We traveled to Chicago Premium Outlets to attend the Paranormal Cirque. The show was entertaining and we were pleased with the interactive show, props and audience. However, the location of the tent was hard to find if youre not familiar with the mall. There were no signs, we had to Google the show against and found the address, got out of the car to view a map of the mall and noticed based on the address where the tent was located. I even stopped and asked a retail person in an alley smoking the directions to be sure we were traveling in the right direction. Signs near the entrance would be helpful.
Friendly businesses with accommodating staff. The open air mall is great in nice weather during harsh weather somewhat protected from the elements. Good variety of both local and national chain stores with some independents. Plan to take the time to browse as the choices are many!Only downside is the walk to and from the parking lots. Study the map for short cuts and it will save steps.
Phenomenal place. Its really amazing, with almost all the brands you could search for, and all comes with very good prices, and tons of great offers. The place it self is very nice, and joyful. We had much fun, had a delicious food, and got everything we needed.Great experience, definitely recommend it.
Definitely a shoppers dream. Very large layout of stores. Best if you can go at an off time, early Sunday etc. Wear comfortable shoes to cover the miles youll be walking if you want to cover the whole thing. And you will be in and out of the weather whatever it is. Theres a big food court, a Starbucks and snack vendors, but the location really could use a little more in the way of sit down restaurants. May want to bring a water bottle. Theres ample parking but you may have a long walk from the back of the lot. There are little signs above the restroom locations. Look up. 😊 Restrooms are generally clean and tidy. Prices vary store to store. Some stores dont seem to have outlet prices. Others have pretty decent deals. Did well in Puma for instance, nothing at Coach. Good luck!
Certainly a customers fantasy. Exceptionally huge format of stores. Best in the event that you can go at an off time, early Sunday and so on Wear agreeable shoes to cover the miles youll walk assuming you need to cover the entire thing. Furthermore, you will be in and out of the climate whatever it is. Theres a major food court, a Starbucks and nibble merchants, yet the area truly could utilize somewhat more in the method of semi-formal eateries. Might need to bring a water bottle. Theres sufficient stopping yet you might have a long stroll from the rear of the parcel. There are little signs over the bathroom areas. Turn upward. 😊 Restrooms are for the most part perfect and clean. Costs shift store to store. A few stores dont appear to have outlet costs. Others have quite nice arrangements. Did well in Puma for example, nothing at Coach. Best of luck!
It has gone downhill from years ago. I am sure Covid played a big part. Many empty stores. Some clothes stores, but not for me. A lot of shoe stores and mediocre stores. I have never seen so many perfume stores (not in a large department store). It all depends what you are shopping for.
They had good prices before. Maybe it could be the timing reason. They don’t really have good deals when I was there. It seems like there is no difference between buying online and buying from here. I believe the online also has more styles you can choose. Not really recommended. The extra star is for maybe it’s good for a family trip. Like if you don’t have a place to hang out with family, you can try here.
Its a nice mall, but there are some issues with it. Firstly, most of the stores there are just clothing stores. Id like some variety when going to the mall. Also, they have a pond near the middle of the mall that has lots of litter floating around in it, really ruining the experience. If it was clean itd be nice, but it isnt, so...it isnt. But this mall also has a lot of stores, even if most of them are clothing, and it is a nice place to hang with friends and shop. An average mall overall.
Its was great. They had some wonderful sales
Ugh, scary seeing so many adults and kids not wearing masks in these small stores. I understand choosing to not wear one while outside, totally their prerogative, but come on, inside the store where you cant socially distance? On a brighter note, it was good to see some stores following the max amount of people in the store rule...
Best mall around me now that Fox Valley is mostly vacant. Good selection of shops and I like its out doors
Not the best of the premium outlets, tax was very high and stores were pretty basic.
A nice selection of outlet stores that many offer military discounts. Nice staffs in the stores that we visited. Plenty of parking on all sides of the mall.
All lot of closed stores. Not as great a bargan on offer.Hope the place gets back to its former glory.
First time here, probably not the last! Had a great variety of stores (from Old Navy to Coach) that appeal to all ages, with some good deals going on. Some stores were more crowded than others, but the stores had enough employees to handle the volume of shoppers. The pop up food stands such as the churros van were a nice touch.
