Priscila is AMAZING from her hospitality to her personality, shes an incomparable saleswoman!!!!!!We had a little mishap at first, but they did a great job at rectifying the situation through pure diligence.She also gave me cake and ceviche! ;DUpdate: Unfortunately, after receiving the car, there was alot of miscommunication on Garys part with the process. If you are ok with receiving the car, but having to jump through hoops to maintain it, then this is the place for you. Since you may have the car in your possession, they (AutoMart) still have to get paid for it, so the bank will ask to provide additional information (in a unreasonable amount of time) that was not required before receiving the vehicle. They will have the salesperson call you to retrieve this info or they wont get their commission because the deal isnt finalized.Just imagine being at work, and getting calls from the dealership daily with new info that I have to respond to immediately or the deal is pulled. Imagine not even having 24hours to do these things because you arentt even permitted 24hrs, even after being at work from 7:30am-6:30pm.However, Priscilla is still wonderful and its not her fault that there were constant communication issues, even to the point when Gary starting to become very nasty with me when I expressed my frustration with this process.

I am very happy with the service I received and the vehicle that I left with after not expecting to be leaving with a vehicle I ended up with a brand new one they were able to approve me for although I went in there wanting something different, a used car that I have been looking at online, but for some reason they would approve me for that but for the brand new one so even though it sucked that I couldnt get the car that I wanted at first it was great at the same time since I walked out with a brand new one instead and Im extremely happy with the people that were working with me thank you guys very much you are awesome!

Went there after seeing a add online on a Tuesday. Was told the vehicle they had online was sold on a Sunday was told there was a couple other of the same vehicle there. Gentleman walked us around the whole lot and then told oh guess we dont have any and then he walked away. Horrible service and website not well updated.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND BEING IGNORED, OCCASIONAL PROFANITY BY MANAGEMENT, AND BEING LIED TO!!! Poor management. Our sales person earned 5 stars. However, management lied to us about downpayment required by bank and than lost our papers and made us feel like it was our fault. Not to mention they fail to communicate and treat customers horrible. Sales associates go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy. Then when you have to deal.with the financial manager as well as other managers they rush you, and tell you to contact them for anything and never respond. They are real quick to take your money though.

I was looking at a jeep here today. I feel in love with a 2013 jeep. The salesperson act like he didnt want to help us. Financed department wanted to select for me and they lie to me about the jeep I selected. And I also feel that I was being treated different because of my race. My voice wasnt heard. I will not be shopping here again. On a $12000 vehicle they told me I would have to put $4000 down payment but only $2500 for the 2017 jeep they chose for me. I also felt I was being talked down because of the color of my skin.

We called and spoke with Kwon to make sure the car they were advertising was still there. He ensured us it was, so we immediately drove 30 plus minutes to the dealership only to find out from Kwon that it had actually been sold. Terrible experience being completely LIED to. They are a dishonest dealership. I made arrangements to sell my current truck then come pick up their truck as an upgrade. I asked the salesman to be up front with me and honest since once I sold my truck I would be without a vehicle. When I made it down the vehicle had substantial damage that was purposely not shown in the original dealer photos online. The vehicle had clearly been in a front end accident and had a front end shake at 55mph. There was a hole in the drivers seat the size of a fist and the paint was dull and had no clear coat left. They pried the door open with what appears to be a crow bar and the drivers door jamb was bent so the door didnt line up correctly. On top of that they were selling it for OVER blue book value for a vehicle in excellent condition.Not a single bit of this information was disclosed to me even after I asked them to be honest and straight up with me. They refused to fix the damage and made excuses as to why none of this damage was included in the 22 photos they had online. I ended up taking a $62 lyft home and had to refund the buyers deposit on my other truck.These guys have no integrity.

I purchased a $42,000 car put 13,000 down come to find out the car needs $2000 Worth of work. Took it back to the mechanic and they say nothings wrong with it. I Ask if they could fix my problem and they didnt do anything to help me. Also my tire has a leak and I asked them to fix that, and they Ignored me. I got my car back with a flat from the dealer after I just dropped it off for having problems. I would 100% not recommend coming here. They lied to my face saying there was nothing wrong with the vehicle I was buying. Very upset about purchasing a car with AutoMart.
