I received the upmost customer care at this location. Becca, the store mgr and the young man that cashed me out made for a perfect shopping experience even while being short staffed AND during Halloween/ANIME!!

So disappointed in this store. It is impossible to get help to locate anything and the staff seems to prefer standing around visiting with each other rather than helping paying customers.

Shopping experience was decent. Whoever was the evening supervisor tonight... Was rude and made sly comments. Poor leadership.

Found some decor I was looking for. The card section left a lot to be desired. Probably because they dont have enough employees. Some people just dont want to work.

My valentines day balloons are soo cute!!! I love them. One even has feathers on it.Perfect spot for great service and huge selection of inventory. I left recommend this place

Dont know if there is a word sor such of horrible customer service. We waited and asked questions about merchandise and they were lost mind you that the items were right in there face. I asked about the helium tank and they couldnt tell me price nor for how many balloons it would fill. They were too busy handling their personal transactions and ignoring us behind them.

Rebecca the balloon lead is extremely rude. Because the 1 cash register open was wrapped around the store another guest asked if another register could be opened and she yelled, “we only have 1 register. There are 4 registers in the store, staring at me so it is very hard to believe that only 1 of 4 is working. Now if that truly is the case corporate needs to look into this as that is unacceptable.

Several immature high school students working there that know nothing about customer service.

This has to be one of THE WORST stores i have ever been to. I picked up my balloon order as scheduled only to get home and realized they gave me the wrong weight. I call and was put on hold for 20+ mins only to be hung up on. Then when i call back, Im put on hold AGAIN for 20+ mins only to be told we are out of weights so they just gave you one and we cant print you a receipt. You have to call the 1800 number. I am beyond upset. Please believe, i will not be ordering from them again unless it is an absolute last resort!!!

Make sure u keep receipt, credit card does not count here, and original packaging they dont like to b honorable towards their products

Ive shopped here before with no problems. Today I had a curbside pickup and I checked in using the texted link, I waited for almost 20 minutes. I had to call the store twice to let them know I was outside in the curbside stall. I understand it was super busy but this company thrives off of Halloween... being busy this time of year is no surprise and not new business to this company. The weekends should be planned better with employees running the registers, employees running in store pick-up and curbside pickups, and other employees manning the floors/changing rooms. Ive worked retail before and we always staffed according to holiday/season. Overall, i like this store. I could have easily gone in, but I didnt feel like putting on my mask and the store looked really busy which means I would have also had to wait in the pick up line inside... which was not about to happen.

They have such an incredible assortment of merchandise and candies for parties. There is a little of everything.

The store is really organized, I always like how they have everything in a place thats quick to find. The employees on the other hand....extremely rude. Especially the ones that are putting helium in the balloons. They get mad when you ask to get balloons blown up, they do realize thats their job right?

This party city was great! Has everything you need/want from holidays and party supplies. Very well kept (considering the kind of store you work in) and people coming and trying to destore the aisles. There very busy but, very quick about getting people in and out. The customer service was great!

Im not sure if it has something to do with covid-19 pandemic going on, but this store was horrible in selection & the shelves were pretty empty. It looked as if this Party City location was going out of business. Also...everyone seemed as if I was bothering them when I asked a question.😡

Almost everything you need for a celebration!

Ive got to say, this store continuously provides outstanding customer service time and time again. The cashiers are always helpful and the balloon attendant are equally as helpful. Ive placed more orders than I can even count and every single time I am amazed at how above and beyond they go, and not just for me. Ive noticed this behavior with other patrons. In a world where outstanding customer service is so rare I thought I should share!

Didnt have what I needed

Most associates are nice and helpful. Others act as though you are bothering them. Overall pleasant experience. Just a suggestion, balloon bags should not be charged to customers that are purchasing or have purchased balloons for an event. Especially when its raining.

I went to the Fayetteville location to get Sofia the First party decorations. My hopes werent high when online said they only have 1 left in the store. Jasmine went above and beyond to find what I needed. I greatly appreciate her... My daughter was so happy! Thank you Jasmine 😊😊😖

They dont have a ton of good deals and unfortunately didnt have the costume I wanted in stock. You cant have costumes delivered either so if the store doesnt have it, you wont get it. Id still prefer spirit Halloween, their prices are better their and you can order online and have it delivered. Party city might be good for other themes but I think I could find better prices else where.

No helium gas available to blow up the balloons... ridiculous... 1 star on this. Price for merchandise is super expensive... 3 stars. avg 3 stars.

