Had the best experience at the Aurora Sleep Outfitters. My wife and I came in to replace our old mattress. Scott Gale greeted us and was attentive to our needs without trying to sell us on something we didnt want or need. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to let us explore options and choose the best mattress based on our comfort needs. We actually left that day and went to several other stores to check options and prices. In the end, we returned to Sleep Outfitters because of the genuine way Scott treated us and the no gimmicks approach to selling us a quality mattress.If you are looking for a new mattress, we would highly recommend you stop in to Sleep Outfitters in Aurora. Turn off your “Open” sign when you lock your doors. Be mindful that sign lures people into your shopping center. Don’t waste their time.

15 years ago my husband and I switched from a spring mattress to a memory foam, and will never go back to a spring mattress ever again. In search of a Tempurpedic this time, I found Sleep Outfitters online. (Goodbed.com has an interesting quiz. The quiz asked questions to determine options for a comfortable mattress for both husbands and my preferences.) Afterwards, I spoke over the phone with a very knowledgeable salesman named John Miller. A retired Sales Manager myself, I could tell immediately that John knew what he was talking about. He took time to answer my questions, made suggestions, fully understanding the importance of selecting the right mattress. I decided to drive up there on Friday. He was courteous, helpful, and patient. When he discovered the one I was interested in, he told me they were running a $200 off sale starting on Sunday, just 2 days later. Who does that in sales? A salesman who wants to be referred for years to come! It will be delivered for FREE straight from the warehouse this Thursday. Told John not to change a thing about his sales technique because it works!!!!

My husband went to Mattress Warehouse in February and Jim Britton took the time to help him find the adjustable bed/mattress that he was looking for. My husband did not buy a mattress that day as he wanted to come back with me and see if I also liked it. When we went back, I was delighted to find that I also liked the adjustable bed/mattress that Jim recommended. Jim was very helpful and not pushy. They were able to schedule a Sunday delivery which worked out for us. The delivery men were respectful and friendly and had it set up in no time. I am happy to say that we are so glad that we bought this bed from Mattress Warehouse and would definitely buy from them again.

I recently purchased a Sealy mattress from Ryan at the Mattress Warehouse in Aurora. It has truly been one of my best shopping experiences as a customer. He has been extremely responsive when I had questions prior to my delivery and worked with me to get the solution I needed. It is not easy purchasing a mattress, but his knowledge made the experience a pleasant one when mining the data. I was in the midst of purchasing a new bed and wasnt exactly sure of the size of mattress needed (height) but he helped me resolve some issues I had in the buying process. I highly recommend shopping at the Aurora store.

I purchased a Tempurpedic mattress in November, when it arrived it looked really high compared to the old one I was replacing. I stopped in this morning Feb 20, to ask a few questions and see if they actually stand behind their products 120 day guarantee. Wow what a pleasure to talk to Ryan about this. I explained everything and Ryan said he would make it all right. He told me I needed a low profile box spring since it was going in a waterbed frame. He said he would exchange the one I had for the correct one at no charge. Awesome!!! Great experience, very personable, understanding and willing to make everything right. Thanks so much Ryan. I’m not sure of her name, but the manager was pretty condescending in her answering of our questions. And just like a typical salesperson, was pushy. She told us that she could get us a special financing offer on a Tempur-Pedic if we ordered within a week or so, but that offer wouldn’t stand in two weeks and continued to push this offer when I clearly stated we’re looking to buy in the next couple of months. Needless to say, we ended up buying online and we didn’t need financing, which she would have known if she’d taken the time to ask.
