AVOID - there are plenty of other choices at the same intersection. I went in late Sunday afternoon looking for a bottle of Eagle Rare. They had two full, unopened cases. The man working the register refused to sell me one unless I bought another bottle of something else. This wasnt a promotion to advertise a sister distillery - this was just exploiting customers to demand extra cash instead of just raising the price. I told him I only wanted that bottle and he again said no. I let him know Id call his distributor and he dared me to do so. Absolutely terrible service - take your money elsewhere.

I go here every once in a while. Last night they accidentally over charged my bank card. I saw the mistake the next day. When I went in to tell them about, due to the amount they researched it and found that they made a mistake. They refunded the money without any hesitation. They treat their customers well and I am never going anywhere else.

It was fine. I use a crutch and some of the aisles were tight and hard to navigate. But Im not a drinker and I was able to find some marsala, so it must be organized well.

They charged us $21 + change for a 12pk of white claws. We didnt notice until we got home/looked at the charge, but that is a huge markup of ANYWHERE ELSE. Typically its $14 or $15. Dont go here. Theyre either way overpriced or they charge what they want when they feel they can get away with it.

No help what so ever I spent 15 min trying to find a bottle of wine and the clerk spoke no english, there were two clerks working and I tried showing them a picture of the wine still didnt know how to help. Very frustrating I ended up just walking out while they contiued help other guests Not one attempt to help me find the bottle. Zero customer service!!!!

Was charged 3 times for only one 6 pack that I received. They didnt want to give me a refund even after I showed them the posted transaction on my credit card.i even asked to just grab the two other packs I was charged for and he was not willing to do so. This place is a scam

Good prices. But, the store is so over stocked its almost cloister phobic, the staff is not kind and with the large inventory, they still dont have the boxed wine I like....

Rude man working cash register. Looks at you with hate in his eyes. Says nothing and just plain out rude. I now go to Liq off of Iliff and Chambers. More appropriate owners..

Walked in and asked for a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. The man at the register said nothing, didnt wait for me to hand him my card (he snatched it from my hand), and threw the receipt at me as he disingenuously thanked me! I picked up and crumpled the receipt and threw it back at him as I thanked him and walked away. He seemed to be having a lively conversation with someone right before I walked up, at which point his expression completely changed. This wasnt simply him having a bad day. I dont know if this man is the owner or an employee, but this is no way to treat a customer, even he should know that. This is the worst service I have encountered anywhere. Ive experienced incompetence numerous times, but never unapologetic rudeness like this.

Always has good prices and selection. The customer in front of us was rude to the employee at the register and threatened a bad review. The employee remained calm and professional. I’m writing this review for that interaction.

Always busy. But always fast!

Do not buy from them. I purchased a bottle of wine and they didn’t give me reciept which I thought was weird. Then I drank a glass of said wine and within hours I was extremely sick to my stomach. Vomitting and a hospital visit after drinking under 8 oz of this wine. I will never buy from them again.

Gave checker some change for transaction to take it down to an even amount. Instead he pocketed it and charged me without deducting it. He didnt bother to give me the receit acting like he was in a hurry. The guy with the hat.
