Purchased a Christmas gift online but my mom didn’t like the color. I returned the purse and dooney and Bourke received it on 1/21/21. I still have not received my refund. I called customer service they keep telling me 3-5 business days it will be refunded but it never does. I have called multiple times and it’s the same “3-5 business days” but yet still no refund and it’s going into March!

They were alright until they messed up my purse
My Mother ordered from the dooney and bourke site nearly a month ago. She has ordered multiple purses as a loyal customer, ove the past few years. Somehow, when she placed this recent order, it sent to an old address that she hasnt lived at in four years. As soon as she saw that it sent to the old address, she tried to called to cancel it. She had already put in the order for her current address. However it sent to the old Texas address anyway. And as a back up, she sent an email. She was told that they had updated the order and sent it to the correct and current address. This was not true, because it was still sent to the old address in Texas. She has maintained contact with dooney and bourke and has spoken with various representatives who continue to give her a different story. The last person she talked to before today said to wait until the 17th of July to call again. My mother decided to call a day earlier, because what could it hurt? When my mother called, the associate told her that the investigation had been closed out since July 7th. They keep giving her the run around. How was the investigation closed out and she was not notified and she still has not received her purse? If i could give a negative 5 stars, I would. This is ridiculous. And the worst customer service ever.
I purchased 3 purses and 2 wallets in saved some cash.
This is a terrible site.there is no canceling your order if you make a mistake. I was updating my payment for the Dooney plan and I accidentally pressed submit on a wallet I was looking at. I looked for a cancel right away and there no cancel icon. I emailed 8 times called 6 times and they ended up telling me to return it when delivered. 5 to 7 days to ship and up to 11 days to return, for a 2 second mistake they took my $178.00 and I certainly am not rich. I hate dooney for this and have spent a lot of money on bags so Im never ever going to use or recommend them .
I visit this location often. Love the selection. This month on the 25th a group of us will be visiting this store so we hope to have a great selection.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT TAKE WELL TO NEGATIVE FEED BACK!!!! THEY STEAL THEIR CUSTOMER MONEY AND LIE ABOUT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE. I MADE A PURCHASE THROUGH THEIR ONLINE STORE AND I RETURNED THE PRODUCT BECAUSE I WASNT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE AND THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE NOT RETURNED ANY OF THE 5 POSSIBLY 6 PAYMENTS BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE SINCE NOVEMBER!!! SO IM LEFT WITH NO PRODUCT AND WORST I AM BEING TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEY HAVE BLOCK MY CALLS AND EMAILS AFTER THEY SAID THEY ARE AWARE AND THEIR SYSTEM HAS A “glitch” AND NOONE KNOWS WHY!! DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
