Excellent aviation maintenance shop. John Lach and his team do a great job in servicing my airplane. From a pre-buy inspection through pragmatic and conscientious maintenance Aerocare is a solid shop. Note that the negative reviews are individuals who have confused this Aerocare with a medical home oxygen supply company that shares the same name.

Worst oxygen care service in the world. They treat customers rudely with complete indifference. I need oxygen full time, on a Saturday, I hooked up my last cylinder of oxygen and it was leaking air badly, so I called the Aerocare emergency number, after speaking with the lady briefly, she told me to use my oxygen machine. When I explained that I didnt have a machine, only oxygen cylinders she described the machine to me: Sir, its a large gray machine with tubes coming out of it. Im pretty sure that I would know if I had an oxygen machine in my home. She was very rude, but agreed to have a local technician contact me. The tech called and said even though the malfunctioning tank was their responsibility, the would have to charge me $150 plus tax to come and fix it. I will never do business with these wretched, money hungry bullies ever again. And I intend to report them and spread the word.
