The service was just okay, except for the cashier, she was super friendly and helpful. It was just an okay experience, nothing special at all. The store had a flee market feel, as the merchandise laid any and every where. The best way to describe this store, quoting a fellow consumer, expensive thrift store clothing.

A little pricey but they did have a sale in the store for buy one get one 50% off. My son got two pairs of pants for $84. Masks were required but they actually had 2 dressing rooms open so people were trying clothes on.

I love how stores are bringing back the 90s style of clothing but we can always find something here. I bought the cutest colorblock jacket and I love it!

I went to pacsun a few days ago expecting to buy something for my daughter. Most of the workers were on their phones, even the person I thought to be the manager. The store when you first walk in, wreaks of a strange odor, my daughter claimed it was marijuana. Overall staff was very unprofessional, did not pay attention to our needs at all, and didn’t even help my daughter find her size. They were very inattentive and seemed annoyed every time someone walked in to the store, or even asked them a question. Only one who actually helped us out was a nice short Mexican boy, who kept asking us if we were doing okay. The rest acted as if they were not even working. Couldn’t get over the strange odor.

Very poor customer service. im a frequent shopper of this mall and every time i visit this store im ignored by the staff. if im lucky enough to get a glance when i step in, its never followed up by a hello as all of the employees are huddled around just talking to each other. i went in this past week and had to search for someone who worked there! i asked two people before i got lucky and found one.

I would give it ZERO stars but that’s not an option. WORST customer service I have ever been given, even by the manager. Will never shop there again

I walked into the store intending to buy something but when I walked through the door, nobody greeted me or anything. They looked at me and turned back to talking to each other. There was all three of them up at the cash rep. I left the store vary displeased, maybe I wouldve bought something if I had help.
