Corning ware and Corelle. Great dishes and accessories. Since these tend to be heavier items, good option to mail order. Also good to see before you buy. Corelle and Corning ware our favorites as practical durable kitchenware.

My younger brother got an amazing deal on an air fryer.

Some stuff is at great discount but others are just retail price. Shop wisely.

The store had some great deals!! Also make sure when you go to buy you double check the prices with tags so tht you are not overpaying with what is in the system but overall that looked great. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

Amazing place, went in to buy dozen plates and ended up spending couple of hundred dollars. Totally worth it. They have fantastic ongoing deals, highly recommend to take advantage.

Beware of the price at checkout! I visit the store couple times a year and normally dont review the receipt. This year before thanksgiving we went there and purchased 6 bowls and 8 breakfast plates which were marked as clearance for $2.49 each other than few non clearance items. Somehow I saw the receipt this time and found that the price on receipt was higher than the marked clearance price - a total of around $12 difference, I called the store (talked to Jacob) and was told that I have to bring the items and receipt to see it. It is 15 miles one way from my place so today (01/01/2018 3PM CST) while passing by I decided to go to the store with receipt and all the price/bar code stickers from the items.The ladies at the store simply refused to understand at first, somehow I made them understand the context and the lady said the price in my receipt is pre thanksgiving price and the stickers are from thanksgiving price and we cannot do anything since it is already two months.If somebody at store is forgetting to enter the price in the system after the item goes on clearance is not my (customer) fault. I asked the ladies to talk to their supervisor and was told he will come tomorrow.Its not worth fighting for $12 and going back and forth 15 miles.FYI: I have attached the picture of receipts.

I got great customer service over the phone ! I was having an issue on the website so I called and I was connected with the nicest most helpful person ! I am a disabled veteran and have issues with my memory, I wish I could remember her name . Nonetheless I can only imagine that all their agents areas kind and helpful ! I will definitely be shopping there again and totally recommend their products and their agents !!!

Selection was horrible. No dinner plates unless you buy a set and that was only 1 style.

Very helpful people. When they did not have open box or demo pieces available in a dinner set they actually opened the box for us and showed us actual items inside. Good customer service.

This is an Great Store! My family and I shopped their yesterday and we were able to get a lot of great things but it wasnt our purchases that left us with an amazing experience. The customer service we recieved from Andre was extraordinary. He greeted us and help us from the time we entered the store still we left. It has been a long time since we experienced such amazing customer service. We will definitely be shopping here more often.

5/11/19 was my first visit into this store, and I was impressed. They had many choices in the Pyrex department, and all at a GREAT price! My cashier was Coleen, and she made the overall experience even better. She was so kind, and very knowledgeable. We need more cashiers like Coleen :)

Went in tonight and wasn’t greeted or talked to. It was so strange. Made me feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women. I drove a crossed town and bought the same sets at Bed Bath & Beyond and use a coupon.

Worst experience, not sure how Colleen still there after all the negative feedbacks that are all because of her . Colleen literally told me she won’t help me find an items that I wanted to purchase and she was very rude and disrespectful and the best part is when I told the manager about the incident she literally told “ go complain I don’t care “. Seriously!!??? How are they even still open ? And why these ppl work there if they’re not happy with it, there is a lot of competent people who are better qualified and have better manners and are willing to work with a smile .

July 3, 2019 was my first and last visit to this store. The cashier, Colleen was belligerent, rude, and threatening. I went to the store with my parents and two children with the intention of purchasing a few dinnerware sets.When we went to the cashiers counter, there was another Indian family in front of us (do note, my family and I are Indian), who was trying to cash out. They attempted to try to get clarification for prices of some items that were marked on sale. During the interaction, the cashier, who refused to give her name when the ladies had asked, and was not wearing a name tag, started to remove items from the counter, stating that she would not be able to ring them up at the time, that they would just have to wait. When they asked for the the supervisor, she advised that she was the supervisor (I later discovered that this was not the case) She then proceeded to turn to other non-Indians behind my family and state These people are holding up the line, Im sorry that they are taking up your time. When my father told her that we were not with the other family her only response was Oh, okay, well then I guess Ill ring you up.While she was ringing us up, I asked her what her name was, as she wasnt wearing a name tag. She proceeded to get belligerent with me, telling me that I was committing assault upon her. During this whole incident, she was standing behind the counter, while I was on the other side with my hands in my pockets. She then proceeded to tell me that I was not welcome in the store. When I asked what I had done, she would not tell me why, but said that she was going to call the police.Im not sure why asking for the name of a store employee who wasnt wearing a name tag become an issue for the police to get involved, but, she was not happy when we called the store a few minutes later, she picked up, answered with her name, Colleen, and then hung up quickly when we let her know that we were just trying to get her name. I hope the store supervisor, Yvonne, will ensure this does not happen to any other customer.On a positive note, I did go the to store in Norridge, and get the same exact items. Melissa, Janely and Amanda at that location are GREAT!

We had gone in here hoping to find a specific type of gadget and we werent able to find it. Here you can find staples for kitchen and some of the As Seen on TV products. I think we only saw one CSR in the store when there were over 20 customers there.

Great prices!

On 7/3/19 was at the store with my wife, daughters and grandchildren. The rude and belligerent behavior from the salesperson, Coleen was something I wouldnt expect from a store if this caliber! Her behavior seemed to appear close to being extremely racist. She didnt wear a name tag,, and refused to give her name when asked. When asked for her managers name, she claimed herself to be the manager, which I later found to be a glass claim from another Corelle store nearby.

This store is located in the Aurora Outlet Mall and is jammed pack with kitchen stuff - gadgets, dishes, knieves, bakeware, cookware, etc. They have a wide selection of Corelle and reasonable prices.
