Do not shop at Windsor!!!!! I order item online a few times. 1st time I needed to return 2 dresses I ordered online, apparently the email confirmation, the order tracking confirmation and delivery info, nor the Amazon payment merchant ID nor any of the recipes I had showing what I paid and the items with pictures and even where it was delivered to was not enough to return it well within my 30days. They told me when I went to the store there was nothing they could do and told me to call customer service. I have sent customer service 3 messages through the website now requesting a call back for help. I have tried calling multiple times and was never able to speak to anybody. And now this time I never even got my items despite it saying delivered. This company is poorly managed and ran. And now I can honestly say liars and thieves. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable company NOT WINDSOR!!!!! Anything goes wrong forget it! I wish I didn’t have to even give one star!!!

I drove 40 minutes just to get one thing I needed from this store. I got there 7 minutes before it was closing. The doors were still open. The lady told me I cannot come in. I explained that I only need one thing and I don’t even need to try it on. She yelled at me and told me to get out because they “already have a line” and can’t take one more customer. I really needed that one item for tonight. Horrible customer service. If I could give one star I would.

The manager was trash. Denied customer service because I had to do her job for her and explain my exchange was valid. She didn’t want to let me do an exchange because supposedly the items I wanted to buy didn’t equal the amount of my return receipt.She didn’t even do the math. Of course I did. And she was right; what I wanted to buy cost MORE than the amount on the receipt. Then I had to explain it to her Barney style, for her to say I’ll have to go to another Windsor for the return. Little girls shouldn’t be in management.

Great prices and staff was very nice and helpful

At 12:45 today 10/03/2021, I listened to an exchange between my sister (in her 50s btw) and the store manager. This woman has a nasty attitude and threw my sisters receipt twice. She wouldnt give my sister her district managers name and cursed at my sister. I would like anyone from Windsor to contact me asap.

Windsors was AMAZING my 1st experience. The young ladies that work there, so helpful & knowledgeable w/great Sense of style. Patient and make you feel like you are the only customer in the store. I look forward to my next visit. Shout out to Elisabeth and thank u again

The Aurora IL location literally has the worst customer service ever. Refuses to pick up phone calls, and then when they finally do after trying repeatedly, they pick up rudely say hello not even giving you time to say anything, and then hangs up. It’s 15 minutes til closing and you can’t even take a simple phone call? — sounds like you guys don’t even want to make any sales lol.

Prom dresses or street wear, this place is amazing to find pieces that stand out. Leopard print, sequins, beads, mesh, bright reds and subtle cocoa tans, i feel so posh just walking into the place, its a shame i dont go to parties because this is THE place to find some killer looks.

Crampt, overstocked formal wear shop. Staff is not helpful and lazy. Asked them to hold an item so I could shop around and item was marked up when I returned. Desperate why to make an extra $20!

The people that work at the store are nice and helpful

I love the styles Windsor carries. However, the customer service I received from Elizabeth was exceptional. She went above and beyond in order to help me!

I gave my mom 2 sweaters with gift receipts for Christmas & when we went in to look for something to exchange, she couldn’t find anything in her size that she liked. We went up to the register to see if she could return for merchandise credit so that she could either order online or wait to find something she liked and the associate AND manager on duty lied and said that with a gift receipt you can only exchange, not receive merchandise credit. I called customer service AND another location who both confirmed you can receive merchandise credit with a gift receipt. Extremely shady and lied straight to our faces when I worked in retail for 6+ years and know what is and isn’t common policy. Horrible store, service, and customer support. Will not be returning here anytime soon.

I never write reviews, but this store has the absolute rudest staff Ive ever encountered & on multiple occasions. Loved a dress from there, but couldnt get myself to buy it simply based on the treatment I was recieving.

Please, dont go here if you want to be YELLED at by the staff and harassed as staff tries to look in the fitting while your wife is putting a dress on and has to his herself. Because a guy is there. (Helping his wife zip her dress). Also 3 out of five dresses of the rack had stains or defects. I was given dirty looks by a member of staff until I left the store. It could have been addressed differently we will never be back and will be contacting corporate this event happened on 8/8/16 at about 6pm

Extremely uncomfortable environment . Staff was rude about an exchange and when I asked for the manager the manager was even worse ! She was very unprofessional and did not want to offer me any options. I will not be shopping at Windsor any longer and I will make sure all my friends and family know about this experience.
