Delivery to wrong address even after calling them for a hold or reroute. FedEx poor customer service from start to finish fot medical supplies. Called them on 10/25 and they said package would be held at FedEx location near me. Package wasnt held and delivered to my old address. After calling FedEx they had no reason why the package wasnt rerouted, no willingness to help resolve problem and after getting connected to a supervisor after 30 min wait the old customer service drop call scenario. Just poor customer service. Im better off receiving packages my a turtle going toward.....

I’ve always been helped at this location where my packages go. I called today because a package I was supposed to get Friday/Saturday now said it was supposed to get here Monday. Not a huge deal but I did pay more money to get it before Monday. I saw my package got to this location on a Thursday (a day or two before scheduled delivery). Called and asked to see if I can just pick it up which was the new plan. I got a call back from Debbie at this location saying if I can hold tight from picking it up because they had to locate it and not to come by unless she called me saying they had located it. No problem. A few hours later FedEx comes by and YESSSS my package got delivered! Not only did I not have to pick it up, but it came early. I have to shout out Debbie and think she had something to do with it! I know their jobs are not always easy and having to deal with customers and whatnot but thank you so much. I hope you see this and know I give you all the credit. Great customer service from here.

Really upset that my package was delivered to the wrong address ! It’s an apartment complex, checked around my building, husband drive around to look and see if it ended up in another building. He finally located it and it was way off from my address .The only saving grace was that the customer service person was really awesome. Maybe the drivers need to actually READ the address of the building or call the customer if in doubt .

Very poor service, and employees who are improperly trained. We had a FedEx pick up scheduled that had to be rescheduled because of an error by FedEd. At the time of pickup from our residence, the FedEx employee came unprepared- no label/ticket/receipt or knowledge of the pickup process- and was UNABLE to pick up our item. This was a pickup we had been waiting 1.5 weeks for. He also advised us that the pickup would be rescheduled for the following day, a Sunday, and provided us with what was supposed to be the direct phone number to the manager of this FedEx location.On Sunday and no word from FedEx, we called the number he provided and it actually was an automated system for FedEx, not even this particular location. AND FedEx is closed on Sunday, so we are not anticipating a “scheduled pickup” like he informed us. We will never be using FedEx again.

I would have given a ZERO if available. I went to this store to drop off my 2 packages. One of the box had a missing tape on the bottom side. Lady over there was so rude (Both in tone and showing courtesy ). She said you must buy the tape for 3$(So small and would not cost more than 50cents). I said I would rather get it retaped and bring back. I handed over the 2nd box. She simply scanned and took it away. Did not ask me if I need a receipt. I asked for my receipt and she said she did not ring it. Without even making an effort to print it again. It was so disrespectful.

Worst customer service at this location. The lady with purple glasses answered very rudely. The packages had same tracking number and she was like it shouldn’t have it. They tried to deliver and no one left note or called.

If I could give a zero I would terrible customer service talked to two different people got two different answers on signature required, asked them to come after 3 then they come at 230Then 1030 they wouldn’t leave package at there own store that’s 1/8 of a mile from my house and now having to drive 2 hrs round trip to get my own package, they are absolutely useless

Man was rude. I did not know that they didnt take at&t equipment, I have not been there in many years. I walked in with the equipment in my hands ready to return it and in front of everyone there he said I dont take att equipment it was the way that he said it while others watched including my son. I wont be back. I went to the one in Naperville on 59 they were very pleasant.

Said they delivered my package, yet no one ever showed up. Called and took half an hour to put me in touch with an actual person, then when I finally talked to someone they couldnt even give me an answer other than it was delivered and Ill put in a ticket. Now my important papers that were supposed to be overnighted are in limbo or lost.

What should of been a 2 day delivery is now 7 days and counting. My package has just been sitting at AURORA, IL shipping center . Should of received my package on Feb. 15, 2021, it is now Feb. 22, 2021 and nothing. Website hasnt updated once sense shipment information has been sent to FedEX on Feb. 15, 2021, called their 800# and was told there are a lot of packages waiting to be delivered, and my choices were, 1) I could just wait longer for my package or 2) pay to have it flown to my nearest public airport, Not helpful. No real answers given. Tried to find the phone number for the shipping center in AURORA, IL to find out what in the world is going on for it to take 7+ how many other days to get my package one state over but they only have the 800# with people who have no realistic answers to give other than wait or pay to have if flown to to. VERY DISAPOINTING

Awful. Ordered a TV online on 11/5 with FedEx Overnight shipping. On 11/6, at 6:33am, the tracking number showed the item was sitting at the Aurora IL FedEx facility. But, it was not delivered on 11/6 as promised. In fact, the tracking info showed it hadnt moved at all that day from the Aurora facility. I called FedEx Customer Service to ask why. All they could tell me is that it is still in the container at the Aurora facility without telling me why and that it would now be delivered on 11/9 (four days after my purchase with overnight delivery). I told them I already knew that but wanted to know WHY it wasnt delivered on 11/6. No response. This is unacceptable. They had it the morning of 11/6 and it just sat there for three more days.

