This pharmacy has always been helpful and for the most part friendly towards me. They have even filled a temporary script when I left mine out of town. Helpful too. Its a pharmacy, not your physican. I would say by these post the entitled feel they can place their demands on both. Go somewhere else. I do wish the lunch break hours were posted online rather than saying they are open all day

Very rude today. Rushed me and rolled her eyes and told me that they are going on lunch. Dismissed me. Never felt so disrespected.

BEST PHARMACY IN TOWN!!!!

The pharmacy is horrible. I had a prescription called into the pharmacy for my son. They gave me wrong information over the phone after they pulled up my sons prescription and told me the medication had to be ordered. Then I get to the pharmacy and the “manager” told me the order was on back order!! This will be the last time I ever get a prescription filled at Walmart. The manager then asked one of the associates if he spiked to “this lady” referring to myself and walked away. The individual stated that he only looked to see if it had been ordered in the past but not the manufacturer. In addition, he stated that if ordered it may or may not come. To add further frustration, the same individual asked if I wanted to fill the prescription!!! WHAT!! If a could give no stars I would but the site forces you to give a star.A piece of advice take your prescription some place else.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and honestly never had a problem. A couple days ago i needed my inhaler before i left For a trip.For some Reason when i called it in my insurance wasn’t covering it. The full price was $50 and i was kind of desperate and my doctors office was closed so i decided to pay full Price. The lady on the phone did try and assist with finding me with a discount on the rx discount website, which i appreciated. The price was dropped to $45 so not much. When i went to pick up my meds, Indira assisted me. I had to pick to an rx for myself and my child. She noticed the total and said “ you have insurance don’t you” i told her yes i do but for some reason it’s not going through. She told me to hold on a second and started looking into it, which i didn’t expect as there was a line forming behind me, but they didn’t stop her from trying to assist me. After a few minutes she came back and said “ okay i fixed it”. I can’t recall what needed to be done, but I appreciate employees like her who care enough to go the extra mile. She could have easily let me pay the $ 45 and finish up her line as the store was closing in 20 Min, but she didn’t. Thank you Indira for saving me $45 that i didn’t need to pay out by going the extra mile.

Ever since one of the pharmacists is no longer there, service has gone to the dump. Ive also noticed theres a lack of staff to assist customers, the line is always long, and majority of the time when you call or go to pick up medication, the attitude of some of the staff is terrible. Walmart has got to do better. It was never this bad. Im going to switch pharmacies as Im not satisfied with the service at all.

PISS POOR cuatomer service both AA women told myself my prescription would be ready in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later the prescription my doctor called in an hour go is not even in stock. Where’s the integrity? Perhaps one of the “pharmacist” should have informed their customer with a severe allergic reaction that it was never available instead of texting in her phone. Do their skill sets not include a simple search of inventory? I will never use this pharmacy again!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever. It’s always I mean always a problem with my prescription even if I’m getting a refill, there’s a problem and delay for days with insurance and other things. Twice my doctor has called in 2 diff prescriptions and the pharmacy never fails to mess it out. It’s always owe we don’t know what type of prescription in detail to give you, we have notified the doctor office. Thank God I’m not in immediate emergency need of my prescriptions because I fee sorry the customers that are and can’t get there stuff immediately. I didn’t even want to rate them 1star 😩😩. Just close down this whole pharmacy location

Terrible pharmacy. Always issues with my prescription, always rude, and always longer than expected. Avoid this pharmacy if possible!