Been here a couple of times before, and I believe this is the place to be if you’re into outlet shopping centers. They have a have all the stores that one might hope to find, all offering great deals. This outlet has been expanded a lot since my first visit. More merchandise and more eats, you can stay all day here. Parking lot is huge but it might need a little patience to find a spot. This place is fun just to walk around or to window shop. Plenty of areas where you can sit, relax and enjoy a conversation with your friends over a cup of coco or coffee. The food court is pretty decent too.
Great outlet a lot of great name brand stores
Best place to find new and old released shoes. The employees are very helpful and welcoming, it is great to see a places that has employees that care for the customers and clothing and shoe culture. You guys are doing great!
It s just ok, too big, huge parking. Most stores only give you 7 days to return. And then often times only give you store credit. No thank you! Id rather shop at a regular mall or online with better return policies. Food court is horrible.
Parking lot was full. I went up and down about 16 aisles or so, searching for a spot. Typical shenanigans going on in each aisle. I finally find an area of empty spots but its marked $6 premier parking. Are you kidding? You block off your own parking lot to charge me? Based on principal, compacting with COVID concerns, I left. Disgusting. I wont be back, Ill just shop online. Pathetic.
It’s huge outlet mall. You can find most of the outlets. Only thing I felt is when it comes to deals I find there is no much difference in terms of price.I think it’s good if you are visiting on any special occasions like thanks giving. I think it’s better to check online if there are any deals going on right now and then visit. 😊
Great area to go for some really good shopping with fresh air! Lots of name brand stores and even the food court has decent food and snacks! Gets really busy on the weekend, especially Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons. A good place even for window shopping with friends and/or family.
I remember going to this place during winter and it was snowing. Not much crowd during that time, i love winter. I bought myself a few clothes and my husband bought Clarks shoes. A few stuff for family back in Malaysia as gifts.
This place is one of my favorite place to shop at. They have all my stores I just love.
Love this mall. It’s big.. I wish it had more designer stores though.
Very good collection of brands and retailers. People usually dont go here when its raining. One should note that 70% of the walkways are covered. You would barely need an umbrella.
Nice shopping place. Surprised to see a $12 parking lot here. Maybe due to weekend crowd.
Great mall. Outdoors. Lots of great stores. Beautiful fountain area and outdoor seating.
Went shopping with my little brother. We walked the entire mall. I got my steps in for the day and purchased the items I wanted. Great day trip.
Its very far from where I live, but luckily on that day, there was not much traffic. They have a lot of really great places to shop. Its sad that the Ferragamo location is gone (which it has been for a long while), but they still have other decent designer locations to shop.
I wish I would have had a map because it is very large and didnt know where stores were. Alot of good stores though.
If you love outlet shopping this place is definitely for you,all the stores are well stocked and everything seems to have fair price.During covid some restrooms are closed and everything stores is following covid guidelines so you might have to wait in line outside the store because limited numbers of people are allowed once in a time.
Great place to shop, all in one place and get thousands of steps to your tracker.
This is such a awesome place !!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Best of all the stores in one place . I definitely will go back !!!
Some stores have good deals and some do not.
Getting there before stores open on a week day was ideal. The prices were ok in most stores. Skechers, Reebok, Nike, Champion and Adidas were our reason to come and my teens found items at each location that was nice and mom approved prices wise. I will be back.
This is a mecca for shopping lovers. I always enjoy shopping here and often found bargains.
Nice mall, well laid out and maintained well. Food court options are okay, not great but not terrible. Still, they have a lot of good store options!
Excellent place of presence of all the well known businesses and they have crazy discounts. Plan big and shop big 🙂
Really big place, great brans a lot of parking space.
Always loved the Outdoor Mall Concept and this one has a Lot to Offer. Wish there was more Food Places tho, shopping for cute stuff makes me hungry.
They have a great selection of store brands there - quite a bit. Layout is very open and quite spacious. Stores are all properly practicing social distancing which is pretty good. I was happy with the overall maintenance and cleanliness - snow and ice were removed properly and the walkways were safe in winter.Only pet peeve is the navigation - wouldve been good to have more maps placed in all the intersections - you have to walk quite a bit to find a store map/finder and they are all spaced far apart.
Nice place. Its very good to get steps in. Good for sightseeing.
Its a very nice place. A lot of the stores are very expensive so Id advise to be aware of that if youre on a budget.
Stores closing, some still have restrictions. You can tell its close to chicago, JB country. Many stores have very limited selection and sales only really happen on holidays. The pond is nice, and the stores have nice employees.
