I was desperately in need of a window replacement but it couldnt be done due to some body damage where the window needed to be set. Roberto reviewed the damage, walked me the through the repair needing to be done, and gave me an incredibly affordable estimate on the spot! 5 Tech Auto took care of the repair on the same day, provided me updates, texted me photos of the repair when it was complete, and dropped my vehicle off at the auto glass repair shop when the repair was done. 5 Tech Auto went above and beyond in an expertly done repair and in customer service experience!!!
