They delivered my adjustable base and did not leave me a remote to use it. I was given the runaround on who I need it to contact about getting a remote they didnt do this themselves they had me do it. Finally get a hold of somebody who said that they were going to mail it to me but it was never mailed to me. Then theyre talking about having a whole new base sent to me but I cant get that done right now either Im 2 seconds away from going back to the store and throwing this adjustable bed back at them literally!!

Rob and his colleague were really helpful and friendly. Loved their work ethic and customer relations. Had a great deal too. Highly recommend the Austell Mattress office.

Six months ago I had experienced a cardiac which lead to physical problems I came into mattress firm at this location and I did not feel like I was pressured into buying a more expensive mattress. He showed me three different mattresses and even the one was the least expensive he recommended that one because that was the best for me and I agreed.

We bought the adjustable bed and were told that there was a 10yr warranty. the bed stopped working and we called it to have it fixed, and so far it has just been weeks of waiting. a service tech finally came out but didnt fix anything and now radio silence with lots of run around on who exactly should be handling the problem. just keep in mind your 10yr warranty may not mean a whole lot in the long run, so pray nothing breaks...

I purchased my first mattress online, at the beginning of Covid. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations for comfort, so I arranged for a return via the online chat. They recommended the Austell store to process the exchange. Anthony was very helpful with my mattress exchange. We upgraded to a more expensive mattress, which was not on sale. Anthony was the best! I asked to see the purple mattress and he pointed it to me and showed me all the different options, then I asked him how much and I was like oh no, too much. Then I asked him about the tempurpedic and he showed me all of the options and when I got to the one that I like, then all of a sudden it started moving up and then the legs started moving up and I was like I have to have it and then he started telling me about the good features for example if you have back problems and things like that so he enlighten me on matress.