Went to see the Gametime store. Nice mall.
The outside walkways for the stores is very nice and most of it is covered.
Who doesnt like an outlet mall? Top brands, good prices and parking is adequate.
Its a little sparse, many empty storefronts, but still a lot of options. People were observing masking protocols. Does werent super crowded. They could use more maps to help navigate because its a big place.
Chicago Premium Outlets have a large selection of famous international brands. The stores are huge and have an enormous selection. Sport stores cover footwear, mens, womens and sometimes childrens apparel. Stores are relatively less crowded during weekdays but get crowded during the weekends. Staff of the stores are friendly and helpful. Prices are really low especially when there are promotions. The Under Armour store is a local favourite.
Great place to buy branded goods at marked down prices. This outdoor mall is located in the suburb of Naperville which is about 45-50 minutes outside Chicago. Bags, shoes, sports attire, mens wear, jewellery, etc. Coach, Puma, Adidas, Michael Kors, Diesel, Kayla, Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, Armani, Columbia, J Crew, Converse and lots more are all here. Heavy discounts the norm at CPO.Lots of food n drink outlets too. Nice cool fresh air blowing in the October wind. Can see many tourists n locals shopping eagerly for branded goods.Nice place to spend half a day shopping for things your family would like to have. Only problem is the lack of bullets. Haha! So many nice things to have and want, it is sinful. Plenty of parking spaces too.I was on my way to Peoria for family reasons and decided to spend some time here. Shop in the morning to avoid big crowds.
So many stores to choose from . Movado outlet was awesome. One of the most surprising things is that the bathrooms were so clean and smelled good . Some of the stores did not have real outlook prices but great selections
I absolutely live this mall! Such great prices around the holidays where I can get ally holiday shopping done. But its even nicer in the summer with good selective stores and your favorite brands.
So many things to buy a wonderful place to spend money
I think there should be more comfortable space for people who come to wait for someone who is buying for 6hrs
Great place to shop, if you look youll find great deals.
Cant stay away from this place.. Im addicted.
Love this place its so big an it has the best trade marks 😱 an at the rigth prices
Excellent Premium Outlets are in Aurora Chicago. Its really very big outlets having nearly all brands. Very much crowded.
HUGE... know what youre looking for before just driving or walking all over. Place... HUGE
Wide variety of stores with great selection s.
Puma store has AMAZING DEALS! love this mall.
Best outlets I have visited. Need to open more shops in the future
Nice stores. Had good sales. Found what I was looking for. Will go again.
A great outdoor mall with plenty of name brands as well as great food choices.
Great prices on many popular brands and big parking lot!
Huge variety of choices..great place to shop..!!
Surprisingly full conpared to other malls where everything is closed
There American flag is all torn up. Needs to ne replace.
Great options for clothes and other apparel. Plus youll get your steps in for sure.
Lots of stores. Great prices
I love this outdoor mall. Killer deals at Reebok, AE, Old Navy, Nike and more! It’s spacious and the food court is excellent. I gave it 4.5 stars because the playground was closed due to covid. Just not necessary in my opinion.
My favorite mall to go and great stores and great food choices too.
The other stores in the mall are amazing great customer service and everything. The only thing I had a problem with was the shoe store, finish line gave me a pair of shoes that were both left pairs. Not only this but 2 employees completely forgot to help me out and basically ignored me. They really only have one job, to help out their customers and they couldnt even do that.
Went on a Saturday, very crowded parking was difficult to find. Had to drive around a few time to finally get a parking space. It was a hit or miss on the majority of the stores my family went to, there were lines to enter the majority of the famous sport stores. Not alot of selections and sales were limited. For us it wasnt worth the 45 minute drive.
This is my first time at this outlet. It was nice, I enjoyed shopping at the individual designer stores, I will be back soon. .
A pretty large outlet mall with a wide variety of stores (Nike, Adidas, Clarks, Lacoste, Nautica, Puma, to mention a few)
Very good place to get all brands at one stop
Great place for doing your shopping, lots of stores and variety of things. Be aware that it is an open air mall, so take the weather conditions into consideration before planning a visit (especially snow). Easily reachable by car from Chicago, only an hour away, but tolls are paid with coins or read-the-plate system.
The space between shops is outside which is good for covid. The stores I went to had great customer service