I like shopping here for party items and costumes. My friends and I enjoy how clean and organized this store is. It can be a bit pricey compared to other nearby locations. The customer service is good too.

It could be just me, but they seem to always be low in stock or not in stock of whatever I need.I buy a lot of impulse buys when Im here though, so I guess Im quite satisfied with the product offered.

Store Assistant service was extremely horrible and I will never use this location again. Made a online purchase and definitely didnt feel like I was planning for my daughters party with how the girl acted. Party city needs to hire people who actually like being there on the job.

I paid to have 30 latex balloons inflated for my daughter’s 7th birthday so that I could surprise her in the morning. The next morning they were all on the floor. I was Very disappointed. When I called them I was told that “THEIR HELIUM BALLOONS ONLY LAST 8 HOURS. ”I looked online and found this “11” latex balloons generally last between 12-20 hours filled with helium. Very disappointment!

Place floor was just nasty dirty no one greeted me like the other stores they had much of nothing I was Looking for and the black guy at the counter had no kind of customer service experience no smile no have a nice day no I can help you nothing worse store I have been in

Good experience, I went on a Friday night just after rush hour. This location had pretty much everything I needed for a surprise party (for a 30 year & for a 10 year), variety of colors, characters, costumes, decorations, cards & candles. There was a long line (probably due to the time I went) but checkout went quick considering. No issues & I will most likely be back next year.

I am very disappointed this location did not have helium to blow up balloons and no one knew when the store would have more. Very inconvenient. Please inform customers so they do not waste their time.

Its rare that I submit a review, but I just received the worst customer service at this location. I understand that staff members can be tired and overworked, but there is no excuse for the poor service I just received. I HAD to leave because I could not justify spending money and being treated so poorly.

Heres why superstores are destroyed by online shopping: When you buy online and want to return the item, theyll usually take it back and refund you, no need for receipt, because they have your purchase information. But when you buy at a huge chain, they wont take returns without a receipt even though they actually saw you last week and are technically able to print out a new receipt but refuse to. Because not taking returns is more fun..I had the same thing happen to me at Sears and then at Macys... and thats when it hit me. Superstores are just nit meant to last, the way their service exist right now.

Have a little of everything for small partys

So rude up in there. Waited 15 minutes at checkout. Then when I was about to buy a fog machine (having a haunted house in Oct 2018) the price was incorrect. The Lady said someone put them in the wrong spot for 19.99 but its really 34.00 or 39.00 I never saw the real price. After waiting 15 minutes they could have honored the 19.99 price.

Go to the dollar store youre better off.

I did not like seeing so many indigenous people inspired costumes. Cultures arent costumes, its time out for that. I wont be back.

Lots of choices, but cheap products. I purchased a drink/punch dispenser. It leaked. I purchased a manual balloon pump. It broke. I am careful about what I buy there. Everybody says go to Party City, but their stuff breaks!

All your party needs in one spot, well, except for white balloons which I needed for my party. Oh well, aside from that they are a good spot for every season. Good costumes during Halloween too.

I dont usually go to Party City, but was pleasantly surprised that the prices are reasonable. There are items for 88 cents that are in the Dollar stores. Glad I took another look @ Party City.

Great place to purchase party goodies. You may want to make a list beforehand, otherwise you can get overwhelmed and lose a bunch of time looking through the hundreds of candy they have. I have to say though, I was mislead by an employee while buying 24inch balloons. I specifically asked if they had confetti filled balloons, but they were out of it. However, he told me I could purchase the balloons a la carte and fill them up with any kind of confetti I wanted. So I did that, I purchased the star shaped confetti and filled 2 balloons with some of it. Once I took them back to the store on the day of the party to be filled, it didnt work at all. The stars didnt stick to the walls of the balloon and they were heavy, so the helium didnt keep them high up. So... there were no confetti balloons at the baby shower. Bummer.

Always have what I need for a party

I lost my receipt to do a survey, however, i just wanted to say i received wonderful service not once but on 2 separate days with employee Jaylon. I was throwing my husband a surprise 40th bday and i was a bit scattered brained and flustered with all the things i needed to do. I barely knew what balloons i needed. Jaylon was able to help me pick out what balloons were best fit, then helped me with colors, and every other question i had. Jaylon was very patient and kind. I came back 2 days later just as flustered needing more things and Jaylon was there to save the day. Just wanted to say thank you.
