from a place called mattresses by appointment in Watertown, south Dakota and they dont have to warranty their products for some reason. It is 7 months old and a waste of $800.

After dealing with this manufacturer for their warranty on a defective mattress I would say they are horrible and I would never buy from them again. Unfortunately google will not allow me to post photos of the conversation but I can say it was not pleasant and a waste of my time. They want me to pay $80 to have a replacement mattress deliverered a store, pay to have the old mattress delievered to the store, pay another fee to have the new mattress delivered to my home. Because thats excellent customer service right? So much for that warranty its a joke with them for a defective mattress. On top of their ill explained warranty packet they make you fill out and hassle you several times for photos. DO NOT BUY from this manufacture. You will regret it.

One of our customers i get to deliver to. Overnight parking ok only if you call in before they close for permission. Tight but any rookie can do this lot.

No Stars for this mattress! Its horrible! I noticed but thought maybe I was imagining right away that it was sagging..6 months old and I sleep at and inclined angle at night, arms are falling a sleep I HATE IT!!!