Crowded, no social distancing availability, clerk unwelcoming and told me I had to buy their packing. I said why they are are already packaged. He said well they are all open, I said cant you tape them for me. He said you can buy a roll of tape! I walked out w/o even responding to his rudeness! UPS is so much better, they dont treat their customers that way and has never tried to charge me for a strip of tape!

Just use UPS or USPS and save yourself the trouble. I drove 30 minutes to get my package from this location and arrived 30 minutes after they said it would be here just for them to tell me its not here and I can either drive another hour round trip, or come back tomorrow because it wont be here before they close. I understand theres a pandemic, but when you consistently suck you cant even use that as an excuse.

Great center for FedEx. I have always been able to get in and out within a few minutes if I need service at the counter and if Im just doing a drop off then less than 30 seconds. I would recommend this sure of you are in need of their services. They are competent and helpful at this location and of course very speedy. A+

I wish I didnt have to give them any stars. Bill aft the front counter is extremely rude and disrespectful. He showed extremely poor customer service. When I saw my package I brought it closer to me just to make sure it was mine. He made the effort to stop paying attention to the customer in front of him and to come over and snatch away my package from my hands. He didnt speak to me and didnt look me in the eye. I calmly said that is my package and he responded that he didnt care. He told me in a rude voice that I cant have it because there are procedures to go through. In the end all he needed was a signature, but he couldnt be bothered to explain that nicely. I will never work with FedEx again personally! Bill is at 500 Commerce in Naperville, IL... BEWARE and be prepared!

There are reasons why we pay for next day priority!Do the job you are getting paid to do!I understand its back breaking work at times, but at the end of the day you are getting paid.When you dont deliver a packed at its scheduled time to a business you interrupts the business for the day!I have gotten in trouble many time over drivers not delivering packages to out business.PLEASE DO YOUR JOB! The drivers doe no knock, ring bell, and often dont even leave a note. there is just a delivery exception even when someone is sitting there to accept the package. The Fedex delivery men should be ashamed. My shipment was supposed to be delivered today, but the delivery man, rather than check if anyone was home (there was, we just didnt get to the door right away) by knocking or ringing the doorbell, simply stuck a tag in the door and left. If someone didnt see or hear the truck, they wouldnt have even known a delivery was attempted. When trying to contact the center, I was stuck with an automated system that had limited options.I am pressed for time on this delivery, and am extremely displeased by this amateurish behavior.

Other customers were lucky enough to get a note on the door saying they didnt even really bother trying to deliver the package when they customer was home. I did not get a knock, call OR a note! I just got to spend my ENTIRE DAY trying to contact FedEx CS to get my package which I paid a lot of money to be sent next day. No tag, no resolution and I dont have another full day to wait for someone to lie about trying to deliver. The FEDEX CSR has even tried calling this hub several times today and guess what--no answers!Its great getting the chance to pay for overnight saturday delivery then having to wait anyway, right?

The employees here are usually very friendly and attentive unlike some of the other locations Ive been to. The printing prices seem to be a bit cheaper then most UPS stores and they dont make you buy a roll of tape unlike USPS in Aurora.

Today, March 19, at 12:00pm in downtown Aurora, at the Wabaunsee Community College had a driver pull in the private drive for the college and since Utility work is being done it is one lane, he pulled in, dropped off his package then drove straight at my car and started screaming and throwing his hands around because I could not move. There was cars behind me, so I could not just back up, finally the cars behind me backed up, so I started backing up and when he finally started past me he was hurling obscenities out his window at me. Your drivers suck! And certainly need to be evaluated!

Terrible. For two days in a row, i have sat upstairs WAITING for my package and there wasnt any knocks, door bell, no nothing. They just left a note on my door for two days in a row. So i called customer service and they said leave the note on your door, so that way it says the driver isnt liable if something happens to the package, if they leave it and guess what. THEY LEFT ANOTHER NOTE WITHOUT KNOCKING OR RINGING THE DOORBELL. SO now i have to drive an hour+ to get my package all because the drivers are too lazy to ring the doorbell or even knock.

They had my package... but could not give it to me as it could only be given to someone at my home address (per the vendor), but tried delivery 3 days in a row while I was out of town on a family emergency, so refuses to deliver again. Wouldnt even let me pay the shipping rate again to get it delivered again.After 3 days on the phone with both companies things got sorted out.
