Everyone I have dealt with have been really nice and accommodating. Any issue with products be it because of shipping or something else, gets resolved as soon as it gets to their attention. Very much satisfied with customer service. Thank you!
Love their product been using it for over 18 years. I own and install company that has been very successful because of Curbmate.
Ive Been curbing for 15 years and I’ve used Curbmate machines the last bunch of years until now. When Curbmate was owned by Larry they made high quality equipment and had good customer service. When the new kid took over, things changed. The trowels were terrible and didn’t fit right. They would assure us everything was better and try them again. So I would and they would disappoint again. So I quit getting my trowels there. Then the problem spread to other parts too. I got an undercarriage (track and trolley) from them that didn’t fit right from the beginning, and it wore out in one month. So don’t ask me how, but they convinced me to buy a whole new machine from them. Swearing up and down that they finally had everything dialed in and the new machines were great. (Never once telling me that their return policy is to charge about 2k dollars to return a product, EVEN IF YOU’RE RETURNING IT FOR POOR QUALITY!) so the new extruder gets to me and it looks awful. The welds look like a child did it, there’s parts where you can see straight through the welds, the hopper doesn’t even sit on there straight, it’s just a mess. And they want 2k dollars in “shipping and restocking” to take the machine back. I never even unstrapped it from the pallet. And not only that, they argued with me back and fourth for about a month. Ducking my calls, not returning my voicemails. I even called once from my number, got no answer, and called from another phone right after that and they picked up.To sum it up. Terrible quality and then they tried avoiding me for about a month before finally telling me that they would take the extruder back and only give me about 60% of my money back. I will be using Curb king machines from now.
